【従来の技術】
ドアを勢いよく閉めた際、あるいはドアが強風によって急激に閉まる際の音を小さくしたり、ドア本体の損傷を防止したりするために、従来より、ドア枠の戸当部分にクッション材を取り付けたドア構造が広く採用されている。

図５は、従来の典型的なドア構造の要部を示す横断面図である。同図に示すように、従来のドア構造においては、ドア枠１の戸当部分１ａにクッション材３を取り付けるために、戸当部分１ａは凹状に形成されている。しかし、このように戸当部分１ａを凹状に形成するためには、折り曲げ加工を何回も行うなどの複雑な加工が必要であり、手間とコストが掛かるという問題があった。

また、従来のドア構造では、クッション材３を凹状の戸当部分１ａに取り付けるために、クッション材３に係合舌片３ａを設けており、クッション材３も複雑な形状となっているため、一般的なクッション材は使用できないという問題もあった。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
本考案が解決しようとする課題は、ドア枠の戸当部分の加工が簡単であるとともに、クッション材の形状も簡単にできるドア構造を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案は、ドア枠とドア本体とからなるドア構造において、ドア枠の戸当部分を平板状に形成し、前記戸当部分又は前記戸当部分に当接するドア本体にクッション材を取り付けたことを特徴とする。

本考案において、クッション材は係止ピンを備え、この係止ピンにより着脱可能に取り付けることができる。

また、ドア枠は、上下左右の４枚の枠板を接合して形成することができ、この際、各枠板は、Ｌ字状のコーナー部材によって接合する。

【考案の実施の形態】
以下、図面に示す実施例に基づき本考案の実施の形態を説明する。

図１は、本考案のドア構造の要部を示す横断面図である。図２は、クッション材の取り付け部分の斜視図、図３は図２の反対側から見た分解斜視図である。

各図に示すドア枠１は、ドア本体２を取り付ける開口部の周縁に取り付けられている。ドア枠１の戸当部分１ａは、従来のように凹状ではなく平板状に形成されている。そして、戸当部分１ａには、中空のクッション材３が取り付けられている。

クッション材３は、その底面部３ａに係止ピン４を備えており、この係止ピン４の先端部４ａを戸当部分１ａに形成した係止孔１ｂに嵌入することによって、クッション材３が戸当部分１ａに着脱可能に取り付けられている。係止ピン４は、その基端部４ｂをクッション材の底面部３ｂに形成した係止孔３ｃに挿入することによって、クッション材３に取り付けられている。

図４は、ドア枠１を構成する枠板の接合構造を示す説明図である。ドア枠１は、上下左右の４枚の枠板を接合することによって形成されている。なお、図４では説明の便宜上、枠板５ａ，枠板５ｂのみを示している。

図４に示すように枠板５ａ，５ｂの接合にはＬ字状のコーナー部材６を使用する。コーナー部材６の端部には、係合突起６ａが設けられており、この係合突起６ａを枠板５ａ，５ｂの端部の係合凹部５ａ−１，５ｂ−１に差し込み嵌合させることによって、枠板５ａと枠板５ｂとが接合される。同様の要領で、他の枠材もコーナー部材を使用して差し込み式で接合することにより、矩形状のドア枠を形成する。

以上の実施例では、ドア枠１の戸当部分１ａにクッション材を取り付けるようにしたが、ドア本体２の戸当部分１ａと当接する部分にクッション材を取り付けるようにしてもよい。

【考案の効果】
本考案によれば、ドア枠の戸当部分が平板状であるので、その加工が簡単である。また、クッション材は、平板状の戸当部分又は戸当部分と当接するドア本体に取り付けるだけであるので、その形状を簡単にできる。

[Effect of the invention]
According to the present invention, since the door contact portion of the door frame is flat, the processing is simple. Further, since the cushion material is merely attached to the flat door portion or the door body which comes into contact with the door portion, the shape can be simplified.
