本考案は、以上の構造でこれを使用するときは、
（イ）梃子支持斜台本体（１）は斜傾斜に、背あて部（３）と位置して組み合わてある為、梃子支持斜台本体（１）に設けてある梃子部（２）の握り面は常に、背骨ほぐし部（４）が床面より離れている場合は、梃子支持斜台本体（１）が斜傾斜の為に、長棒でできている梃子部（２）の握り面の部分は梃子部（２）長さとその重みで、床面にあたるようになり斜形状で安定した形になる。
（ロ）背骨ほぐし部（４）を床面に当るようにするには、梃子部（２）の握り面を用いて、梃子部（２）を手で持ち上げることにより、背骨ほぐし部（４）は床面に当り不安定な形で維持される。
（ハ）背骨（１２）の筋肉ほごしに使用するときは、背中（１１）に背あて部（３）をあてて背骨（１２）の面に背骨ほぐし部（４）が当るように上向きの姿勢位置で使用する。梃子部（２）を軽く握り、梃子部（２）を下げたり、上げたりすることにより、背骨ほぐし部（４）が背骨を押指圧する。

（ヘ）首筋等を含む上半身の柔軟整をほぐすときは、背首と肩に載せるようにして腕を回転支持固定部（８）と梃子部（２）に巻き付けるように腕を添えて、上半身を左右にゆっくり回すようにすると、適度に押指圧する事ができ、首などの筋肉ほぐしができる。
（ヘ）大胆部（１５）などの筋肉ほごしをするときは、回転支持固定部（８）と梃子部（２）をそれぞれ手で軽く握り、ローラー回転筒部（６）に設けられている非スリップ緩衝材（７）にあてて、なでるようにこすりますと、ローラー回転筒部（６）が転がり適度な押指圧効果を発揮して、筋肉を柔らかくほごす。
