【従来の技術】

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら前記ハンドストラップは、携帯用機器を持ち歩く場合に適しているが、旅行鞄や手提げ袋等に携帯用機器を入れ忘れてしまうことが多くあると共に、特に旅行先で使い捨て用カメラや小型カメラ等の携帯用機器を置き忘れてしまうことも多くあった。また携帯用電話機等を上着の内ポケットなどに入れて持ち歩く場合、上着を脱いて手に持つ際や上着を置く際に、ポケットを下に向けて携帯用電話機などを落下させてしまう事故が発生し易かった。更に特に若い人に於いては、マスコットやキャラクター品等を流行に応じてストラップ本体（１）に取付けたり、取外したりして頻繁に交換する場合が多くあり、この際に、ループ状の紐を外すのに手間が掛かって不便である等の問題点があった。

本考案はマスコットやキャラクター品等の着脱が簡単に行え、且つメモ紙を挟んで電話を使用する際などのメモとして使用できる付加価値が付与されたクリップ付きハンドストラップを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】

【考案の実施の形態】
