Description

The present invention relates to a pouch, and more particularly, when one of a plurality of isolated packaging spaces is created in a vacuum state and the packaging spaces are connected to mix the contents, all the contents are mixed equally. About pouches.

For hermetic packaging of contents such as cosmetics and medicines, pouches made of film-shaped wrapping paper are widely used, and recently, they are also used as mask pack packaging means.

Recently, in pouches for mask packs, I often see pouches with two packaging spaces, but one packaging space contains a dry nonwoven fabric and a functional material that is applied to the nonwoven fabric. The packaging space contains a liquid form of the substance. When functional substances composed of active ingredients such as vitamin C and retinol are brought into contact with liquid substances, the effectiveness of the active ingredients is reduced by moisture. Therefore, the functional substance is packaged separately from the liquid substance.

The boundary between the two packaging spaces is formed by squeezing by a hot compression method to form a suture line, and the suture line is formed by semi-hot squeeze that is not completely squeezed. The double packaging space is filled with air.

Here, when the functional substance applied to the nonwoven fabric reacts with oxygen in the packaging space, the active ingredient of the functional substance reacts with oxygen, and as time passes, the effectiveness of the active ingredient decreases, Eventually it will lead to shortening of the expiration date.

And, to use the mask pack, pressurize the double packaging space filled with air, the half-squeezed suture will tear, and the liquid material will be applied to the nonwoven fabric and the functional material applied to the nonwoven fabric. Soak up.

However, there is a problem that air is not quickly transferred to the nonwoven fabric due to the air contained in the double packaging space. As described above, if the liquid substance is not sufficiently infiltrated into the nonwoven fabric, it cannot serve as a mask pack, and the consumer cannot obtain satisfaction with use.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a pouch that prevents the functional material from deteriorating because the liquid material is all mixed equally in the nonwoven fabric in order to solve the above problems.

In order to achieve this object, the present invention has the following features.

The pouch according to the present invention has a lower film having a certain size, an upper film disposed on the lower film and corresponding to the lower film, and an end portion of the lower film and the upper film. A first suture line that is completely sewn by hot pressing to form a packaging space in the center, and a second suture line that is connected to the first suture line and divides the packaging space into at least two packaging spaces The non-woven fabric coated with the functional material is packaged in one of the packaging spaces divided into the second suture lines, and the liquid material is packaged in the other packaging space. When a pressure is applied to the packaging space in which the liquid substance is packaged, the second stitching line is broken and the pouch communicates with the packaging space in which the nonwoven fabric is packaged, and the packaging space in which the nonwoven fabric is packaged Forming an opening penetrating inside, The packaging space inside the nonwoven fabric is wrapped through the mouth, characterized in that sealing the vacuum.

The present invention as described above ensures that all the liquid substances are mixed equally in the nonwoven fabric.
Moreover, according to this invention, the functional substance apply | coated to the nonwoven fabric can avoid contact with air, and can maintain an active ingredient long.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. In the accompanying drawings, the same constituent elements are denoted by the same reference numerals. Detailed descriptions of known functions and configurations that are not the gist of the present invention will be omitted.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, a pouch 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is used for a mask pack, and has a lower film 10, an upper film 20, a first suture line, and a second suture line.

The lower film 10 has a square shape and a certain size, and is manufactured as a sealing packaging film. The upper film 20 has the same shape and material as the lower film 10, is disposed on the lower film 10, and has a size corresponding to the lower film 10.

The first stitch line 30 is formed by combining the lower film 10 and the upper film 20 and stitching the ends completely by hot pressing, and forms a single packaging space at the center.

The second suture line 33 is connected to the first suture line 30 and divides one packaging space into two packaging spaces, that is, a first packaging space 50 and a second packaging space 53. The second suture line 33 is formed in a direction perpendicularly crossing both the first suture lines 30 facing each other.

