その外に、普通の灯具の中に使用されている電感整流器は、只Ｔ８形以上の灯管に適用されるもので、消費者が現在使用している普通の電感整流器のＴ８形蛍光灯灯具を若しもＴ５以下の灯管を配合して使う場合は、その内部に予設した電気回路は使用することができない。
