Description

The present invention relates to a sludge dewatering and drying apparatus for drying sun sludge generated at a water purification plant, a sewage treatment plant, a river, a pond, or the like.

。   As this kind of sludge dewatering and drying apparatus, as shown in FIG. 7, a plurality of drying shelves 21 to 24 are superposed and arranged in several stages at a predetermined interval in the vertical direction, and drying shelves 21 to 24 are used. Lifter devices 25L and 25R for raising and lowering the filtration container 20 containing sludge to the height of the drying shelves at each stage are arranged at both ends of the filter so that the sludge-containing filtration container 20 is moved from the lower drying shelf to the upper drying shelf. A system has been proposed in which high water content sludge can be efficiently dried by the sun while being moved sequentially by 25L and 25R (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

Japanese Patent No. 3616738

However, in the multi-stage sludge dewatering and drying apparatus as described above, the plurality of drying shelves 21 to 24 are arranged in several stages up and down, so that the site area can be effectively used even when a large amount of sludge is sun-dried. However, on the other hand, the sun light may be blocked by the upper shelves and the lower shelves may become shaded, so that the sun drying efficiency may be lowered. Since the lifters 25L and 25R for raising and lowering to the height of 21 to 24 are required, there is a problem that the equipment cost is increased.

The purpose of the present invention is to lift a high-water-containing sludge that generates a large amount of sludge, which requires a certain site area compared to the multi-stage sludge dehydration and drying device as described above, while ensuring efficient sun drying with dehydration and drying efficiency. An object of the present invention is to provide a sludge dewatering and drying apparatus that can reduce equipment costs by eliminating the need for an apparatus.

The sludge dewatering and drying apparatus of the present invention will be described with reference to the reference numerals shown in FIGS. 1 and 6 for easy understanding of the contents of the invention. Main drying shelves (1) and one or more sub drying shelves (2) are arranged in parallel in a plurality of horizontal rows, on the main drying shelves (1) and sub drying shelves (2). In addition, a filter cloth (4) that prevents the passage of sand and allows the passage of water and air is laid inside the open top porous container body (5) and accommodates sludge on the filter cloth (4). A plurality of filtration containers (3) are placed side by side in the longitudinal direction of the main and secondary drying shelves (1) and (2), and the same lengthwise direction of the main drying shelf (1) and the secondary drying shelf (2). A carry-in / carry-out line (10) is provided at one end, and a movement line (11) is provided at the other end, respectively. And the operation of loading the sludge-containing filtration container (3) on the main drying shelf (1) from one end of the main drying shelf (1) onto the main drying shelf. It is provided with a supply / discharge device (12) for performing an operation of taking out and carrying out the dried sludge-containing filtration container (3) on the drying shelf (2) from one side end side of the sub-drying shelf. ) Includes a transfer device (16) for transferring the filtration container (3) on the main drying shelf (1) from the other side end of the main drying shelf to the other side end of the sub drying shelf (2). It has the characteristic in being.

According to the sludge dewatering and drying apparatus having the above-described configuration, the sludge pumped from the water is stored in the filtration container, and the filtration container is placed on the main drying shelf and the auxiliary drying shelf and left to stand for several weeks for dehydration. Sun-dried. At that time, initially, the water in the sludge is dripped downward through the filter cloth of the filtration container. Thereafter, the moisture in the sludge evaporates not only from the open upper surface of the filtration container but also from the peripheral side surface and the bottom surface of the filtration container. Therefore, after the completion of the dripping of water, the area in contact with the outside air in the sludge, that is, the evaporation area of the water is greatly increased, and the drying efficiency of the sludge is enhanced. That is, when the sludge-containing filtration container is placed on the main drying shelf and the sub-drying shelf, the sludge is drained and dried very well.

In particular, since the main drying shelf and the secondary drying shelf are arranged side by side on the same ground, compared to the conventional multi-stage sludge dehydration drying device described above, the sundrying efficiency is better for all drying shelves and the sun drying efficiency is improved. This is advantageous in that the equipment cost can be reduced since an expensive lifter device is not required. In addition, the sludge-containing filtration container has an advantage that a control system that flows in a certain direction by flowing in the order of the carry-in / out line, the main drying shelf, the moving line, and the sub-drying shelf and returning it to the carry-in / out line.

A preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 1 is a plan view schematically showing a sludge dewatering and drying apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a plan view of a loading / unloading line of the sludge dewatering and drying apparatus of FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a sludge dehydrating and drying apparatus of FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. 3, FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view taken along line BB in FIG. 3, and FIG. 6 is a filter container used in the sludge dehydrating and drying apparatus. It is a disassembled perspective view.

A sludge dewatering and drying apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes two main drying shelves 1 and one sub-drying shelf 2 that are long in the horizontal direction, as shown in FIG. Are arranged in parallel in three horizontal rows on the same ground.
On the main drying shelf 1 and the auxiliary drying shelf 2, a plurality of filtration containers 3 for storing sludge are placed side by side in the longitudinal direction of the main and auxiliary drying shelves 1 and 2, respectively. As shown in FIG. 6, each filter container 3 is formed by laying a filter cloth 4 that prevents the passage of sand and allows the passage of water and air inside a porous container body 5 having an open top surface. The perforated container body 5 is made of a reed that is braided into a square shallow dish so as to form a large mesh with thin rebars, or that is formed from a transparent plastic material into a square shallow dish having many holes. Become. Although the magnitude | size and shape of the filtration container 3 are not specifically limited, For example, the thing about 2 m long, 3 m wide, and a height of about 20 cm is used.
Each of the main drying shelf 1 and the auxiliary drying shelf 2 is provided with a conveyor chain 7 on a gantry 6, and the filtration container 3 is placed on the conveyor chain 7.

