Description

The present invention relates to a device-equipped honeycomb bench that is equipped with an optical length measuring device that mainly uses a laser or the like as a light source to measure a minute distance or the like.

Conventionally, a laser length measuring device using a laser as a light source is placed on a surface plate called a bench, and a minute distance is measured on the bench. As shown in FIG. 1, aluminum, steel, and nonmagnetic stainless steel honeycomb benches are often used because they are lightweight and rigid.

These honeycomb benches have an air volume ratio of about 90%, and they expand and contract due to changes in temperature such as summer and winter and changes in room temperature. In addition, when the installed equipment has a heat source, the upper surface plate of the installed bench is extended. In this way, if the bench is extended or contracted in whole or in part, the distance to be measured in the length measurement on the bench will be incorrect, and the measurement will be inaccurate.

Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 3-25452

However, in order to keep the temperature of the room containing the honeycomb bench constant at all times, an extremely precise air conditioner is required, which is a large and expensive facility. Moreover, it is technically difficult to compensate for the partial elongation.

Therefore, the present invention aims to provide an extremely simple and inexpensive device that keeps the temperature of the upper and lower surfaces of the bench constant so as to suppress the expansion and contraction of the members of the honeycomb bench for mounting such equipment. It is a thing.

The invention of claim 1 is a honeycomb bench formed by fixing an upper surface plate and a lower surface plate so as to cover upper and lower edges of the honeycomb core, in contact with or in close proximity to each inner surface of the upper surface plate and the lower surface plate, A device-equipped honeycomb bench was constructed in which a pipe line was stretched over substantially the entire upper surface plate and lower surface plate, and a cooling medium having a constant temperature was inserted into the pipe line.

The invention of claim 2 is a device-equipped honeycomb bench provided with feeding means for sending a cold medium to the pipe line in the invention of claim 1.

A device of claim 3 is a device-equipped honeycomb bench according to the device of claim 1 or 2, wherein the device is provided with a control means for maintaining a cold medium inserted through the pipe line at a constant temperature.

The invention of claim 4 is a device-equipped honeycomb bench according to any one of claims 1, 2, or 3, wherein the pipe is a pipe through which a cold medium is circulated.

Further, the invention of claim 5 is a honeycomb bench formed by fixing the upper surface plate and the lower surface plate so as to cover the upper and lower edges of the honeycomb core, in contact with each inner surface of the upper surface plate and the lower surface plate, Adjustment means capable of controlling a heat generation temperature of the nichrome wire between the terminal and the power source by providing a terminal for energizing the nichrome wire on the honeycomb bench, with a nichrome wire stretched over substantially the entire upper surface plate and lower surface plate. A honeycomb bench for equipment mounting was connected.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, since the cooling medium having a constant temperature can be inserted into the pipe line extending inside the upper and lower plates of the bench, the temperature of the upper and lower surfaces of the bench can be set at a desired constant temperature. Therefore, expansion and contraction due to the temperature of the upper surface plate and the lower surface plate of the bench can be suppressed. Therefore, it is possible to maintain the accuracy of equipment mounted on the bench, particularly equipment that measures a minute distance. The cold / warm medium includes cold water, hot water, other fluids, and gas. Among them, in the case of cold water, particularly tap water, water at a constant temperature can be easily inserted into the pipe line by connecting a hose connected to the tap of the water pipe to the pipe line opening of the bench. Thus, according to this device, since the honeycomb bench itself can be maintained at a constant temperature, expansion and contraction of the members on the upper surface and the lower surface of the honeycomb bench can be easily suppressed without requiring a large facility.

Since the invention of claim 2 is provided with the feeding means for sending the cold medium to the pipeline, various cold media can be inserted into the pipeline.

Further, according to the invention of claim 3, since the control means for holding the cold medium at a constant temperature is also provided, the cold medium can be held at a constant temperature very easily.

According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, since the cold medium is circulated through the pipe line, a certain amount of the cold medium can be used for a long time, a large amount of the cold medium is not required, and the cost can be kept low.

The invention of claim 5 is convenient because the heat generation temperature of the nichrome wire can be easily controlled to a constant temperature by the voltage adjusting means, despite the simple structure.

This device is a honeycomb bench formed by fixing an upper surface plate and a lower surface plate so as to cover the upper and lower edges of a honeycomb core. The temperature of the upper and lower surfaces of the honeycomb bench can be easily maintained, and the expansion and contraction of the upper surface plate and the lower surface plate of the bench can be controlled. .

Embodiment 1 of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. 1 is a plan view of a honeycomb bench according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a right side view of the same, FIG. 3 is a front view of the same part omitted, FIG. 4 is an explanatory plan view showing a pipe line of the bench, and FIG. FIG. 6 is a partly longitudinal sectional view of the bench.

As shown in FIG. 5, the honeycomb bench 1 of the present invention has the upper surface plate 3 and the lower surface plate 4 bonded to the upper and lower end edges so as to cover the upper and lower end edges of the honeycomb core 2 having a large number of honeycomb cross sections. It is fixed by material. As shown in FIGS. 2, 3, and 5, the periphery of the honeycomb core 2 is covered with side plates 5 and 6 provided along the sides of the upper surface plate 3 and the lower surface plate 4.

A large number of screw hole taps 7 are provided on the outer surface of the upper surface plate 3 at substantially constant intervals. These taps 7 are for screwing bolts through holes formed in the base of the device in order to fix the device mounted on the honeycomb bench 1.

