Description

The present invention relates to an assembly lamp that can be used at a restaurant or at an event or festival.

In Japanese festivals, candles are used to illuminate the lights, and such lamps suffer from the difficulty of fire when they fall because of the flames of the candles used to obtain light.
Therefore, as disclosed in Patent Document 1 below, a safe row lamp using a light bulb using a household power source or a battery as a power source is often used.
However, the number of lamps used in the festival is extremely large to decorate the entire town where the festival is held, and the conventional lamps are bulky.
JP 2007-242399 A

When a light bulb is used as in Patent Document 1, there is no light fluctuation like a candle but it is safe for a fire, and since the light is monotonous, there is a problem that there is no taste and it is bulky, so it is bulky. There were difficulties in handling during storage.
Therefore, the present invention is an assembly lamp that is safe for fire, easy to disassemble and assemble, and can be stacked without being bulky when disassembled, and easy to handle during transportation and storage. The purpose is to provide.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the invention according to claim 1 of the assembly-type row lamp of the present invention is a row lamp comprising a row lamp side surface portion having a leg portion, a row lamp top surface portion, and a row lamp bottom surface portion. The four side portions are formed so that the four side portions can be connected to and separated from each other in the form of a rectangular tube with an uneven connecting member, and each surface has an upper portion of a vertical frame having legs at the lower portion and the vertical frame. A light transmission plate surrounding portion is formed by an upper frame constructed at a height lower than the upper end of the frame and a lower frame constructed at an intermediate height of the vertical frame, and an insertion formed on the inner surface facing the light transmission plate surrounding portion. The light-transmitting plate is fitted in the groove, and the row lamp top surface portion is formed of four pieces so as to surround the upper end of each vertical frame from the side surface at the upper end of each vertical frame of the side surface portion of the row lamp assembled in a rectangular tube shape. A step is formed in the top plate frame, and the top plate is fitted into an insertion groove formed in the top plate frame. A candle frame is provided at the center portion of the candlestick plate formed to have a length that rides on the opposing lower frame of the side surface portion of the row lamp, and a surrounding frame having a height equal to or higher than the height of the protrusion. It is provided, and it is easy to separate and assemble each part of the row lamp side surface portion, the row lamp top surface portion, and the row lamp bottom surface portion.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the above-mentioned device, the concave and convex connecting member is made of resin, and the other convex connecting member is fitted in a protrusion sandwiching space formed in the pressing pinch portion of the one concave connecting member. It is characterized in that the joint protrusion is connected by being sandwiched in a state where it can be pressed by the pressing sandwiching portion.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, in each of the above-mentioned inventions, the concavo-convex connecting member protruding from the vertical frame surface separates the lateral width on one side and the lateral width on the other side of the row lamp side surface. The upper frame and the lower frame are formed in different lengths so that they do not come into contact with the opposing vertical frame on the upper or lower side when stacked, enabling stable stacking of the separated parts.

The device according to claim 4 is characterized in that, in each of the above devices, the light transmitting plate is a laminated plate of a transparent or translucent synthetic resin plate and coated paper.

A device according to claim 5 is characterized in that, in each of the above devices, the top plate is formed of a non-combustible plywood plate or a flame-retardant plywood plate.

When the assembly lamp of the present invention is used for festivals, the top panel on the top is difficult to burn, and the light transmitting plate is flame retardant, so it does not burn easily, so it can increase safety against fire.
In addition, since the light transmission plate is not paper, there is no risk of deformation or tearing even if it gets wet in the outdoors, and there is no need to worry about the weather unless it falls down due to strong winds.
In addition, the side surface portion of the row lamp can be easily disassembled and assembled by the convex connection member, and when disassembled, the uneven connection member protruding from the vertical frame surface when the portions are separated and stacked is opposed to the upper or lower side. Since the upper frame and the lower frame are formed in different lengths so as not to contact the vertical frame, they are stacked without being bulky. As a result, handling during transportation and storage becomes extremely easy.
Therefore, even if the number of lamps used for the festival is large, it can be stored and stored compactly in a warehouse etc. without being bulky as before, and in the warehouse of the space, the conventional lamps are full However, the row lamp of the present invention can be stored even if the number is greatly increased.

The best mode for carrying out the assembly-type lamp of the present invention will be described.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the present invention is a row lamp including a row lamp side surface portion A, a row lamp top surface portion B, and a row lamp bottom surface portion C having legs 1 b.

