固定電話機では、通話中に肩とほおの間に受話器を、挟むと両手が自由になる。その結果、物を探す、メモをとるが楽に出来る。しかし、携帯電話機は小さいために、上記の行動作業が出来ない。

上記作業を、可能にするために、ひも１を取り付けて、耳に掛けられるよう図３にした。。不要の時は、携帯電話機２に、ひも１をかけておく。

耳に固定したことで、両手が使え、資料を探す、メモをとる等の応対が迅速に出来る。
