Description

The present invention relates to an assembly packaging box, and more particularly to a packaging box formed by assembling corrugated paperboard into a tray shape.

Conventionally, tray-like packaging boxes for packaging vegetables and fruits at the time of shipment are known. Conventionally, a packaging box 61 shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 is known as this type of packaging box. The packaging box 61 is formed by assembling corrugated paperboard 62 punched into a predetermined shape.

The packaging box 61 is erected along a pair of left and right outer plates 64 connected along a crease line a along the left and right side edges of the rectangular bottom plate 63, and folded along the leading edge of each outer plate 64. The inner plates 65 connected through the lines b and c are folded and polymerized inside the outer plate 64, and the inner plates 65 are connected to the front and rear side edges of the left and right outer plates 64 through the fold line d. The first tongue piece 66 and the second tongue piece 67 connected to the front and rear side edges of each inner plate 65 via the fold line e are perpendicular to the inner side along the front and rear side edges of the bottom plate 63. A pair of front and rear side plates 68 that are bent and connected along the front and rear side edges of the bottom plate 3 via a crease line f are superposed on the outside of the first tongue piece 66 to stand up, and the front and rear side plates 68. Each of the crosspieces 69 connected along the crease line g along the front end edge of the crosspiece is bent horizontally inward and folded at the left and right end edges of each crosspiece 69. A pair of locking pieces 70 provided continuously through the line h are bent at a right angle with respect to the crosspiece 69 and inserted into a locking hole 71 formed between the outer plate 64 and the inner plate 65. Assembled by locking.

As described above, the packaging box 61 is configured such that the left and right side plates are doubled by the outer plate 64 and the inner plate 65, thereby improving the buckling strength when a plurality of packaging boxes are stacked. In order to maintain the inner plate 65 in a state of being superposed on the outer plate 64, each of the left and right second tongue pieces 67 is formed to have a length that allows the tip portion to partially overlap when assembled. Furthermore, by providing slits 72 in the respective top and bottom alternate directions, and inserting and engaging the slits 72, the left and right inner plates 64 are connected to maintain the assembled state of the packaging box. Yes.

However, this conventional packaging box must be long enough to overlap the second tongue piece, which has the disadvantage that the amount of cardboard used is large and the material cost is high.

In view of the above points, an object of the present invention is to provide an assembly packaging box that can reduce the material cost by reducing the amount of cardboard used while maintaining the buckling strength when a plurality of packaging boxes are stacked. To do.

In order to achieve such an object, the assembly packaging box according to the present invention has a pair of left and right outer plates standing along a crease line along the left and right side edges of a rectangular bottom plate, Tongues that are connected to each other on the front and rear side edges of each of the left and right outer plates via the crease line. A pair of front and rear side plates bent inward at right angles along the front and rear side edges of the bottom plate, and connected in a crease line along the front and rear side edges of the bottom plate, Each of the crosspieces that are superimposed on the outside and stand up and are continuously connected along the crease line along the front edge of each of the front and rear side plates are folded inward and folded at the left and right edges of each crosspiece. A pair of locking pieces provided continuously through the line of sight are bent at right angles to the crosspiece, and are formed between the outer plate and the inner plate. In the assembly packaging box that is inserted and locked to the left and right outer plates, the first through holes are formed in the left and right outer plates, and the second through holes are formed at positions facing the first through holes of the left and right inner plates. And at least one of the first through-hole and the second through-hole is partially closed by a closing piece that can be bent by a bending portion, and the closing piece is bent and inserted into the other through-hole facing each other. It is locked.

According to the assembly packaging box of the present invention, in the state where the inner plate is folded and polymerized inside the outer plate, the closing piece provided on at least one of the outer plate and the inner plate is folded, and the other through-hole facing the other Insert and lock. For this reason, as in the case of the conventional assembly packaging box, the left and right side plates are maintained in an assembled state in which the outer plate and the inner plate are doubled, so that the buckling strength when stacking a plurality of packaging boxes is stacked. Is maintained.

Conventionally, there is no need to provide a second tongue piece that is continuously provided on the inner plate, and the material cost can be reduced by reducing the amount of cardboard used.

Further, in the assembly packaging box of the present invention, the closing piece is formed so as to have a pair of outer edge portions extending obliquely away from each other in a direction away from the leading edge of each outer plate from both ends of the bent portion. The through-hole into which the closing piece is inserted is formed with a pair of inner edge portions extending at an angle in a direction away from each other as the distance from the front edge of each outer plate is increased at a position corresponding to the outer edge portion. Is preferred.

According to this, when a force is applied to the inner plate in a direction away from the outer plate in a state where the closing piece is inserted into the through hole, the inclined outer edge portion of the closing piece becomes the inner edge portion of the through hole. The through-holes are slidably contacted in the direction in which the through-holes are narrowed, and the locking state of the closing pieces to the through-holes can be further strengthened.

FIG. 3B is a development view of the packaging box of the second embodiment. The expanded view of the packaging box in 3rd Embodiment of this invention. The perspective view which shows the external appearance of the conventional packaging box. FIG. 6 is a development view of the packaging box in FIG. 5.

The assembly packaging box 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention is generally referred to as a box with a cross, and as shown in FIG. 1, it is assembled in a tray and wraps vegetables and fruits not shown at the time of shipment. is there.

As shown in FIG. 2, the packaging box 1 is assembled by corrugated paperboard 2 formed by punching. As shown in the drawing, the corrugated paperboard 2 is formed symmetrically in the left-right direction and in the front-rear direction. That is, a rectangular bottom plate 3 is provided, and a pair of left and right side plates 4 (outer plates) are connected to left and right side edges of the bottom plate 3 via a crease line a. An inner plate 5 is connected to the front edge of the left right plate 4 via a pair of parallel crease lines b and c. A pair of tongue pieces 6 are connected to the front and rear side edges of the left right plate 4 via a crease line d.

