Abstract

【課題】刺繍加工の仕上りをより繊細で，クオリティーの高い物を製作する為に、今ままでとは違った方法で、刺繍を製作する。
又、従来のように、型を作った後に試し打ちを行い、よくない箇所を手直しを行い、また試し打ちを行う。といった様に，２度手間な事を解決する。
【解決手段】刺繍機（１）にカメラ（２）を取り付け、下絵（５）と、刺繍の仕上がり状況を見ながら型作成機（４）により刺繍機の操作を行えるようにする。

従来、機械刺繍をする場合は、絵、柄、等の下絵をもとに、型作成機で、いったん作成した後、あらためて刺繍機に読みとらせ、それから刺繍すると言うものであった。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
本考案はオンタイムで刺繍をしながらモニターで、縫製状況をみながら刺繍機を操作でき、刺繍の型を必要とせずそのまま下絵に対し刺繍することが出来ると言う事で、これにより一旦作った型を再度手直しする手間が省く事ができ、又、刺繍機の縫製範囲以上に大きな柄などでも、容易に柄をつなぎあわす事が出来る。
