本考案は、水溶性を有する容器内に光が点滅する各種形状をした遊戯体を収容したおもちゃに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、おまけ付き玩具には多種多様のものが有るが、キャラクター人形などを収容したカプセル入りのおもちゃが存在する。これらのおもちゃのうちで安価なものは、いわゆる「ガラポン」といわれる店頭の販売機で売られているものが知られている。

一方、前記キャラクター人形をゼラチンや香料と薬効材を混ぜて弾力性を有した球体内に収容し、入浴時に浴槽にその球体を入れると、球体が溶けて内部に収容した玩具が浮上する入浴剤も知られている（例えば、特許文献１参照）。

この入浴剤は、入浴を嫌がる子供にこの入浴剤を持たせて入浴させ、浴槽内からどんなおもちゃが浮遊するのかを楽しませることにより入浴の楽しさを教えるものである。しかし、浮遊するおもちゃは前記ガラボンとほぼ同様のものであって、意外感や驚きという点ではやや欠けていた。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
本考案は、入浴剤として使用する場合には、どのような形状の遊戯体が浮遊するのかの意外感と、かつ、この遊戯体が光りを点滅させて浮上することによる驚きがあるという点でその楽しさを倍増できるおもちゃを提供することを目的とする。
また、本考案は、入浴時だけでなく、例えば、プールなどにおいても使用することができ、子供の体に安全な成分と容器により水遊びの楽しさを倍増させることができるおもちゃを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために請求項１に記載された考案は、浮遊性を有し、透明または半透明に形成した合成樹脂材からなる遊戯体内に、任意色に発光するＬＥＤランプと該ＬＥＤランプを点滅させる点滅回路及び電源電池からなり、該点滅回路と該電源電池の接点部を分離した発光体と光拡散フィルムを、該接点部を外部に露出させた状態で一緒に収容し、
水溶性を有する原料を粉末状または顆粒状とした後、加圧して固形化成型される容器内に前記遊戯体を位置させ、該容器を水中に投入すると、該容器が水中で溶解し、前記接点部が通電することにより、前記遊戯体が点滅発光しながら水中より浮上するおもちゃであることを特徴とする。また、請求項２に記載された考案は、前記発光体の接点部は、水溶性を有する接着剤により絶縁フィルムを接着することで絶縁されている請求項１に記載のおもちゃであることを特徴とする。

【考案の実施の形態】

遊戯体１２は、浮遊性を有し、透明または半透明に形成した合成樹脂材から一体的に形成されたもので、その外形が、例えば、図３に示すようなバラの花の形状に装飾された造形部１３を有していることを特徴とし、底部から略中央部までを開口して内部に収容室１５を設け、収容室１５内には後記する発光体２０と光拡散フィルム２８を収容し、底板１６で密封してある。
