Abstract

本考案は上肢の手術後や療養時又後遺症で麻痺・疼痛が残る患者及び障害者自身で着脱更衣が出来る衣類に関するものである。     The present invention relates to a patient who remains paralyzed / pained after surgery on the upper limbs, during medical treatment, or after sequelae, and a garment that can be attached / detached by a disabled person.

本考案はつぎの様な効果を得る事が出来る。

（6）腰椎のコルセット・腕のギプス使用時はマチの装着で身幅・袖巾の調節が可能になり自然な形での着用が可能になる。
（7）マチは着脱自在なのでギプス・コルセットが不要になっても着用出来る。
（8）診察や検査等、部分露出が必要な時にも脱がずに必要な開端部を開けるだけで簡便に診察・検査が可能である。開端部の結合部品をすべてプラスチック素材にすればX線検査も可能となる。
（9）軽衣料（肌着、キャミソール、パジャマ、室内着〈ガウン等〉）・中衣料（ブラウス、シャツ類）・重衣料（コート、ジャケット、ブルゾン、ワンピース、スーツ）他運動用スエット等全てのアイテムに採用可能であると共に多様なデザインが考案可能である
