【解決手段】ノートを現在の１ページ毎にめくるスタイルから、シートを引抜くスタイルにする引抜きスタイルにしても、簡単に離れ落ちない様に折り目をつけ、切り込みを入れる。

引抜、新に記入を始める時、前回の記入事項がそのまま残る
フォローを終えたシートは、そのまま抜取り、最終ページに挿入するFrom the current style of flipping the notebook page by page, pulling out the crease so that it will not be easily removed even if it is pulled out.