Here, if a predetermined pressure is applied to the second packaging space 53 divided into the second stitching lines 33, the second stitching lines 33 are broken through and the divided first and second packaging spaces. At least a part of the second stitching line 33 is formed by stitching the lower film 10 and the upper film 20 into a half-heat squeezed so that 50 and 53 can communicate with each other. That is, the portion connected to the first suture line 30 is firmly formed by hot pressing like the first suture line 30, and the central portion is a half suture line 33a formed by half heat pressing.

However, the present invention is not necessarily limited to this, and the entire second suture line 33 may be formed by half hot pressing. Moreover, although the example which forms the 1st and 2nd suture lines 30 and 33 with a hot pressing method was disclosed, it is not limited to this, A suture line can be formed with various methods.

On the other hand, the first suture line 30 has a stronger adhesive force than the second suture line 33 in order to prevent the first suture line 30 from being broken through by the pressure applied to the second packaging space 53. Is formed.

And the notch 5 is formed in the one side of the 1st suture 30 of the 1st packaging space 50 so that the pouch 100 can be open | released easily.

Referring to FIGS. 2 and 3, a non-woven fabric 70 is packaged in the first packaging space 50. Here, the nonwoven fabric 70 is used as a mask sheet used for the face, but is not necessarily limited to this, and is manufactured in the shape of a glove for use in the hand or in the shape of a sock for use in the foot. You can also.

And when mixing with the liquid substance 80, the nonwoven fabric 70 is provided in the state with which the functional substance 73 which functionality falls is apply | coated to the nonwoven fabric 70. FIG. Functional substances are composed of active ingredients such as vitamin C and retinol, and supply nutrients to the skin.

A liquid material 80 is packaged in the second packaging space 53. The liquid substance 80 is mixed with a non-woven fabric and contains a component that provides moisture and elasticity to the skin. Desirably, the first packaging space 50 is formed to be larger than the second packaging space 53. On the other hand, it is desirable that the second packaging space 53 is inflated and formed so that the liquid material 80 packaged in the second packaging space 53 can break through the second suture line 33 by pressure applied externally.

On the other hand, the pouch 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention is formed with the second packaging space 53 as one space, but is not necessarily limited thereto, and some spaces may be formed. That is, the second packaging space 53 can be divided into two or more places, and several semi-sewn lines communicating with the first packaging space 53 are formed in the divided spaces.

Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, an opening 3 penetrating into the first packaging space 50 is formed in a part of the first stitching line 30 of the first packaging space 50 facing the notch 5. All of the air formed inside the first packaging space 50 can be removed using a vacuum packaging machine (not shown) through the opening 3. And after removing air, the inside of the opening part 3 can be sealed with the 3rd stitching line 35 formed by hot pressing, and the inside of the 1st packaging space 50 can be made into a vacuum state. . Accordingly, the first packaging space 50 is contracted so that the lower film 10 and the upper film 20 are in close contact with the nonwoven fabric 70.

Thereby, since the inside of the 1st packaging space 50 is a vacuum state, it becomes a pressure lower than the 2nd packaging space 53 in which air is contained. By providing a pressure difference between the first packaging space 50 and the second packaging space 53, the liquid substance 80 in the second packaging space 53 having a high pressure is caused by the pressure difference in the first packaging space 50 having a low pressure. You can move yourself.

And the functional substance 73 apply | coated to the nonwoven fabric 70 in the 1st packaging space 50 stops contacting with air, and can maintain the active ingredient for a long time.

On the other hand, the present invention does not limit the positions of the opening 3 and the third suture line 35, and uses the first suture line 30 in which the nonwoven fabric 70 is inserted into the first packaging space 50. Then, the opening 3 and the third suture 35 do not have to be formed by heat-squeezing the opened first suture 30 after the vacuum.

