以下、本考案を実施するための形態について説明する。
１本の針金にて、「輪」「棒」「取っ手」を組み立て骨組を作る。骨組の中心付近に『留め金』を固定、「取っ手」に「輪ゴム」を固定する。使用のさいは，ビニール袋を前の輪に挿入し、端の部分を留め金に被せ、取っ手に固定されてる輪ゴムを留め金に被せてあるビニールを支えるように、上から被せるように留め金に掛ける。ビニール袋の端が押さえられたので、向かい端のビニール袋を裏返しながら輪の外側からビニール袋の半分ほど下げることにより完了機能する。Hereinafter, the form for implementing this invention is demonstrated.
