Description

This device makes it easy to visually recognize the surface temperature of a heated cooking utensil, so that the surrounding people including the user can recognize that there is a risk of burns when touching the cooking utensil. It is about.

The heating methods used for cooking are roughly classified into a method of heating using a high-temperature body typified by a gas stove and an electric stove, a heating method using electromagnetic induction typified by an electromagnetic cooker, and a microwave oven. And a heating method using the dielectric effect of microwaves.

Even if cooking is performed by selecting any of the above heating methods, burns may be caused by inadvertently touching the cooking utensil without noticing that the cooking utensil has not been sufficiently cooled after the completion of heating.

In particular, when heating using an electromagnetic cooker, since a flame that is easy to visually recognize is not used, there is no means to determine whether heating is in progress or not by checking with a switch or warning device of the electromagnetic cooker body. . Therefore, it has been pointed out that there is a risk of burns due to inadvertent touching without noticing that the cooking utensils are being heated.

In addition, when heating using a microwave oven, all commercially available microwave ovens have a microwave leakage prevention function, so that cooking utensils cannot be touched during cooking, that is, during microwave irradiation. . However, due to the feature of microwave heating called internal heat generation, the bottom side of the object to be heated tends to become high temperature, so that the cooking appliance also tends to become hot at the bottom side due to heat propagation from the object to be heated. Due to such a unique phenomenon of microwave heating, there is a risk of burns by touching the bottom of the cooking utensil without noticing that a temperature gradient has occurred in the cooking utensil after the end of heating.

The reason why the cookware is burned by touching it even though it is hot is because the surface temperature of the cookware and the temperature gradient of the surface cannot be recognized only by visual observation.

Then, as a method of visually recognizing the surface temperature state of the cooking utensil, for example, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2004-187889 (Patent Document 1), containers having a magnetic material used for electromagnetic induction heating are used. There has been proposed a temperature display method and a temperature display device by applying a reversible temperature indicating paint and changing the color of the reversible temperature indicating paint.
JP 2004-187889 A (Claims)

As described in Patent Document 1, proposals have been made to ensure safety when handling hot cooking utensils, but there are advantages and disadvantages, and improvements are required.

In the method described in Patent Literature 1, the surface temperature can be visually recognized, but the temperature gradient of the surface cannot be known, and no measures for improving the visibility of the reversible temperature indicating material are taken.

In addition, development of cooking utensils that can be used in gas stoves, microwave ovens, and the like has been demanded only when the heating method uses an electromagnetic cooker.

In particular, when heating using a microwave oven, the object to be heated in the cooking utensil often has a state where the bottom side is hot but the top side remains cold. Therefore, there has been a demand for the development of a cooking utensil that can visually recognize from the outside that a temperature gradient has occurred on the surface of the cooking utensil.

In view of such problems, this device makes it possible to visually recognize the surface temperature of the cooking utensil itself and the temperature gradient of the surface, and by improving the visibility, burns due to inadvertent contact can be prevented, and the type of heating method can be reduced. It is intended to provide a cooking utensil that can be performed regardless.

Further, the device according to claim 4 of this device is
Two or more types of reversible temperature indicating materials with different detection temperatures are provided on the outer peripheral surface of the instrument body.
The cooking utensil is attached in the vicinity of the handle of the utensil body, with the one having a high detection temperature on the bottom side and the one having a low detection temperature on the top side.

Furthermore, the device according to claim 5 of this device is
In the cooking appliance in any one of Claims 1-4,
The reversible temperature indicating material is:
A reversible temperature indicating paint, in which a plurality of paints having different temperature bands are applied to the outer peripheral part of the instrument body partially or entirely or in a strip shape, with the one having a high detection temperature on the bottom side. It is characterized by this.

The surface temperature of the cooking utensil and the temperature gradient of this device can be understood by looking at the color of the reversible temperature indicating material applied to the outer circumferential surface of the cooking utensil, so that not only the user but also those around can easily see it. Can do.

In addition, even if the user of the cooking utensil is not at the place of use, the surrounding people can easily see the surface temperature, so that inadvertent contact can cause burns even though the cooking utensil is hot. It becomes possible to prevent.

