【課題】マイクロカメラが装着された口腔照明灯具構造の提供。
【解決手段】本考案のマイクロカメラが装着された口腔照明灯具構造は、主に、マイクロカメラ、及び、口腔照明灯具、からなり、更に、デンタルミラーを合わせて使用するもので、マイクロカメラは口腔無影照明灯具前端の透明カバー外に装着される。口腔照明灯具の光源により、口腔内部を照明し、デンタルミラーによる反射により、前端のマイクロカメラで撮影し、ディスプレイに伝送し、口腔内部の情況を拡大検視、記録すると共に、医療動作を補助し、且つ、儀器を準備したり、使用後の洗浄、メンテナンス、及び、消毒等の面倒な作業をしなくてもよいので、臨床使用、及び、便利性が増加する。

Description

本考案はマイクロカメラが装着された口腔照明灯具構造に関し、詳細には、医療スタッフが口腔内を検査、記録する設備で、マイクロカメラ、及び、光源設備を口腔内に伸入させることなく、非接触性の検査で、患者に不快感を与えず、儀器を予め準備することや、使用後の洗浄、メンテナンス、消毒等の面倒な作業が不要で、臨床使用や便利性が増加し、人による作業が不要で、全操作と記録が完成されるマイクロカメラが装着された口腔照明灯具構造に関する。
医療用儀器、及び、技術発展は快速で、口腔内カメラの使用も増えている。公知の口腔内カメラ設備は、光源、及び、マイクロカメラ等からなり、口腔内に伸入させるので、患者は異物が口腔に入る不快感があり、また、感染の可能性も増える。この他、狭い口腔内で、医療行為を行わなければならず、必ず、人員による協力がないと操作できず、コストがかかる。
公知の口腔内カメラは、感染等の衛生面の問題があり、一層のナイロン袋をレンズに覆い、映像が不鮮明であると共に、患者の口中の不快感があり、儀器使用前後の収取、洗浄、メンテナンスも人力を必要とし、使用、及び、便利性が減少する。
本考案の目的は、マイクロカメラを装着する口腔照明灯具（或いは、類似の耳鼻咽喉科が用いる照明灯具）で、マイクロカメラと照明灯具光源により口腔内部を照明し、更にデンタルミラーを使用して、前端のマイクロカメラにより撮影し、ディスプレイに伝送した後、口腔内の状況を検視することができる口腔照明灯具を提供することにある。
本考案は、前端のマイクロカメラにより撮影し、ディスプレイに伝送した後、デジタル処理を施し、ファイルに保存、判断、教学等の用途も有し、医療過程でマイクを利用して録音を実行し、医者と患者、或いは、相関する音声で詳細に記録し、医療ミス等での争いを生じさせないことをもう一つの目的とする。
本考案は、医者による単独操作を可能にし、手助けを不要にすることを更なる目的とする。
上述の目的を達成するため、本考案のマイクロカメラが装着された口腔照明灯具構造は、主に、口腔照明灯、及び、マイクロカメラ、更に、デンタルミラー等から構成される。マイクロカメラは口腔照明灯具前端の透明カバー外に装着され、口腔照明灯具の光源により、口腔内部を照明し、デンタルミラーによる反射により、前端のマイクロカメラで撮影して、ディスプレイに伝送し、口腔内部の情況を拡大検視、記録する。
本考案により、検査が非接触的で、カメラが口腔内に伸入しないので、感染の確率を減少させ、患者に不快感を与えず、医療動作を補助し、助手による手助けも不要で、全操作、及び、記録が完成でき、口腔内部の状況が検視し易く、且つ、儀器を準備したり、使用後の洗浄、メンテナンス、及び、消毒等の面倒な作業をしなくてもよいので、臨床使用、及び、便利性が増加する。
図１〜図３で示されるように、本考案の構造は、マイクロカメラ１０、及び、口腔照明灯具３０、からなり、合わせて、デンタルミラー５０等を使用し、主に、マイクロカメラ１０は照明灯具３０前端の透明カバー２０上に装着され、一般の口腔照明灯具内には、患者が眩しくないように遮光カバーが設置されている。マイクロカメラはその遮光カバーの前に設置でき、口腔照明灯具は放物線式反射であり、無影設計で、故に、反射鏡面４０により反射する照明用光線を阻止でき、口腔内部の照明を提供し、マイクロカメラにより撮影した画像をディスプレイに伝送して、検視、記録、及び、操作を便利にする。
図４で示されるように、マイクロカメラ１０は、必要に応じて、口腔照明灯具３０フレーム上に架設して、マイクロカメラ１０の適当な位置に録音設備６０を装着して、録音効果を備えさせることも出来る。

Claims (4)

  1. マイクロカメラが装着された口腔照明灯具構造であって、主に、マイクロカメラ、及び、口腔照明灯具、からなり、更に、デンタルミラー等を合わせて使用するもので、その特徴は、前記マイクロカメラは前記口腔照明灯具の透明カバー外に装着され、前記口腔照明灯具の光源により、口腔内部を照明し、前記デンタルミラーによる反射により、前端のマイクロカメラで撮影して、ディスプレイに伝送し、口腔内部の情況を拡大検視、記録することができることを特徴とする口腔照明灯具構造。
  2. 前記マイクロカメラは前記口腔照明灯具前端の任意の箇所、及び、類似する照明灯具の前端に設置できることを特徴とする請求項１に記載の口腔照明灯具構造。
  3. 前記マイクロカメラは無影灯具上に設置されることを特徴とする請求項１に記載の口腔照明灯具構造。
  4. 前記マイクロカメラはマイクロフォンを装着して録音操作も実行できることを特徴とする請求項１に記載の口腔照明灯具構造。