The main drying shelf 1 and the auxiliary drying shelf 2 have a carry-in / carry-out line 10 at the same side end in the longitudinal direction (arrow C direction), and a movement line 11 at the same other end, respectively. It arrange | positions in the vertical direction (arrow D direction) orthogonal to the subdrying shelf 2. As shown in FIG.
In the carry-in / carry-out line 10, the sludge-containing filtration container 3 is loaded into the main drying shelf 1 from one side end (entrance side) 1 a of the main drying shelf 1 in a ball shape and the drying on the sub-drying shelf 2. A supply / discharge device 12 that performs an operation of taking out the treated sludge-containing filtration container 3 from one side end (exit side) 2a of the sub-drying shelf 2 and carrying it out is provided.
As a specific structure of the carry-in / carry-out line 10, for example, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, rails 13 are laid in the vertical direction (arrow D direction) orthogonal to the main drying shelf 1 and the auxiliary drying shelf 2, A self-propelled carriage 14 is reciprocally moved on the rail 13. The supply / discharge device 12 is provided with a chain conveyor 15 which can be mounted in a single filtration container 3 on a self-propelled carriage 14 and can be driven in the lateral direction (arrow E direction).

In the moving line 11, the filtration container 3 on the main drying shelf 1 is transferred from the other side end (exit side) 1 b of the main drying shelf 1 to the other side end (entrance side) 2 b of the sub drying shelf 2. A transfer device 16 is provided. As a specific structural example of the moving line 11, although not shown in the drawing, as in the case of the carry-in / carry-out line 10, rails are laid in the vertical direction perpendicular to the main drying shelf 1 and the auxiliary drying shelf 2. A self-propelled carriage is reciprocated on the top. As in the case of the supply / discharge device 12, the transfer device 16 is provided with a chain conveyor that can be mounted on a self-propelled carriage and can be driven laterally.

Next, the operation of the sludge dewatering and drying apparatus having the above configuration will be described.
First, the sludge containing high water content is put into the filtration container 3, and this filtration container 3 with sludge is placed on the chain conveyor 15 of the supply / discharge device 12 on the self-propelled carriage 14 in the loading / unloading line 10. Is stopped at one end (inlet side) 1 a of the main drying shelf 1, and the sludge-containing filtration container 3 is loaded onto the main drying shelf 1 by driving the chain conveyor 15 of the supply / discharge device 12. At that time, a plurality of sludge-containing filtration containers 3 are sequentially stacked in a ball shape on the main drying shelf 1 and are packed in a state in which they are arranged in the longitudinal direction of the main drying shelf. Similarly, the other main drying shelves 1 are loaded with a plurality of sludge-containing filtration containers 3 sequentially in a ball shape. Thus, the sludge-containing filtration container 3 is sun-dried for several weeks (for example, three weeks) in a state where it is packed on the main drying shelf 1. Initially, the water in the sludge in each filtration container 3 is dripped through the filter cloth 4, and then the water in the sludge evaporates from the open upper surface of the filtration container 3, the peripheral side surface and the bottom surface of the filtration container 3, and the sludge is sufficiently removed. Can be dried.

The sludge-containing filtration container 3 dried on the main drying shelf 1 is sub-drying shelf from the other end side (exit side) 1b of the main drying shelf 1 by the transfer device 16 of the moving line 11 for useless drying. 2 is transferred to the other end side (entrance side) 2b. In this transfer, as in the case of loading by the loading / unloading device 12 of the loading / unloading line 10, the transfer is performed sequentially by driving the chain conveyor of the transfer device 16 and is fully loaded on the sub-drying shelf 2. The sub-drying shelf 2 is pressed and dried for about a week.
After useless drying, as shown in FIG. 4, the filtration container 3 containing the dried sludge on the subdrying shelf 2 is placed on one side end side (exit) of the subdrying shelf 2 by the supply / discharge device 12 of the carry-in / out line 10. Side) 2a is taken out onto the chain conveyor 15, and the chain conveyor 15 is dried around the axis O by the operation cylinder 17 together with the drying sludge-containing filtration container 3 on the self-propelled carriage 14 as shown in FIG. The dried sludge is transferred to the belt conveyor 18 from the filtration container 3 containing the finished sludge, and is transported to the treated sludge accumulation site 19 (see FIG. 1) by the belt conveyor 18.
After unloading, the emptied filtration container 3 is again filled with high water content sludge and loaded onto the main drying shelf 1 by the supply / discharge device 12 as described above. Incidentally, the dried sludge accumulated in the treated sludge accumulation site 19 is used, for example, as a raw material for bricks.

In this way, a large amount of high water content sludge is subdivided and accommodated in a large number of filtration containers 3. Efficiently dry by passing through the cycle, dehydrating for a predetermined number of days on the main drying shelf 1, drying in the sun, and then pressing and drying on the secondary drying shelf 2 and then returning to the loading / unloading line 10 again. Can do.

In addition, although the two main drying shelves 1 are arrange | positioned in the said Example, you may arrange | position three or more even if it is one. In the above embodiment, one sub-drying shelf 2 is installed, but two or more sub-drying shelves may be installed.
