Abstract

An object of the present invention is to use a metal spring force only at the time of attachment / detachment of a latch, so that the elastic force can be maintained for a long period of time, and the piercing catch is difficult to come off from the piercing pin. Of course, the loss of the pierced body is greatly reduced.
SOLUTION: A substantially L-shaped arm 8 of a substrate portion 7 formed together with a pin insertion hole 6 and two substantially point-symmetrical substantially L-shaped arms 8 is overlapped so as to be folded back and is thinner than a piercing pin to be inserted. The piercing body is fixed by locking the catch receiving portion of the pin for piercing by the pin locking portion 9 serving as a hole. Therefore, since the longitudinal spring force is used only at the time of attachment and detachment, the durability of the elastic force of the spring force is improved, so that a piercing structure that does not easily fall off can be obtained.

Description

The present invention relates to a piercing structure for locking and fixing a pin in a piercing decorative body.

A conventional piercing structure will be described with reference to FIG. As shown in FIG. 5, the piercing pin 4 is inserted through the pierced hole opened in the human body such as the ear so that the pierced decorative body comes to the front, and the pierced pin 4 is inserted into the pin insertion hole 15 of the substrate portion 12. The piercing catch 3 is received by the piercing catch 3.

The conventional piercing catch 3 is made of a noble metal such as gold or platinum, and as can be seen from FIG. 5, has a pair of axisymmetric pin clamping portions 13 that are curled by integral molding from the substrate portion 12. A pin insertion hole 15 is provided in the substrate portion 12.

From the above shape, the catch receiving portion 14 of the piercing pin 4 inserted into the pin holding portion 13 by inserting the piercing pin 4 from the pin insertion hole 15 is sandwiched by the spring force of the pin holding portion 13 and the piercing body is Can support.

The prior art piercing catch 3 described above has a precious metal such as gold or platinum that is thinly stretched and given a spring force by pressing or bending. However, the precious metal itself has many soft materials and is a powerful spring. There is a limit even if the force is applied, and the deterioration with the lapse of time occurs, which is deformed over time or the spring force itself is lost.

There are also piercing catches that use the elastic force of resin such as silicon instead of metal, but unlike precious metals, it deteriorates with sweat, body fluids and oxygen in the air, and the resin itself loses its elastic force. As a result, deterioration with time occurs. There is also a combination of the prior art and a resin, but the results are the same although the deterioration with time is somewhat slow.

As for the pin that the current pierced body has, there is only one fixed position, and the thickness of the pierced hole in the human body such as the ear depends on the position of the pierced hole and individual differences.

For this reason, there is often a gap between the pierced hole in the human body such as the ear and the piercing catch, or the piercing catch cannot be fully inserted to the fixed position. Foreign matter (hair, etc.) gets in between the catch.

From the above results, there are very many cases in which the piercing catch falls off and is lost, and if you notice at that time, you can only stop losing the piercing catch, so it is only an inexpensive loss, but many are expensive The pierced body will be lost. For this reason, it is a subject that it is difficult to wear expensive earrings as a decoration.
JP 2000-245513 Japanese Laid-Open Patent Publication No. 2005-204991

The first device used the metal spring force in the conventional piercing catch, but this device does not use the metal spring force and supports the piercing body by locking it when wearing it. By using the longitudinal spring force only occasionally, the durability of the elastic force of the spring force is improved.

This structure is obtained by folding two substantially L-shaped arms 8 out of a substrate portion 7 having a hole in the center formed together with a pin insertion hole 6 and two point-symmetrical substantially L-shaped arms 8, and inside each other. The structure as shown in FIG. 2 is formed so as to intersect with each other and be knitted, and a hole and pin locking portion 9 smaller than the piercing pin inserted at the center of the overlapping can be formed.