In addition, when the cooking utensil is placed on the heater, the reversible temperature indicating material can be prevented from entering the blind spot by providing the reversible temperature indicating material on the outer peripheral surface of the cooking utensil over a half or a full circle, and Visibility can be improved.

In addition, when heating using a gas stove or electromagnetic cooker, the propagation of heat starts from the bottom of the cooking utensil. For example, a reversible temperature indicating material for high temperature detection is placed on the bottom side of the utensil body, and reversibility for low temperature detection is used. By providing the temperature indicating material on the upper side of the appliance main body, the surface temperature of the cooking appliance and the temperature gradient of the surface can be known.

In particular, when heating using a microwave oven, the object to be heated in the cooking utensil is hot on the bottom side of the cooking utensil, but often remains cold on the upper side. Since it is possible to know the surface temperature and the temperature gradient of the surface, it is possible to prevent burns due to inadvertent contact with the cooking utensil.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the cooking utensil of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, the present invention is not limited to the embodiment, and naturally changes within the scope not changing the gist thereof. It is possible to do.

FIG. 1 shows a cooking utensil 1 as a pan with a deep bottom as an example of a cooking utensil according to the present invention. A reversible temperature indicating material 3 for low temperature detection is provided on the upper part of the outer peripheral surface of the utensil body 2 on the bottom side. In addition, the reversible temperature indicating material 4 for high temperature detection is provided in a strip shape and partially so as to be most easily recognized by the user.

In this embodiment, two types of reversible temperature indicating materials for detecting and notifying the temperature are used, one for high temperature and one for low temperature. Of course, it is also possible to make it a type, and it is also possible to display more finely according to the use of the cooking utensil.

FIG. 2 shows a cooking appliance 10 as a so-called one-handed pan having a handle 12 on a part of the outer peripheral surface of the appliance main body 11 as another example of the cooking appliance according to the present invention. Is provided with a reversible temperature indicating material 3 for low temperature detection, a reversible temperature indicating material 4 for high temperature detection on the bottom side, and a state in which the outer peripheral portion of the instrument main body 11 makes a round.

FIG. 3 shows still another example of the cooking utensil 10, and the utensil main body is provided with a handle 12 that is continuously held during cooking in order to make the temperature change and notification by the reversible temperature indicating material more reliable. 11, a reversible temperature indicating material 4 for detecting a high temperature, and a reversible temperature indicating material 3 for detecting a low temperature above the high temperature detecting material 4, respectively. The reversible temperature indicating material 4 for high temperature detection is provided in the vicinity of the handle 12 in a band shape.

This type of cooking utensil 10 can be suitably used when heating using a flame such as a gas stove, and since the flame does not directly hit the reversible temperature indicating material 4 for high temperature detection, malfunction due to flame Can be prevented.

FIG. 4 shows a square cooking utensil 20 having a relatively shallow bottom as still another example of the cooking utensil according to the present invention. A reversible temperature indicating material 3 for low temperature detection is provided on the upper side of the utensil main body 21. The reversible temperature indicating material 4 for detecting high temperature is provided in a portion close to the bottom so as to surround the outer peripheral surface of the instrument main body 21.

In the case of a microwave oven, the material constituting the cooking utensil is a heat-resistant plastic such as polypropylene, firewood, heat-resistant glass, etc., and in the case of a method of heating using a high-temperature body typified by a gas stove as a heat source, The cooking utensil may be made of a heat-resistant material. However, when a gas stove or the like is used, the reversible temperature indicating material is vulnerable to flame, so it is preferable to attach it to a place where the flame does not directly hit.

In the case of using a reversible temperature indicating material that changes color at a certain temperature, the low temperature side has a temperature of 30 ° C. or more and 50 ° C. or less, and the high temperature side has a temperature within the range of 60 ° C. or more and 90 ° C. or less. It is preferable to select one that changes color. In addition, when using a device that displays the current temperature in accordance with a change in temperature within a specific temperature range, the low temperature side should be 30 ° C. or higher and the temperature 50 ° C. or lower, and the high temperature side should be 60 ° C. As described above, it is preferable to select one that can respectively indicate that the temperature is 90 ° C. or lower. However, when used at a high temperature such as a tempura, one having a temperature of about 180 ° C. is used for high temperature.

