Description
The present invention relates to a printed circuit board terminal block mounted on a printed circuit board.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, printed circuit board terminal blocks that are mounted on a printed circuit board and relay electric wires have been widely used (see, for example, Patent Document 1). In these terminal blocks, linear leads protrude from the lower surface of the base. Then, the lead of each pole is inserted into the through hole of the printed circuit board and soldering or the like is performed to achieve conduction with the wiring pattern.
However, since the arrangement area on the printed circuit board becomes large especially when the number of poles is large, when the printed circuit board has a warp, there may be a problem in mounting the terminal block. In addition, when the terminal block is mounted on the printed circuit board in the presence of a warp, there is a possibility that a problem such as a lead being detached from the printed circuit board may occur.
The present invention has been made in view of these points, and an object of the present invention is to provide a printed circuit board terminal block capable of removing the warpage of the printed circuit board.
The present invention made in order to solve the above-mentioned problems has an insulating base and a plurality of conductive fittings fixed to the base, and leads each of which is projected from the lower surface of the base. A printed circuit board terminal block that is mounted on the printed circuit board in a state in which each lead part is inserted through a through hole of the printed circuit board, and each of the lead parts has a tip that is formed on the printed circuit board. It is formed in a hook shape that can be engaged with the periphery of the through hole.
According to this configuration, each lead portion of the conductive metal fitting has a hook-shaped tip, so that it securely engages with the peripheral edge of the through hole of the printed circuit board and removes the warp of the printed circuit board. Can be conducted.
In the present invention, the base has a plurality of guide protrusions projecting downward, and when the lead portions are inserted into the through holes of the printed board, the guide protrusions are provided on the printed board. The entire terminal block including the lead portion moves horizontally toward the engagement position by being guided by the peripheral edge of the hole.
According to this configuration, when each lead portion is inserted into the through hole of the printed board, each guide protrusion is guided by the peripheral edge of the guide hole provided on the printed board, so that the entire terminal block including the lead portion is engaged. Since it moves horizontally toward the mating position, the hook-shaped lead portion can be easily engaged with the periphery of the through hole of the printed circuit board.
The present invention is characterized in that each of the guide protrusions has a tapered portion that is slidably guided by the periphery of the guide hole.
According to this structure, each guide protrusion is slidably guided to the periphery of the guide hole in the tapered portion, and the entire terminal block moves horizontally toward the engagement position.
The present invention is a screw-up type terminal block comprising a terminal screw screwed to the conductive metal fitting, an up washer that holds the terminal screw, and a compression spring that elastically biases the up washer upward. It is characterized by that.
According to this configuration, in the screw-up type terminal block, conduction with the wiring pattern can be achieved while removing the warp of the printed board.
The present invention is characterized by having a temperature detector for detecting temperature.
According to this configuration, in the terminal block with a temperature detector that can detect the heat generated in the conductive metal fitting when energized due to poor connection or the like, it is possible to conduct the wiring pattern while removing the warp of the printed board.

1A and 1B are diagrams showing a
The
The
The
Each
The
The conductive metal fitting 20 has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped frame shape, and is provided with an
As shown in FIG. 2 (A), the up
The
The
The
Further,
The
Further, as shown in FIG. 6, the
The
Next, a procedure for mounting the
As shown in FIG. 7, the printed circuit board P has eight oval through holes H corresponding to the
As is clear from the above detailed description, according to the present embodiment, the
The
Each
Further, the
Further, the
Needless to say, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
