【解決手段】ハンガ−の吊り下げ部３の上部先端に、チェーン付錠１を取りつけて、吊り下げ部３の下部に、錠止金４を取りつける。左斜辺部５の下端部を、Ｕ字形に曲げて、この先端部にチェ−ン付錠２を取りつける。右斜辺部６の下端部と下辺部７の右端部を、スプリング８で接続する。下辺部７の左端部に、スプリング９の中に、チェ−ン１０を通して取りつける。

（ｄ）下辺部▲７▼の左端部に、スプリング▲９▼の中に、チェ−ン▲１０▼を通して取り付ける。
（ｅ）下辺部▲７▼に、洗濯物等の干し物を通して、下辺部▲７▼の左端を、左斜辺部▲５▼の下端部、Ｕ字形に曲げた部分に乗せる。
（ｆ）チェ−ン付錠▲２▼の錠を、下辺部▲７▼の左端部に設置のチェ−ン▲１０▼に、掛けて施錠する。
本考案は、以上の構成よりなる。
本考案物の使用は、チェ−ン付錠▲１▼のチェ−ン部を物干し竿等に数回巻き付けて錠部を、吊り下げ部▲３▼の下端部に設置の錠止金▲４▼に、引掛けて施錠し、ハンガ−の吊下げ部▲３▼が、物干し竿等から外れない状態にして、ハンガ−ごとの盗難や、強風からの落下を防止する。且つチェ−ン付錠▲２▼の錠を、下辺部▲７▼の左端部に設置のチェ−ン▲１０▼に、引掛けて施錠し、洗濯物等の干し物が、下辺部▲７▼から、外れない状態にして、盗難や強風からの落下を防止する。Embodiments of the present invention will be described below.
