【解決手段】串抜き機能を備えた串は、食物Ｆに刺し通す棒部３と平板状に形成された把持部４を備えている。そして他の串１に刺し込まれた食物の把持部４側より棒部３に係合して先端方向に移動させることによって、食物を抜き取る切欠状の係合部７を、把持部４の棒部３基端部寄りの側面側に形成している。串刺食品盛付具は、上面が食物の盛付面を構成する盛付皿と、盛付皿面上に突出し、串１の係合部７内に収容した状態で串１の把持部２及び把持部２側の食物を盛付面より浮かせた状態で支持し且つ軸方向移動を規制して位置決めする支持部１１と、串１とからなる。
