Abstract

【課題】テーブルと座板及び足載板との間隔の調節機構と、不使用時にテーブルの跳ね除け機構と、小児のズリ落ち防止機能とを併せ備えながら、使用上の不都合が全く生じない様に構成された小児用の多機能椅子を提供する。

【従来の技術】
従来から、食卓となるテーブルを一体に組付けた小児用の椅子や、小児の成長に連れて、テーブルと座板及び足載板との間隔を調節出来る様にした椅子が商品化されている。
そして、着座した小児が、何らかのはずみで座部からズリ落ちてしまう恐れを無くす為に、テーブルと座板との各前端部間に安全バンドを架け渡したり、座部にガード部材を取付けたものも販売されている。

図５及び図６は、下記の［特許文献１］からの、転載図面である。この図に示された小児用椅子５０は、テーブル５１が邪魔になった時には、図５中に、仮想線で示した様に、椅子の背後側に跳ね除けられる様になっている。
そして、テーブル５１と、座板５２の前縁部との間には、バックル５３の個所で上下に切り離せる構造の安全バンド５４を架設している。
尚、図中の５５は足載板、５６は、帯板状脚である。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
日毎に成長を続ける小児が使うテーブル付の椅子の、使い勝手をより良くするには、テーブルと座板及び足載板との間隔の調節機能と、小児が座部からズリ落ちるのを防ぐガード機能と、更には、テーブルが邪魔になった時の為の、テーブル跳ね除け機能とを併せ備えていることが望ましい。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の目的を達成する為の、本考案による小児用の多機能椅子は、
対置した左右１組の帯板状脚１，１間の、上部に背もたれ板２を、下部に脚台部３を夫々架設し、
１組の帯板状脚１，１間の中間部に、座板４と足載板５とを、夫々の高さ位置を調節自在に挟み込ませた構成を備えており、
１組の帯板状脚１，１の上端部間には、小児の着座用スペースＳを設けたテーブル７を、椅子の背後側に跳ね除け自在に架設し、
座板４の前縁側には、小児のズリ落ちを防ぐガード部材２０を着脱自在に取付けたことを特徴とする。
そして、ガード部材２０は、小児の胴部に横向きに当てがう帯板状ガード２０ａと、その真ん中から垂設した帯板状の脚部２０ｂとを備えており、且つ、帯板状ガード２０ａの高さ位置調節機構が付設されていることを特徴とする。

【考案の実施の形態】
以下に、本考案の一実施例に就いて、図１〜図４を参照しながら説明する。
図１は、この実施例の椅子１００に就いて、テーブルを使用位置にもらした状態の斜視図、図２は、ガード部材２０の取付構造を示した分解斜視図、図３は、ガード部材２０の高さ位置調節機構を説明した部分斜視図、図４は、邪魔になったテーブルを、椅子の背後側に跳ね除けた状態の斜視図である。

即ち、１組の帯板状脚１，１の各対向面には、座板４及び足載板５の、各左右の側端を嵌め込ませて固定し、且つ、高さを位置決めする為の、複数段の挿嵌溝６を水平向きに設けている。

更に、１組の帯板状脚１，１の上端部間には、小児の着座用スペースＳを設けたテーブル７を、椅子の背後側に跳ね除け自在に架設している。

この横架バー１１は、椅子１００の形状保持と、座板４及び足載板５の締付固定に役立つもので、その両端、又は、一端に設けた螺孔（又は、雄ねじ）に、締付用螺１２（又は、ナット）を螺じ込む様にしている。

図２及び図３に示した様に、座板４には、着座した小児がズリ落ちるのを防ぐ為のガード部材２０を、着脱自在に組付けている。
この実施例のガード部材２０は、小児の腹部の幅方向の曲面に合わせて湾曲させた、帯板状ガード２０ａの真ん中に、帯板状の脚部２０ｂをＴ字形に垂設した形態を備えている。
脚部２０ｂには、図３に示した様に、高さ方向の複数箇所に、ガード部材２０を座板４に固定させる為の止螺２１の挿通孔２２を設けている。

一方、座板４には、図２に示した様に、その前縁部の真ん中に、ガード部材２０の脚部２０ｂを挿し込ませる為の挿込孔２３を設けている。
又、座板４の裏側には、ガード部材２０を固定させる為の固定用部材２５を固着させている。
固定用部材２５の側端面には、止螺２１を螺じ込ませる螺孔２４を設けている。２６は、この部材の取付螺であり、２７は、その位置決用突起である。

次に、上記の構成を備えた椅子１００の使い方に就いて、その一例を説明する。
小児が極く小さい時には、特に食事の際には、図１に示した様に、テーブル７を、前向きの水平位置に固定した状態で使用する。
この時、その高さ位置が可変の座板４及び足載板５は、最も高い位置に取付けることになる。
その際に、ガード部材２０が、テーブル７に突き当たってしまうことも起こり得る。

その様な時には、ガード部材２０の固定用の止螺２１を、一旦、螺孔２４から螺脱させたうえで、脚部２０ｂを適宜に押し下げ、複数の挿通孔２２のうちの、対応した孔を選んで挿し通した止螺２１を、螺孔２４に再螺込すればよい。
ガード部材２０の高さ位置調整機構は、ガード部材２０とテーブル７との相互干渉を避ける為だけに限らず、帯板状ガード２０ａを、小児の体格や、座布団の厚さ等の着座状況に最も適した高さ位置に調節する為にも役立つ。

そして、図４に示した様に、邪魔になったテーブル７を、椅子の背後側に跳ね除けた時には、図５，図６に例示した、在来の安全バンド付きの椅子とは異なって、テーブル７とは無関係に取付けてあるガード部材２０を、そのまま使い続けることが出来る。

更に、小児が成長していらなくなったガード部材２０は、止螺２１を螺脱させるたげで、簡単・迅速に取り外すことも出来る。

尚、ガード部材２０の高さ位置調整機構は、上記実施例の構成に限らず、例えば、自動車のヘッドレストの高さ位置調整機構に類する、ラチェット式の構成を採ってもよい。

【考案の効果】
以上の説明によって明らかな様に、本考案による小児用の多機能椅子は、既存の、テーブルと、安全バンドやガード部材と、座板及び足載板の高さ調節機構とを併せ備えた椅子に比べて、以下に列挙した如き実用上のより優れた特長を備えている。
（ａ）テーブルを跳ね除けても、テーブルと無関係に組付けられたガード部材は、そのまま使い続けられる。
（ｂ）ガード部材は、その高さ位置を簡単に調節出来る。
（ｃ）その為、座板とテーブルとの間隔を調節する際に、この両者がぶつかり合って調節不能になる不具合を生じない。
（ｄ）又、小児の体格や着座状況に適合する様に、ガード部材の高さ位置を調節出来る。
（ｅ）不用になったガード部材は、簡単に取り外せる。
