Description
The present invention relates to an LED display device, and more particularly to an LED display device in which an LED bar and a screen are combined.
2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, large LED display devices in which pixels are configured with light emitting diodes (LEDs) have become widespread.
This LED display device displays a matrix design by the LED module on the expanded flexible net.
In Patent Document 2, a plurality of LEDs are arranged only within a specific character area of the net, a control unit for controlling the lead wires and the display of the plurality of LEDs is wired, and display of characters is performed by lighting these LEDs. An LED display device to perform is disclosed.
This LED display device displays characters in dots by turning on LEDs arranged at a plurality of intersections of the net.
Conventional LED display devices have the following drawbacks.
<1> LED modules must be individually attached to the net. Moreover, a tool is required for attachment. Therefore, it takes time to assemble and disassemble.
<2> LED modules cannot be removed together. Therefore, it takes time for inspection and repair.
<3> Since the LED modules are not fixed to each other, the relative position between the LED modules is likely to change, and the image cannot be displayed accurately.
<4> Since the net is flexible and the LED modules are not fixed to each other, if the net is swung by the wind, the LED module may collide with the wall surface or an adjacent LED module and be damaged.
An LED display device according to the present invention for solving the above-described problems includes an LED bar in which a plurality of LED elements are arranged, a screen, and a control device electrically connected to the LED bar.

[Assembly method of LED display device]
Next, a method for assembling the LED display device will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