As shown in FIG. 4, the row lamp side surface portion A is formed so that the four side portions can be connected and separated into a rectangular tube shape by the concave and convex connecting members 20 and 25, As shown in FIG. 2, the upper part of the vertical frame 1 having legs 1 b at the lower part, the upper frame 2 constructed at a height lower than the upper end of the vertical frame 1, and the lower frame constructed at the intermediate height of the vertical frame 1 3 is formed by inserting a light transmitting plate 15 into an insertion groove 14 formed on an inner surface facing the light transmitting plate surrounding portion.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the row lamp top surface portion B is arranged at the upper end of each vertical frame 1, 4 of the row lamp side surface portion A assembled into a rectangular tube shape, and the periphery is the upper end of each vertical frame 1, 4. Is formed by inserting the top plate 9 into the insertion groove 17 formed therein.
In the rainy weather, water may accumulate on the upper surface in rainy weather, so the upper plate frames 7 and 8 are provided with discharge grooves at the four corners.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the row lamp bottom surface portion C is a length that rides on the mounting surface 19 of the opposed lower frame 3 of the row lamp side surface portion A that is formed in a rectangular tube shape and has an air inlet 13. A projection 11 for standing a candle is provided at the center of the candlestick plate 10 formed in the above manner. The projection 11 is provided by piercing a nail upward from the lower surface of the plate or placing a candlestick having the projection 11 on the center of the metal plate.
Further, the enclosure frame 12 and the projection 11 for standing the candle may be integrally formed of metal and attached to the central portion of the candlestick plate 10.
Then, a square frame 12 is provided around the protrusion 11 so that the height of the protrusion 11 is equal to or higher than the height of the protrusion 11. Although this enclosure frame 12 prevents the falling of the candle, it protects the projection 11 from being stuck into a person's foot or the like when a person gets on.
In addition, the shape of the square surrounding frame 12 can be various shapes such as a circular or triangular cylinder.
When the candle standing on the protrusion 11 burns, the heated air is discharged to the outside from the exhaust port S formed on the upper frame 2 installed at a height lower than the upper end of the vertical frame 1, and from the bottom to the outside air Enters from the inlet 13.
This air flow causes a great “fluctuation” in the flame.
In addition, the projection 11 is used with a candle standing up, but apart from this, the bottom of the cylindrical battery container for storing the dry battery is provided with a fitting hole that can be fixed upright to the projection 11 at the upper end. It is also possible to use a candle-like lighting fixture with a bean bulb.

If the frame material to be used is wood such as cedar or straw, it is preferable because of its taste. In particular, cedar is excellent in water resistance, so it is most suitable for outdoor lighting.
With such a configuration, it is very easy to separate and assemble each part of the row lamp side surface portion A, the row lamp top surface portion B, and the row lamp bottom surface portion C.

Further, the concave and convex connecting members 20 and 25 are made of resin, and are attached to the vertical frames 1 and 4 as shown in FIG. 5, and are sandwiched between the protrusions 27 formed in the pressing pin portion 27 of one concave connecting member 25. The fitting protrusion 22 of the other convex connecting member 20 is sandwiched and connected in the space 30 (the separated state is shown in FIG. 5A, and the connected state is shown in FIG. ).
The convex connecting member 20 has a fitting projection 22 projecting into an attachment hole 21 provided in the vertical frame 1 and a fixing portion 23 fixed with a screw 24. Further, the concave connecting member 25 has a fixing portion 28 fixed by screws 24 with the pressing pin portions 27 on both sides facing the outside in the mounting holes 26 deeper than the convex connecting member 20 provided in the vertical frame 4. And if the fitting protrusion 22 enters and spreads between the front-end | tips of the press clamping part 27, it has the structure which clamps the fitting protrusion 22 from both sides.
In addition, the uneven | corrugated connection member of this invention is not limited to such a structure.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 6, the concavo-convex connecting members 20 and 25 projecting from the vertical frame surface are stacked with the width of one side and the width of the other side of the row lamp side surface facing each other separated. Sometimes, the upper frame and the lower frame are formed in different lengths so as not to contact the opposite vertical frame on the upper or lower side, and the separated parts can be stably stacked and stacked.

The light transmission plate 15 can be a laminated plate of a transparent or translucent acrylic resin plate and coated paper. In this way, light can be transmitted as a whole, and the acrylic plate is weather resistant and has high strength, so it is preferable to put it outdoors, and it is safe because it does not break like glass.
In addition, some PVC resin plates such as non-plastic rigid vinyl chloride plates are provided with durable, heat-resistant and flame-retardant materials, and these transparent or translucent greasy plate plates are used with coated paper. be able to.
The coated paper on the surface can be white or colored, and the design can be easily printed.
For example, it is possible to print family crests, names of supporting companies, etc., and print patterns on the background, making it possible to further enhance the atmosphere of the festival through design.
Further, the light transmission plate 15 is integrated by inserting the periphery into the insertion grooves 4 formed in the vertical frames 1, 4, the upper frames 2, 5, and the lower frames 3, 6 around the side surface of the row lamp, The entire side face of the line lamp becomes strong and can retain its shape.
This strength is so high that it cannot be compared with the case where paper is pasted on the vertical frame, the upper frame, and the lower frame as in the prior art.
As a result, it is possible to reduce the rate of decrease in the number due to deformation or breakage that has occurred every time it is used, and there is an advantage that it is possible to prevent decrease in maintenance costs and management costs.

Further, the top plate 9 can be formed of a non-combustible veneer plate or a flame retardant plywood plate, which is preferable because there is little heat deformation due to the flame of the candle from directly below.

The present invention is an assembly lamp that is used for events and festivals, but can also be used as a lamp for rituals such as home use and funerals.
