[0003] However, in the past, for users, since the liquid resin composition and the powdered inorganic filler were used in a mixed state, the working environment was inevitably deteriorated. In addition, since the inorganic filler tends to settle, there is a restriction that the inorganic filler must be used immediately after mixing. For these reasons, in the process from the work of mixing the resin composition and the inorganic filler to the injection and curing, the automatic line by machine has been delayed.

As the epoxy resin ester (a) which is a modifying component of the modified unsaturated polyester resin, bisphenol A type, bisphenol F type, polyphenol type, halogenated bisphenol type, polyhydric glycidyl ester type and the like can be used alone or in combination. The epoxy group of the above epoxy resin is ester-modified with an acid component. Examples of the acid component include adipic acid, phthalic anhydride, tetrahydrophthalic anhydride, hydroxymethacrylic acid, maleic anhydride, maleic acid, fumaric acid, soybean oil fatty acid, linseed oil fatty acid, and tall oil fatty acid. Can be used alone or in combination of two or more. The epoxy equivalent of the epoxy resin is preferably within a range not exceeding 1000, more preferably within a range not exceeding 500.
If the epoxy equivalent exceeds 1000, the solubility in the reactive monomer decreases, and the viscosity increases, which is not preferable. It is desirable that the epoxy resin ester is blended so as to contain 5 to 20% by weight based on the modified unsaturated polyester resin. If this proportion is less than 5% by weight, sufficient adhesion to metal, electrical insulation and thermal properties cannot be obtained.
If the amount exceeds 10% by weight, the viscosity does not decrease and the viscosity when the inorganic filler is mixed increases, which is not preferable.

The oxygen-containing aromatic hydrocarbon formaldehyde resin (b), which is another modified component, is an oxygen-containing resin obtained by reacting an aromatic hydrocarbon such as mesitylene with formaldehyde to give a polymer chain containing methylene ether. And as a specific example, for example, Nicanol M
(Mitsubishi Gas Chemical Company, trade name), Generalite 3150
(Manufactured by General Petrochemical Co., Ltd., trade name) and the like, and these can be used alone or in combination of two or more. (B) The mixing ratio of the oxygen-containing aromatic hydrocarbon formaldehyde resin is 10% with respect to the modified unsaturated polyester resin.
It is desirable to mix them so as to contain up to 40 wt%. If this ratio is less than 10% by weight, the cured product will not have sufficient flexibility, and if it exceeds 40% by weight, it is not preferable in terms of cost and adhesion.

The reactive monomer (B) used in the present invention includes styrene, styrene derivatives, acrylates,
Examples include methacrylic acid esters and various aryl esters, and these can be used alone or in combination of two or more. The proportion of the reactive monomer is based on 100 parts by weight of the above-mentioned (A) modified unsaturated polyester resin.
It is desirable to add 30 to 140 parts by weight. If the amount is less than 30 parts by weight, the viscosity is high and the workability is impaired.
If the amount is more than the weight part, adhesion to metal, flexibility and the like cannot be obtained, which is not preferable.

The inorganic filler (C) used in the present invention includes silica, silica sand, calcium carbonate, hydrated alumina, alumina, talc and the like, and these can be used alone or in combination of two or more. . Silica having an average particle size of 6 μm, silica sand having an average particle size of 40 to 60 μm, calcium carbonate having an average particle size of 1 μm, hydrated alumina or alumina having an average particle size of 1 μm are preferably used. It is not preferable. The inorganic filler is desirably compounded at a ratio of 200 to 350 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the resin component [(A) + (B)]. If the proportion is less than 200 parts by weight, curing cannot be sufficiently performed, and if it exceeds 350 parts by weight, the viscosity becomes high and workability deteriorates, which is not preferable.

A heat cycle test at 20 ° C. for 1 hour to a temperature of 130 ° C. for 1 hour was performed 30 times, and the adhesion between the metal case and the resin composition was observed. That is, the transformer-containing metal case is washed after being immersed in red ink, the case is peeled off, and the area of the red ink portion that has penetrated into the portion where the resin composition and the case have peeled is 70% or more of the whole.
