Abstract

【課題】トイレ又はベッドとしても使用でき、コンパクトな車椅子を提供する。
【解決手段】車椅子は、車椅子の台座の中央部分に開口部を設け、通常用台座とトイレ用台座の入れ換えが出来るようにする。車椅子の背もたれ部を下方に回転可能にし、足乗せ部を上方に回転可能にし、車椅子をベッド状に展開できるようにする。

Description

本考案は、歩行に障害が有り介護者や付き添いの方を必要とする人の為の室内・屋外での自由を幅広く増加せる為の車椅子に関するものである。
The present invention relates to a wheelchair for widely increasing indoor and outdoor freedom for people who have obstacles in walking and who need a caregiver or accompanying person.

屋外などのトイレに行く時、なれない所のトイレの移動をとても負担に感じられる。その上ある程度の時間同じ姿勢で座っていると、疲れると言う問題点があった。本考案では、このような問題点を解決して幅広く行動が出来るようにトイレ、ベッドを兼ね備えたコンパクトな車椅子を提供する。

車椅子を使用する人にとって外出時の最大の課題はトイレの問題です。歩行に障害を有する人が無理をせずに容易にトイレに行け、介護者や付き添いの人の負担も少なくしトイレ介助がスムーズに出来るようにしたい。

車椅子座部下の内側両サイドにガイドレールを配置し、通常用台座とトイレ用台座がそのガイドレールに沿って入れ換えが出来るようにします。トイレを使用する時は、台座の下から通常用台座を車椅子の後ろから引きだし、トイレ用台座を車椅子の後ろから入れます。トイレが終わりましたら、トイレ用台座は後ろに引出し、通常用台座と入れ換えます。トイレ用台座に付くオマルには、上部にゴムの付いたオマル用ビニール袋でカバーする事が出来ます。トイレ使用後はオマル用ビニール袋があるのでオマルが汚れません。

本考案に係る車椅子は体に障害を有する人がトイレに行くとき車椅子から無理に乗り換えてもらう必要がなく、負担が少なくなります。長時間同じ姿勢で疲れた時、横になって休憩が出来るようになります。本考案に係る車椅子は横に大きい車輪などついていないので人が多く比較的狭い場所や乗り物などのような所でも今までの車椅子よりも幅広く行動できます。本考案の車椅子は介護者や付き添いをする人も今までの車椅子より負担が少なく長時間でも一緒に出掛けられるようになります。
