回転時に適度に足裏のツボを刺激でき足裏の疲労回復に役立つ。
そして、両先端のツボ符号３で肩や首すじにピンポイントで指圧効果が得られる。

またマッサージ効果以外に本体の両端のツボで指先を刺激でき特に高齢者の脳の活動を良くすることが期待できる。
また本体は合成ゴムで構成されているので水のある所でも使用できる。