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, when pressure is applied to the second packaging space 53 and the semi-sewn line 33 a of the second suture line 33 is broken through, the second packaging space 53 having a high pressure. The liquid substance 80 packaged in the container moves at a high speed to the adjacent first packaging space 50 in a vacuum state through the liquid passage 7 formed by breaking the semi-sewn line 33a. At this time, all of the liquid substance 80 moving at a high speed soaks into the nonwoven fabric 70 equally.

In this way, when the first packaging space 50 is evacuated, the functional substance 73 applied to the nonwoven fabric 70 can be maintained for a long time, and the half suture line 33a of the second suture line 33 is broken through. As compared with the case where the first packaging space 50 is not vacuum, the liquid substance 80 can be mixed with the nonwoven fabric 70 in the same manner, and the consumer can be satisfied.

On the other hand, the contents contained in the first and second packaging spaces 50 and 53 and whether or not the liquid substance 80 is uniformly infiltrated into the nonwoven fabric 70 in the first packaging space 50 are visually confirmed outside the pouch 100. As a matter of fact, at least one of the lower film 10 and the upper film 20 can be partially made of a transparent material. That is, a transparent film is used for the lower film 10 or the upper film 20 or a part of the lower and upper films 10 and 20 to form a transparent window. The see-through window is preferably formed in each of the first packaging space 50 and the second packaging space 53.

Here, the transparent film is not necessarily limited to a part of the transparent window, and the lower film 10 or the upper film 20 or the lower and upper films 10 and 20 may be made of a transparent film.

On the other hand, in order to block light in the fluoroscopic window, a sticker that can be attached and detached can be attached to the fluoroscopic window part. This is for preventing light from entering through the transparent window and altering the contents.

In the present invention, in order to increase the degree of vacuum of the first packaging space 50 of the pouch 100, a vacuum can be formed after filling the first packaging space 50 in which the vacuum is formed with nitrogen gas. That is, even if a vacuum is formed inside the first packaging space 50, some oxygen may remain. Therefore, in order to remove this to the maximum extent, nitrogen gas is introduced into the first packaging space 50. The residual oxygen can be removed by putting it in, and the degree of vacuum can be increased by forming a vacuum here. Then, after filling with nitrogen gas to further increase the degree of vacuum, the above-described process of forming a vacuum can be repeated many times.

Next, a method of using the pouch 100 having such a structure will be described with reference to FIG. 1 or FIG.

First, as shown in FIG. 1 or FIG. 3, a state in which the nonwoven fabric 70 coated with the functional substance 73 is packaged in the first packaging space 50 and the liquid substance 80 is packaged in the second packaging space 53. A pouch 100 is provided. At this time, since the vacuum is formed in the first packaging space 50, the nonwoven fabric 70 is in a compressed state, and the functional material applied to the nonwoven fabric 70 does not come into contact with air. It can prevent the effectiveness of the active ingredient from falling.

4 and 5, since the user uses the nonwoven fabric 70 packaged in the pouch 100, the second suture line 33 is provided in the second packaging space 53 in which the liquid substance 80 is packaged. If a pressure that can be pierced is applied, the semi-sewn line 33a between the lower film 10 and the upper film 20 is pierced, and the first wrapping space 50 and the second wrapping space 53 are liquid. It communicates through the passage 7.

Accordingly, the liquid substance 80 in the second packaging space 53 is injected into the first packaging space 50 and soaks into the nonwoven fabric 70. At this time, the liquid substance 80 in the second packaging space 53 quickly moves to the first packaging space 50 where the pressure is lower than that of the second packaging space 53, and soaks all into the nonwoven fabric 70 equally.

Finally, the non-woven fabric 70 in the first packaging space 50 can be taken out and used by cutting the pouch 100 in accordance with the notch 5 portion formed in the first stitching line 30 of the first packaging space 50. And the effect of the active ingredient of the functional substance 73 apply | coated to the nonwoven fabric 70 is exhibited immediately.

As mentioned above, although embodiment was described regarding this invention, it is not necessarily limited to these, A various correction and deformation | transformation implementation are possible within the category of the technical idea of this invention.
