Description
The present invention relates to an evacuation route guidance device that has a function of displaying a route to an evacuation destination such as a home or an evacuation center when evacuating in a disaster.
When a disaster occurs, it is most important to evacuate to a safe place quickly and ensure physical safety. This has been reconfirmed in the Great East Japan Earthquake that occurred in March 2011. Also, in the event of a major earthquake, the government and local governments recommend that you stay in the workplace, school, etc. until you can ensure safety without returning home, etc., but public transportation stops operation However, even in situations where a private car is not available, there are circumstances in which it is necessary to go to work promptly on foot or to go home from the outside.
In the event of a large-scale disaster such as the Great East Japan Earthquake, a wide-area power outage occurs almost without exception. If a disaster occurs in the daytime, the occurrence of a power outage will not have a significant effect on walking evacuation activities or unavoidable movements. Even if it is by walking, evacuation activities and unavoidable movement will be very difficult.
In order to cope with the occurrence of disasters at night, flashlights have always been installed in facilities such as homes and workplaces. In addition, flashlights with various functions that are useful in the event of a disaster have been proposed in addition to simply lighting the surroundings.
In addition, with the progress and development of mobile phone technology in recent years, mobile phones equipped with GPS (Global Positioning System) receivers can download map data from a server on the Internet to the destination. Since the route is also displayed on the map data, it is possible to use this system when evacuating in a disaster.
In
Patent Document 3 discloses an evacuation guidance system and an evacuation guidance method that can be used effectively for a long period of time with respect to evacuation guidance using the GPS function of a mobile phone in a disaster.
However, since the portable illumination device described in
The multi-function flashlight described in
The evacuation guidance system and evacuation guidance method described in Patent Document 3 downloads assist data from the assist server at regular intervals through communication between the mobile phone and the base station, so it is essential that the line connection is used at the time of positioning. It is. However, when a disaster occurs, the base station will be damaged and will not be connected, or it will become difficult to connect due to communication restrictions due to a dramatic increase in traffic, so use the system when the most important disaster occurs Can not be.
Therefore, the present invention displays a route to a destination such as a shelter or home accurately and quickly without relying on the download of assist data by a mobile phone even in the darkness due to a power outage. It is also an object of the present invention to provide an evacuation route guidance device that can obtain accurate disaster information in the middle of movement.
In order to achieve the above object, the invention according to
The invention in
The invention according to claim 3 is that the navigation unit calculates the route to the destination without obtaining information from the outside based only on the current position calculated by the GPS unit and the map information stored in the data memory unit. It is an inductor.
The invention in
The invention according to
The invention in claim 6 is an evacuation route guidance device in which a mobile phone is detachably attached to the outside of the body.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, it is possible to walk safely in the dark by the illumination part of the LED or the light bulb, and the route from the current point to the destination is calculated by the navigation part. Because guidance information to the destination is displayed on the display part on the upper outer peripheral surface of the vessel, it is difficult to check the surrounding landmarks, topography, etc. at night during power outages due to disasters. However, it is possible to evacuate to the destination safely by walking according to the guidance. Also, accurate disaster information is listened to by radio provided inside the body, and you will not be confused by hoax information.
According to the second aspect of the present invention, when a primary battery is used for the power supply unit, the power supply unit can be made small and inexpensive. In addition, when the power supply unit is constituted by a secondary battery, a hand-driven generator for charging the secondary battery, and a solar battery array, the secondary battery can be charged by the solar battery array from the usual day. Therefore, there is no risk of running out of the battery in the event of a disaster, and even if the power stored in the secondary battery is consumed, the power generator is used to generate and supply the power and use the evacuation route guide. Can continue.
According to the third aspect of the invention, the navigation unit calculates the route to the destination without obtaining information from the outside based only on the current position calculated by the GPS unit and the map information stored in the data memory unit. Even when the mobile phone cannot be used when a disaster occurs, the route to the destination can be calculated independently.
According to the invention according to
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, since the display unit is a liquid crystal display device having a backlight, it is possible to reliably visually recognize guidance display using liquid crystal regardless of day or night.
According to the sixth aspect of the present invention, since the mobile phone can be detachably attached to the outside of the body, there is no risk of losing the mobile phone during evacuation, and the safety of family members, acquaintances, etc. can be promptly as required Can be used for confirmation.
An embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a diagram showing a configuration of an escape route guide according to the present invention, and FIGS. 3 and 4 are perspective views of an embodiment of an escape route guide according to the present invention.
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the
Moreover, as shown in FIG.3 and FIG.4, the handle | steering-
As shown in FIG. 2, the power supply unit 3 includes a hand-driven
As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, the
As shown in FIG. 1, the
The radio unit 6 can select and receive a radio broadcast by AM or FM, and operates by receiving DC power from the power supply unit 3.
The
A hand-driven
In the present embodiment, the hand-driven
In addition, a primary battery such as a manganese dry battery, an alkaline dry battery, or a lithium primary battery can be used for the power supply unit 3. In this case, since the battery cannot be recharged, there is no need to provide a manual generator or a rectifier circuit, and there is an advantage that the power supply unit 3 can be easily configured. The possible time is limited by the capacity of the battery, and there is a disadvantage that the battery is self-discharged when a disaster occurs and may not be used.
When the
The
The calculation of the current position, the acquisition of map information, the route calculation, and the like by the
In addition, the evacuation
As shown in FIG. 3, when using the escape
In order to use illumination, when the
In order to display the evacuation route information or the like on the
First, an
When guidance is started, a
In addition, considering that the situation where this evacuation
In order to listen to the latest disaster information etc. using the radio unit 6 during the evacuation, the
FIG. 4 shows a case where the evacuation
When not in use, the
Since the
Also, as shown in FIG. 6, for example, a general
FIG. 7 shows a perspective view of another embodiment of the escape route guidance apparatus according to the present invention. The
As shown in FIG. 7, on the upper surface of the
The configuration of the
The method of using the
As described above, when the evacuation route guidance device according to the present invention is used, the display part of the evacuation route guidance device illuminates the walking feet even at night when a disaster occurs and there is a blackout in a wide area. The evacuation route is displayed, and the latest disaster information can be listened to on the radio while evacuating to a destination such as an evacuation center or home, so the effect is very large.
