Description

The present invention relates to a file for storing financial statements, which is required to be kept for a long time under tax law.

Companies are required by tax laws to keep financial documents such as general ledgers and tax documents for a long period of time. Such documents are prepared and filed in an accounting firm or the like and delivered to a client company or the like. However, even small and medium-sized businesses are usually thick and heavy, having over 300 pages. When such a thick and heavy document as described above is stored for a long period of time using a file with a conventional two-hole binding device, the binding holes formed in the paper cannot bear the weight of the document. However, there has been a problem that the diameter of the hole is enlarged or the hole is cut off. In addition, multi-hole files such as loose-leaf (TM) are expensive for long-term storage, and multi-hole paper has a weak perforated area, so paper jams easily occur when printed with a printer. Met.
Therefore, in the past, accounting firms and the like, as shown in FIG. 1, sandwich a document with a binding device consisting of a front cover, a back cover, and a back cover, and spell at least four places with a string or the like to create a file of a financial document. Creating.

As described above, the file formed by the conventional two-hole binding device has a problem that the shape of a document is likely to be collapsed due to damage to the binding hole during long-term storage.
In addition, multi-hole files such as loose-leaf (TM) are expensive for long-term storage, and when multi-hole paper is printed by a printer, the perforated portion of the paper has a weak stiffness. There was a problem that was easy to cause.
Further, in the binding tool used in the accounting office, etc., it is necessary to sandwich a document between three members and bind it with a string or the like, so that the binding work is very troublesome and time-consuming. there were. In addition, when replacing a document or the like, it is necessary to release the bound binding string and re-bind the binding string, which is very time-consuming.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a file for storing financial documents that solves such a problem.

The object of the present invention is the first idea of the present invention, that is, a cover 1 consisting of a back cover 3 in which a front cover 2 and a back cover 4 are connected via a fold line, and a binding rod 11 for inserting the paper through the substrate 7 are erected. A back plate 8 is connected to the base plate 7 via a hinge 10 and a binding plate 9 is connected to the back plate 8 via the hinge 10 similarly. 13 is provided, and a locking head 12 is provided at the tip end of the binding rod 11. In the file for storing financial documents, the length of the substrate 7 is set to be substantially equal to or slightly shorter than the height of the cover 1, and the four binding rods 11 are provided at a predetermined pitch from the substrate 7. A financial instrument characterized in that the binding tool 5 is erected and formed integrally with a synthetic resin. It can be achieved by saving the file of the kind.

Further, the above object is achieved by the second invention of the present application, that is, a file for storing financial documents according to claim 1, wherein a reinforcing plate 14 is erected in the longitudinal direction of the substrate 7 at a substantially right angle to the substrate 7. it can.

The object of the present invention is a third invention of the present application, that is, the cover 1 has at least a surface made of paper, and the paper is not coated. This can be achieved with a file for storing financial documents.

Further, the above object is the fourth invention of the present application, that is, by setting the outer diameter of the binding rod 11 in a range of 4 mm to 6 mm, commercially available loose-leaf paper can be used as it is. This can be achieved by a file for storing financial statements described in item 3.

The present invention has the following specific effects because of the above configuration. Since the file for saving financial documents of the present invention is filed by inserting the binding holes formed in the paper into four binding rods 11 provided at a predetermined pitch over substantially the entire length of the file, the files are attached to the binding holes. The weight of the document is distributed among the four binding rods 11 to bear the burden. For this reason, it is possible to suppress damage to the binding holes, maintain the shape of the binding holes for a long period of time, and create a good-looking file. Further, since the binding tool 5 is integrally formed of synthetic resin, a lightweight and inexpensive file can be obtained. Further, only by opening and closing the binding plate 9 of the binding device 5, partial replacement of paper can be easily performed, and labor at an accounting office or the like can be simplified.

Further, by arranging the reinforcing plate 14 in the longitudinal direction of the substrate 7 of the binding device 5 at a substantially right angle to the substrate 7, the rigidity of the file is increased, and the file does not lose its shape for a long period of time and a good-looking file can be created.

In addition, since at least the surface of the cover 1 is made of paper and the paper is not coated, the cover 1 can be printed freely with a rubber stamp or the like.

When the outer diameter of the binding rod 11 is in the range of 4 mm to 6 mm, a commercially available loose leaf can be used as it is.
