(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 ワイヤハーネスを挿通した状態で、パネ
ル貫通穴へ装着されるグロメットの防水構造を形成する
方法であって、ハーネスを組立時に電線群を布線する
時、上記線間防水を施す部位の電線群を一対の電線保持
材の電線挿入用長穴に挿入させると共に、挿入した該電
線群を隣接させて1列に並列させ、該並列した電線群に
対して、所要の粘度を有する止水剤を電線間に浸透する
ように塗布し、次いで、該止水剤を塗布した部分に弾性
を有する独立発泡形状の発泡材シートを被せて断面円形
に丸めて、上記グロメットの内部に通すことを特徴とす
るワイヤハーネスを挿通した防水構造の形成方法。