In addition, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, the upper surface plate 3 and the lower surface plate 4 are in contact with the inner side surfaces of the upper surface plate 3 and the lower surface plate 4, respectively. A pipe line 8 made of copper, which is bent and stretched from one end to the other end, and further bent into a U-shape and stretched from one end to the other end, is provided. In the first embodiment, four pipe lines 8 are provided side by side so that the pipe line 8 is stretched over almost the entire upper surface plate 3 and lower surface plate 4. Each of these pipe lines 8 is provided with an insertion port 8a and a discharge port 8b at one end and the other end of the honeycomb bench 1, respectively. Moreover, cold / hot water is penetrated into these pipe lines 8 inside.

Further, specifically, as shown in FIG. 6, each of the pipe lines 8 is provided with U-shaped grooves 2a by notches at the upper and lower edges of the partition walls of the honeycomb core 2, and the pipe lines are formed in these grooves 2a. 8, and the upper surface plate 3 or the lower surface plate 4 is applied to the upper end edge or the lower end edge of the pipe line 8 and the honeycomb core 2 from above, and fixed to the pipe line 8 and the upper and lower end edges with a heat-resistant adhesive. Is. Thereby, each pipe line 8 is provided in contact with or close to the inner surface of the upper surface plate 3 or the lower surface plate 4. Further, since the grooves 2a are provided at the upper and lower end edges of the honeycomb core 2 in this way, the strength of the honeycomb core 2 is lowered. In order to compensate for this, the reinforcing boss 9 is interposed between the upper surface plate 3 and the lower surface plate 4. I have strength. A number of reinforcing bosses 9 inserted from the upper surface plate 3 side and reinforcing bosses 9 a inserted from the lower surface plate 4 side are provided at intervals.

Then, separately provided cold / hot water having a constant temperature is sent from the insertion port 8a of each pipe line 8 to each pipe line 8 by water supply means (not shown) such as a pump, and the cold / hot water is allowed to flow into each pipe line 8. Then, the pipe 8 is discharged from a discharge port 8b to a suitable place through a pipe or a hose (not shown) connected to the discharge port 8b. The temperature of the cold / hot water in the pipe line 8 is transmitted to the upper surface plate 3 and the lower surface plate 4, thereby keeping the temperature of the upper surface plate 3 and the lower surface plate 4 constant.

Therefore, the cold / hot water can be fed into the pipe line 8 by keeping the temperature constant by combining a dependent cooling device or heating device and a temperature control device (not shown), and the temperature control means It is also possible to adjust to a predetermined temperature.

In the first embodiment, four pipes 8 are provided, and the cold / warm water discharged from the discharge ports 8b of the respective pipes 8 is discharged to appropriate places. However, the discharged cold / warm water is collected. Because of the tank (not shown), the tank can be sent again to the insertion port 8a of each pipe line 8 by means of a pump or the like to circulate cold / hot water.

In the first embodiment, the cool / warm water is inserted into the pipe line 8. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and other fluids and gases can be inserted as the cool / warm medium. In the first embodiment, the U-shaped grooves are formed in the upper and lower edges of the partition walls of the honeycomb core 2 in order to arrange the pipe lines 8 in contact with or close to the inner side surfaces of the upper surface plate 3 and the lower surface plate 4, respectively. 2a is provided, and the pipes 8 are fitted into these grooves 2a. However, the groove 2a may be a V-shaped groove, or a circular hole may be formed in the partition wall and passed through the pipe 8.

In the first embodiment, each insertion port 8a and each discharge port 8b of the pipe line 8 projecting from the side surface 6 of the honeycomb bench 1 is formed in a straight line. However, as shown in FIG. It is good also as the insertion port 8a 'and discharge port 8b' which formed in the shape of a character and made the position where the upper and lower mouths shifted.

FIG. 8 shows Example 2 of the present invention and shows a plan view of a honeycomb bench.

The honeycomb bench 11 basically has the same structure as that of the first embodiment. The honeycomb core also has an upper surface plate 12 and a lower surface plate (so that the upper and lower edges of the honeycomb core having a large number of honeycomb cross sections are covered. (Not shown) is fixed to the upper and lower end edges with an adhesive. Further, the periphery of the honeycomb core of the honeycomb bench 11 of Example 1 is covered with side plates provided along the sides of the upper surface plate 12 and the lower surface plate.

Then, the nichrome wire 13 is attached to the inner surface of the upper surface plate 12 and the inner surface of the lower surface plate, respectively, and the nichrome wire 13 is stretched over almost the entire surface of the upper surface plate 12 and the lower surface plate. The bottom plate is fixed to the upper and lower edges of the honeycomb core with a heat-resistant adhesive. The terminal 13 a of the nichrome wire 13 is provided on the one side plate 5 of the honeycomb bench 11.

Then, a cord from a commercial power source is connected to the terminal 13a, a slidac (not shown) is interposed between them, and the voltage can be adjusted so as to adjust the heat generation temperature of the nichrome wire 13.

The honeycomb benches 1 or 11 of Examples 1 and 2 are made of aluminum, but may be made of steel or nonmagnetic stainless steel.

Furthermore, the honeycomb bench of the present invention is used not only as a bench for a vibration isolator but also on a test bench or on an appropriate mount or desk.
