(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 圧縮機、熱交換機、送風機を具備した基

て、前記前面グリルは、ほぼ中央部に形成され、前記エ
アガイダを取り付ける際の位置決めの基準となる位置決
め用リブと、前記エアガイダを固定させるための固定用
溶着リブとを有し、一方、前記エアガイダは前記前面グ
リル上の前記位置決め用リブと係合して位置決めをする
位置決め用穴と、前記固定用溶着リブと係合する穴加工
部とを有し、前記穴加工部は前記前面グリル上に形成さ
れた前記固定用溶着リブの根元寸法より全周に渡り、材
料となる樹脂及び使用環境温度などに応じて決められる
所定幅のクリアランスをとるように構成されたことを特
徴とする空気調和機の室外ユニット。