A pair of front and rear side plates 8 are connected to the front and rear side edges of the bottom plate 3 via a fold line e. A crosspiece 9 is connected to the front edge of the front / rear side plate 8 via a crease line f. A pair of locking pieces 10 are connected to the left and right edges of the crosspiece 9 via a crease line g.

Between the pair of crease lines b and c, a pair of locking holes 11 are formed along the crease lines b and c, respectively. The locking hole 11 is formed at the insertion position of the locking piece 10 when the packaging box 1 is assembled into the shape shown in FIG.

A trapezoidal first through hole 12 is formed at the center of the left and right side plates 4, and a trapezoidal second through hole 13 is formed at the leading edge of the inner plate 5.

In the first embodiment, the second through-hole 13 is formed as a so-called notch because there is no inner edge corresponding to the trapezoidal bottom. That is, the 2nd through-hole 13 in this invention is a concept also including the notch which one part opened.

The second through hole is closed by a closing piece 14 that can be bent by a bent portion h parallel to the crease line c.

The first through hole 12 is provided so that the closing piece 14 is inserted and locked when the closing piece 14 of the inner plate 5 is folded back.

Next, the assembly process of the packaging box 1 having the above configuration will be described.

First, the left and right side plates 4 are bent and raised through the crease line a. At this time, the inner plate 5 is raised together with the left and right side plates 4.

Next, the inner plate 5 is folded inward via the crease lines b and c. As a result, the left and right side plates 4 and the inner plate 5 are overlapped, and the locking holes 11 are formed at both ends of the upper edges of the left and right side plates 4 and the inner plate 5. As will be described later, the locking hole 11 is for inserting and locking a locking piece 10 provided in the crosspiece 9.

Further, the closing piece 14 of the inner plate 5 is bent outward through the bent portion h. Thus, the closing piece 14 is inserted into the first through hole 12 of the left and right side plates 4 and is locked to the inner edge of the first through hole 12 as shown in FIG.

Next, the tongue piece 6 is bent at a right angle inward through the crease line d.

Next, the front and rear side plates 8 are bent and raised through the crease line e. And the said crosspiece 9 is bent so that it may become inward horizontal via the crease line f. At this time, the locking piece 10 connected to the crosspiece 9 is bent through the crease line g and inserted into the locking hole 11.

As shown in FIG. 1, the packaging box 1 formed in this way has the inner plate 5 formed by the closure piece 14 of the inner plate 5 being engaged with the first through holes 12 of the left and right side plates 4. The left and right plates 4 are connected and held. Then, the left and right side plates 4 and the inner side plate 5 and the front and rear side plates 8 are connected and held via the locking piece 10 of the crosspiece 9.

Thereby, since the packaging box 1 maintains the assembly state because the left and right side plates 4 and the inner side plate 5 are doubled as in the conventional assembly packaging box, the seat when the plurality of packaging boxes are stacked is provided. The bending strength is maintained. Moreover, since it is not necessary to provide the 2nd tongue piece conventionally connected with the inner side board, the usage-amount of corrugated cardboard can be decreased and material cost can be reduced.

Furthermore, in the first embodiment, since the length in the height direction of the inner plate 5 in FIG. 1 can be shortened along the extension line of the trapezoidal bottom bottom of the closing piece 14, the amount of cardboard used can be further increased. Less material costs can be saved.

Further, the closing piece 14 and the first through hole 12 are formed in a trapezoidal shape with the upper bottom facing each other with a predetermined distance from the crease lines b and c. For this reason, in the state where the closing piece 14 is inserted into the first through-hole 12, the force toward the direction in which the inner plate 5 is separated from the left and right side plates 4 (from the folded state shown in FIG. 1 to the original state shown in FIG. 2) Is applied to the outer edge portion 141 corresponding to the trapezoidal leg portion of the closing piece 14 along the inner edge portion 121 corresponding to the trapezoidal leg portion of the first through hole 12. The through hole 12 is slidably contacted in the direction of the trapezoidal upper base. As a result, the locking state of the closing piece 14 to the first through hole 12 can be further strengthened.

In the first embodiment, the closing piece 14 and the first through hole 12 have the same shape. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the closing piece 14 can be locked to the first through hole 12. If it is enough. In addition, the packaging box 1 of the first embodiment is preferably made of corrugated paperboard, but can be formed of thick paperboard other than cardboard.

Subsequently, as an embodiment in which the same effect as the first embodiment can be obtained, the second embodiment shown in FIGS. 3A and 3B and the third embodiment shown in FIG. 4 will be described as examples.

In the second embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 3A and 3B, the length in the height direction of the inner plate 5 ′ is substantially matched with the length in the height direction of the left and right side plates 4.
Thereby, the usage amount of cardboard can be further reduced, and the material cost can be reduced.
Thereby, since the packaging box 1 of 2nd Embodiment does not need to provide the 2nd tongue piece connected with the inner side board, the usage-amount of a cardboard can be decreased and material cost can be reduced. Moreover, since the front-end edge of the inner side plate 5 can contact the bottom plate 3, the buckling strength at the time of stacking a plurality of packaging boxes is further maintained.

Moreover, in 1st Embodiment and 2nd Embodiment, although what provided the obstruction piece 14 in the 2nd through-hole 13 by the side of the inner side board 5 and 5 'was shown, like 3rd Embodiment shown in FIG. Moreover, you may provide obstruction | occlusion piece 14 'in the 1st through-hole 12 side.

Furthermore, the closing piece 14 can be provided in both the first through-hole 12 and the second through-hole 13 so that it can be bent and locked on either the outside or the inside.