When the piercing pin 2 inserted from the pin insertion hole 6 is penetrated to the pin locking portion 9, the pin locking portion is once expanded by the elastic force of the substantially L-shaped arm 8, and the piercing pin 4 is inserted and the catch receiving portion 11. Until the pin locking portion 9 is narrowed by the elastic force, and the pin locking portion 9 locks the catch receiving portion 11 of the piercing pin 4 to fix the piercing body.

According to the second device, the piercing catch locks the piercing pin according to the first device, so that the required area is smaller than that of the prior art. A plurality of piercings can be provided, and the piercings can be put on without limiting the thickness of the piercing hole opened in the human body such as the ear.

This makes it possible to fix the piercing catch at a multistage position. Further, the number of catch receiving portions 11 is not limited to the drawing.

With this device, the metal spring force is used only when the latch is attached / detached, so that the conventional technology uses a spring force, or uses a material that oxidizes or deteriorates such as resin or silicon. Since it is not, the elastic force can be maintained for a long time.

Moreover, since it becomes difficult to remove the piercing catch from the piercing pin from the first device, it is possible to significantly reduce the loss of the piercing body as well as the piercing catch.

Furthermore, according to the second device, since it is possible to attach the pierced ears without being influenced by the thickness of the pierced hole formed in the human body such as the ear, it is possible to perform the piercing and the piercing catch that are further difficult to come off with the first device .

FIG. 1 is an exploded view of a piercing catch, and two substantially L-shaped arms that are point targets protruding outward from a circular substrate (hereinafter referred to as substrate portion 7) having a hole in the center. The pin is fixed by a pin locking portion 9 which can be formed by folding and crossing and knitting.

Moreover, by using together with the pin for piercing of FIG. 3, the catch for piercing can be fixed to an arbitrary position, and it can respond to various thicknesses of the pierced hole opened in the human body such as the ear. Details will be described below in Examples.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is a development view of the present invention product and is a first stage of molding. Two substantially point-symmetrical substantially L-shapes which are formed by a substantially L-shaped arm root portion 16 and a substantially L-shaped arm tip portion 17 protruding from the substrate portion 7 and having the pin insertion hole 6 of FIG. The arm 8 is folded back from the base of the substrate portion 7 and the substantially L-shaped arm tip portion 17 of each of the substantially L-shaped arms 8 passes under the substantially L-shaped arm root portion 16 (hereinafter referred to as weaving). Then, the state is knitted as shown in FIG.

3 is inserted through the pin insertion hole 6 in the board portion 7 and inserted into the pin locking portion 9 by forming a gap and a pin locking portion 9 smaller than the pin insertion hole 6. By doing so, the catch receiving part 11 is locked by the pin locking part 9, and the pierced body is fixed to the pierced hole opened in the human body.

Although not illustrated in detail, the tip portion 17 of the substantially L-shaped arm is bent at a right angle to the direction other than the substrate portion 7 so as to be the detachable button 5. As a result, the pin locking portion 9 on the pin insertion hole 6 is pushed and pressed so as to sandwich the detachable button 5 on both ends of the L-shaped arm tip portion 17 so that the pin locking portion 9 is opened and closed by elastic force. Therefore, the piercing pin 2 can be inserted and removed.

Since the area required for locking the pin locking portion 9 is small, even when the pin 4 attached to the conventional piercing body is used, the catch receiving portion 18 is somewhat wide as shown in FIG. When the stop portion 9 locks the catch receiving portion 14, there is a margin in the front and back, and the pierced body moves slightly between the pierced body and the pierced catch in the pierced hole opened in the human body such as the ear. Foreign matter such as hair may get caught between the piercing body and the piercing catch, but compared to the conventional technique, the invention of locking and the durability improvement of the elastic force using the vertical spring force, It becomes difficult to drop out.

Therefore, even if the shape of the piercing pin of the pierced body is the same as that of the prior art, it is possible to avoid and reduce problems such as falling off by simply replacing the piercing catch with the present invention.

Accordingly, it is possible to sell only with the piercing catch, and it is possible to spread at a low cost.
