However, since the lower frame of the above-mentioned heat insulating sash is a heat-insulated member in which the outdoor heat conductor and the indoor heat conductor are connected via a medium, this heat insulating sash is similar to the above-mentioned conventional step window. When the connection is made with a connecting member, the indoor-side heat conductor of the lower frame and the upper frame become a thermal bridge (a state in which heat is transmitted) by the connecting member, which is not preferable as a thermally insulating step window.

According to the present invention, the upper frame of the lower heat insulating sash and the outdoor member of the lower frame of the upper heat insulating sash are connected by a connecting material, and the indoor member of the lower frame and the lower heat insulating sash are connected to each other. Thermal bridges with the upper frame of the sash are prevented. Thereby, the metal upper frame of the lower heat insulating sash and the lower frame of the heat insulating profile of the upper heat insulating sash can be firmly connected, and the lower frame is connected to the outdoor member of the upper frame and the lower frame via a connecting member. It is difficult for heat to be transmitted to the indoor side member. Therefore, the heat-insulating sash provided with the heat-insulating sash frame having the heat-insulating sash frame having the metal upper frame, the metal outdoor-side member, and the metal indoor-side member connected via the heat-insulating material is provided in two upper and lower stages. It can be a connected insulated step window.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the outdoor side members of the upper frame of the lower heat insulating sash and the lower frame of the upper heat insulating sash are connected by the connecting material, and the indoor side of the lower frame is connected. A thermal bridge between the member and the upper frame of the lower insulating sash is prevented.
