By the way, since the engine generates vibration during driving, the motorcycle is suspended by suspending the engine on an elastic bush or the like, but the vibration is still transmitted to the vehicle body. Further, during driving, the motorcycle travels while cushioning the front wheel and the rear wheel against the unevenness of the road surface to reduce the impact, and the vibration of the reaction acts on the vehicle body. As described above, in the motorcycle, the vibration is generated in the vehicle body, and the vibration is transmitted to the seat. The foam cushion is

In the present invention, in order to achieve the above object, a cushion body made of urethane foam having a certain thickness is arranged on the upper portion of the seat bottom plate, and the outer surface of the cushion body is covered with a skin such as vinyl leather. In the seat bottom plate, a concave portion which is recessed below the vehicle over the driver's seating region is formed, and a plate-shaped superabsorbent elastic body made of a viscoelastic elastomer is disposed in the concave portion. The lower surface of one side of the elastic body is abutted on the upper surface of the concave portion and fixed, and the upper surface of the super absorbent elastic body on the other upper surface and the upper surface of the seat bottom plate excluding the concave portion is provided with the super absorbent elastic body. The present invention is characterized in that a cushion body having a thickness greater than the plate thickness is superposed and laminated, and the entire outer surface of the cushion body is covered with the skin.

According to the present invention, the superabsorbent elastic body on which the foam is layered in the mounted state is made of a viscoelastic urethane elastomer and has a shock absorbing power of about 95% and an elongation of about 500%, so that it is very soft. The vibration absorbing power is much better than foams such as urethane and urethane. Therefore, vibrations and rolls felt by the driver and the like can be significantly reduced, and riding comfort is improved.

The cushion body 3 is a plate-shaped superabsorbent elastic body 2 laminated and fixed on the surface of the seat bottom plate 4, and a foam laminated and adhered and fixed on the surface of the superabsorbent elastic body 2 1
It is composed of The superabsorbent elastic body 2 is made of a viscoelastic urethane elastomer, and has a shock absorbing power of about 95% and an elongation of about 500%. This super absorbent elastic body 2
Is characterized by being very soft and having a much better vibration absorbing power. This soft super-absorbent elastic body 2
Since it is laid in 4a, it does not shift in the horizontal direction and has less lateral sway as compared to the case where it is laid on a flat bottom plate, so that improvement in riding comfort can be expected. Such superabsorbent elastic body 2 includes, for example, sorbosein (trade name).

Next, the effect of this embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4 show the engine speed on the horizontal axis, FIG. 3 shows the vertical vibration amount of the seat surface on the vertical axis, and FIG. 4 shows the longitudinal vibration of the seat surface on the vertical axis. The amount of vibration of the sheet of the present invention is indicated by the line A, and that of the conventional cushion material made of only foam is indicated by the line B.
According to this, the vibration can be reduced only by the hatching.