Hereinafter, when a specific Example is shown, the reversible temperature indicating material used by this device is TR-40, TR-70 by NOF Corporation. TR-40 exhibits a reddish orange color on the high temperature side and a reddish yellow color on the low temperature side at a temperature of 40 ° C. TR-70 exhibits dark brown purple on the high temperature side and red on the low temperature side at the temperature of 70 ° C.

In addition, since reversible temperature indicating materials have various shapes such as paints and tapes, and various detection temperatures are commercially available, any reversible temperature indicating material can be selected for this device. Well, it is not limited to these reversible temperature indicating materials.

As shown in FIG. 2, TR-70 is prepared as a reversible temperature indicating material 4 for high temperature detection, and TR-40 is prepared as a reversible temperature indicating material 3 for low temperature detection in a stainless steel cooking utensil 10. The reversible temperature indicating material 3 is positioned on the bottom side of the outer peripheral surface of the cooking utensil 10, and the reversible temperature indicating material 4 for high temperature detection is positioned on the lower side of the reversible temperature indicating material 3 for low temperature detection. Attached over one round. At this time, the reversible temperature indicating material 4 for high temperature detection exhibited a red color, and the reversible temperature indicating material 3 for low temperature detection exhibited a reddish yellow color.
When water having a water temperature of 20 ° C. was put into the cooking utensil 10 and heating was started with an electromagnetic cooker, the reversible temperature indicating material 4 for high temperature detection first changed from red to dark brown purple. When the heating was further continued, the low temperature reversible temperature indicating material 3 changed from reddish yellow to reddish orange.
When the heating is finished after the water boils and the cooling starts at room temperature of 23 ° C., the high temperature reversible temperature indicating material 4 first changes from dark brown purple to red, and after a while, the reversibility for low temperature detection. The temperature indicating material 3 changed its color from reddish orange to reddish yellow and returned to the original color.

As shown in FIG. 4, TR-70 is selected as the reversible temperature indicating material 4 for high temperature detection, and TR-40 is selected as the reversible temperature indicating material 3 for low temperature detection for the cooking utensil 20 made of polypropylene. The reversible temperature indicating material 4 was attached to the bottom side of the cooking utensil 20 made of polypropylene, and the reversible temperature indicating material 3 for low temperature detection was attached to the upper side of the reversible temperature indicating material 3, respectively. At this time, the reversible temperature indicating material 4 was red, and the reversible temperature indicating material 3 was reddish yellow.
A retort curry was placed in the cooking utensil 20 and heated in a microwave oven (500 W for 2 minutes). After the heating, the reversible temperature indicating material 4 for high temperature detection exhibited dark brown purple, and the reversible temperature indicating material 3 for low temperature detection exhibited a reddish yellow color. This indicates that a temperature gradient is generated on the surface of the cooking utensil 20 at the bottom side of the cooking utensil 20 at a temperature of 70 ° C. or higher and the upper side at a temperature of 40 ° C. or lower.
Next, when the contents (retort curry of the object to be heated) are sufficiently stirred until they reach a uniform temperature and further heated in a microwave oven (500 W for 1 minute), the reversible temperature indicating material 4 for high temperature detection becomes dark brown. The reversible temperature indicating material 3 for low-temperature detection exhibited a reddish orange color. When it was cooled as it was at room temperature of 23 ° C., it returned to its original color (reversible temperature indicating material 4 is red, reversible temperature indicating material 3 is reddish yellow).

In the present invention, the reversible temperature indicating material 3 is described as being directly attached to the instrument body, but may be a reversible temperature indicating paint. In that case, a plurality of reversible temperature indicating paints having different temperature bands are applied to the outer peripheral portion of the instrument body partially or entirely or in a strip shape, with the one having a high detection temperature on the bottom side.

This device makes it easy to visually recognize the surface temperature of the cooking utensil and its temperature gradient regardless of the heating method, thereby reducing the risk of burns due to inadvertent contact, and can be easily used with existing cooking utensils. Is an excellent one.
