Abstract

【課題】ハーネス型安全帯の肩掛けベルトに添設する連結ベルトが複数種あるため、受注を受けてから組み合わせるものであった。よって、大量に受注した場合は、組み合わせて完成するのに時間を要し、素早く対応することが困難であった。
【解決手段】連結ベルト５の一端をハーネス型安全帯の背側のベルト交差部分に取付ける連結リング４を開放型とし、予め共通部分を組み合わせておき、受注した型番にあった連結ベルト５を、後から連結リング４に嵌合挿入して完成品にするものである。よって、大量受注に素早く対応することができる。また、共通部分の部品の適正在庫を図ることが出来る。

本願は、上記したように、受注が来てから組み合わせるものであったので、大量受注時には、対応できないものであった。

従来では、連結ベルト５の違いにより、ハーネス型安全帯の共通部品の在庫数を倍程度保有していたが、ハーネス型安全帯本体と連結ベルトを別々に在庫ができるため、ハーネス型安全帯本体の在庫数を減らし適性在庫が可能となる。
