【解決手段】包丁の刃元の峰部分に包丁押え治具を取付け使用することにより防ぐことが出来る。

（調理用具）包丁１の刃元、峰の部分に押え治具２を取付け使用する。包丁を握りきしめ、人差指先を押えることによる損傷等を防ぎ安全な作業を行うことが出来る。(Cooking utensil) The presser jig 2 is attached and used at the edge of the knife 1 and the peak.
