Description

The present application relates to a connection ring that is attached to a belt crossing portion on the back side of a harness-type safety belt that is used to prevent a crash when working at a high place.

When combining harness-type safety belts, after all the parts were completed, they were combined by adding sewing to the necessary parts. In addition, since it was combined after receiving the order, it took time from the order to the shipment, and there was a case where a large amount of orders was not in time for the delivery date.

As a conventional example, there is a harness-type safety belt disclosed in Design Registration No. 1063689. The connecting ring at the belt crossing portion on the back side of the harness-type safety belt uses a closed ring. After preparing all the parts, the belts are inserted and combined while sewing a predetermined portion.
Design Registration No. 1063689

As described above, since the present application was combined after the order was received, it was not possible to deal with large orders.
Because there are a plurality of types of connecting belts extending from the connecting ring at the crossing portion of the belt on the back side attached to the harness type safety belt to the front of the chest, the connecting belts are only belts, as shown in FIGS. There is a thing with a buffer, and since it is not known which order will come more, each performs some production and also has inventory, but the other belt part is common, so the common part is in which In order to be able to respond, they were combined after the order came.
The reason for this is that, once combined, in order to change the connecting belt to a different one, the sewing thread must be cut and disassembled, which is a very laborious operation. Further, although the belt cannot be reused, the belt can be cut and the metal fittings such as the buckle can be reused. In that case, it is easier to combine from the beginning.
In addition, as a method for dealing with a large number of orders, having a large amount of inventory can be raised, but this is not a very good method because the tax problem also increases the cost.

Therefore, in this application, the connection ring provided in the belt crossing portion on the back side of the harness-type safety belt is an open-type ring, the common portions are combined in advance, and the open-type connection ring is later used according to the order of the connection belt. A connecting belt is inserted into and connected to the belt, and is joined by crimping to make a finished product.

As described above, by using the open type connecting ring 4 of the present application, the common part of the harness-type safety belt can be combined in advance, and different types of connecting belts can be manufactured in advance, and according to orders. It can be combined later to make a finished product. Therefore, it can respond quickly to large orders.
Further, even in the case of wrong combination or recombination, only the disassembly of the connecting ring 4 allows other parts to be reused, and disassembly and combination can be facilitated.
In the past, due to the difference in the connecting belt 5, the number of common parts of the harness-type safety belt was in stock, but since the harness-type safety belt body and the connecting belt can be stocked separately, the harness-type safety belt body This reduces the number of stocks and makes it possible to have a good stock.
Further, even if a new open type connection ring 4 is manufactured, the efficiency of assembly is improved, the advantages are greater, and the cost is not increased and the effect is increased.

Detailed examples of the present application:
As shown in FIG. 1, both ends of the rod-shaped material 1 are pressed to provide flat portions 11, holes 2 are formed in the flat portion 11, the rod-shaped material 1 is bent into a ring shape, and the flat portions at both ends are overlapped. Then, after a connecting material such as the connecting belt 5 is inserted through the gap, the rivets 3 are inserted into the holes 2 at both ends, and are connected by crimping.
As shown in FIG. 4, the open type connecting ring 4 of the present application is fitted and inserted into the back crossing portion of the shoulder belt 6 of the harness type safety belt together with the ring stopper 7, and the connecting belt according to the ordered model number is received. 5 is inserted into the connecting ring 4 later, and then the rivet 3 is penetrated and fixedly joined.

The open type connecting ring 4 of the present application has an open part on one side, and is inserted into the belt at the back crossing portion of the shoulder belt 6 in advance, and the connecting belt 5 is inserted later. It is also possible to insert it into the connecting belt 5 side and then insert it into the belt at the back crossing portion of the shoulder belt 6 later.

FIG. 5 shows a belt-only connecting belt 5 and FIG. 6 shows a connecting belt 5 with a shock absorber, which is arranged on the shoulder from the back side to the front of the chest, and provided with a normal closed type locking ring 8 at the other end. During work at a high place, the hook of the lifeline is locked to the locking ring 8 located in front of the chest to prepare for an accidental fall.
If a crash occurs, the lifeline is pulled, and then the connecting belt 5 connected to the shoulder belt 6 with a hook-and-loop fastener is separated and suspended by the connecting ring 4 located at the back crossing portion. It will be. If it is the connection belt 5 with a buffer body, a buffer part will absorb and reduce a drop impact load.
