（ハ）歯ブラシの出し入れ口は、狭小なので、子供や高齢者には使い勝手がよくなかった。

さらに、設置時に向きを調整すれば、より使い勝手が向上し、他の器物と接触し難くなり、歯ブラシの毛先部への細菌の付着や繁殖を低減することが出来る。

（ハ）出し入れ口（１）を内角３０度に斜め切断する。
（ニ）筒短手方向（３）の底面部に水勾配を附した底蓋（４）を設け、さらに、水抜き穴（５）を穿設する。
（ホ）筒短手方向（３）の筒底面を適切重量寸法の支え台（６）に固着する。
本考案は、以上のような構造で、これを使用するときは、洗面台や棚ケースに設置し、出し入れ口（１）を介して、歯ブラシを挿し入れて保管したり、取り出したりして使用する。従来の直立筒型と対比すれば、斜め切断した出し入れ口（１）は広く低くなるので、歯ブラシの出し入れ操作が円滑容易に出来、水滴の垂れや撥ねが減少し、周囲をあまり汚さないで済む。
なお、歯ブラシの柄の径が円形の場合は、歯ブラシの毛先が常に下向きになるので、他の器物等と接触することも少ない。
広く低くなった出し入れ口（１）と傾斜した底蓋（４）と水抜き穴（５）との組み合わせにより、内部に水滴が溜まり難く、清潔であり、また筒内部の清掃作業が楽に出来る。
