【従来の技術】
従来、ジョッキの洗浄作業では、内側をブラシで洗い、外側はスポンジ等で洗っている。ブラシは、ジョッキのほぼ７０ｍｍの内径に対応するほぼ８０ｍｍの外径を有する１本のものである。このブラシは、毛足がほぼ４０ｍｍと比較的長いので、毛材の弾力が弱く、短時間で効率的にジョッキの洗浄を行うことができないし、ジョッキの外側面の洗浄作業には使用しにくいという問題点がある。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
従って、本考案は、毛材に十分な弾力があり、短時間で効率的にジョッキの洗浄を行うことができ、ジョッキの外側面の洗浄作業にも使用できるジョッキ洗浄ブラシを提供することを課題としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するため、本考案においては、ほぼＵ字状に湾曲する把手２の両端に棒状のブラシ本体３を取り付けてジョッキ洗浄ブラシ１を構成する。ブラシ本体３は、一対の金属心線６の相互間に毛材７を挟んで撚り、金属心線６周りに螺旋状に毛材７を配して成る。ブラシ本体３の一対が互いに毛先を接触させる間隔で把手２に取り付けられる。把手２は、ステンレススチール製の管材４を湾曲させて構成し、湾曲部に圧搾成型による扁平部４ａを設ける。一対のブラシ本体３をジョッキ８内に挿入し、内側を洗浄する。一対のブラシ本体３を並べた幅寸法がジョッキ８の内径にほぼ対応する。ジョッキ８の内径が７０ｍｍとすれば、ブラシ本体の毛足の長さは２０ｍｍ程度で、良好な弾力を保持する。一対のブラシ本体３間にジョッキ８の側壁を挟めば、ジョッキ８の側壁の内外を同時に洗浄できる。この場合、一対のブラシ本体３間に、把手２の扁平な湾曲部による良好な弾性をもってジョッキ８の側壁を挟み、効率的に洗浄することができる。把手２の素材である１本のステンレススチール製管材４の中央部を圧搾して扁平部４ａを形成し、この扁平部４ａを円弧状に屈曲させることで容易に把手２を形成できる。
金属心線６の先端部を、基端寄りの位置から把手２の延伸面に対して一方へ直交方向に膨出させ、これより先端側の位置で反対方向へ戻るように円弧状に湾曲させて終結させれば、ブラシ１の先端部に放射状に毛材７が配置され、ジョッキ８の側壁の最下部付近から底部にわたる断面円弧状の部位を効率的に洗浄できる。
ブラシ本体３の金属心線６の基端部を把手２の両端に挿入して、かしめ止めすることで容易に両者を結合できる。
ブラシ本体３の金属心線６の基端部を把手２の両端に着脱自在に挿入するようにすれば、消耗品であるブラシ本体３を把手２と別個に交換することができて経済的である。

【考案の実施の形態】
本考案の実施の一形態を図面を参照して説明する。図１は洗浄ブラシの正面図、図２は側面図、図３は平面図、図４は底面図、図５は心線材の正面図、図６は心線材の側面図、図７は洗浄ブラシの使用状態の正面図、図８は洗浄ブラシの他の使用状態の正面図である。
図１乃至図４において、洗浄ブラシ１は、Ｕ字状の把手２と、把手２の両端に結合してほぼ平行に棒状伸びた一対のブラシ本体３とを具備する。

把手２は、図６，図７に示すように、ステンレススチール製の管材４で構成される。直線状の管材４の中間部を圧搾して扁平部４ａを形成し、この扁平部４ａを円弧状に湾曲させてＵ字状に形成する。把手２の形成は容易である。扁平部４ａにより、把手２を握ったときに、それの両端部の相互間を弾性的に拡大、縮小できる。管材４を合成樹脂製の柔軟なカバー５で被覆して把手２が構成される。

ブラシ本体３は、金属製の心線６の周りに毛材７を植設して構成されている。即ち、ブラシ本体３は、２本の心線材の相互間に毛材７を挟み、心線材を撚って構成される。毛材７は心線６の周りに螺旋状に連続した並びとなる。ほぼ平行なブラシ本体３，３の相互間隔は、互いの毛材７，７の先端部分が接し、あるいは重合する程度になっている。図５，図６に示すように、金属心線６の基端部は、把手２の両端の管状部に挿入され、かしめ止めされている。心線６の基端部は、把手２の両端の管状部に着脱自在に挿入するように構成することもできる。この場合、個別交換でき経済的である。金属心線６の先端部は、基端寄りの位置から把手２の延伸面に対して一方へ直交方向に膨出し、これより先端側の位置で反対方向へ戻るように円弧状に湾曲して終結している。

図８に示すように、一対のブラシ本体３をジョッキ８内に挿入し、内側を洗浄する。一対のブラシ本体３を並べた幅寸法がジョッキ８の内径にほぼ対応する。ジョッキの内径が７０ｍｍとすれば、ブラシ本体の毛足の長さは２０ｍｍ程度とする。毛材７は洗浄のために良好な弾力を保持する。図９に示すように、一対のブラシ本体３，３間にジョッキ８の側壁を挟めば、ジョッキ８の側壁の内外を同時に洗浄できる。この場合、作業者が把手を握ると、把手２の扁平な湾曲部により、一対のブラシ本体３，３間に、ジョッキ８の側壁を挟む良好な弾力が付与され、効率的に洗浄できる。金属心線６の先端部の曲がりにより、ブラシ本体３の先端部に放射状に毛材７が配置され、ジョッキ８の側壁の最下部付近から底部にわたる断面円弧状の部位を効率的に洗浄できる。

【考案の効果】
以上のように、本考案においては、ほぼＵ字状に湾曲する把手２の両端に棒状のブラシ本体３を取り付けてジョッキ洗浄ブラシ１を構成し、ブラシ本体３は、一対の金属心線６の相互間に毛材７を挟んで撚り、金属心線６周りに螺旋状に毛材７を配して成り、ブラシ本体３の一対を互いに毛先を接触させる間隔で把手２に取り付け、把手２は、ステンレススチール製の管材４を湾曲させて構成し、湾曲部に圧搾成型による扁平部４ａを設けるようにしたため、一対のブラシ本体３をジョッキ８内に挿入し、内側を洗浄すれば、毛材７が良好な弾力を保持して効率的に洗浄でき、一対のブラシ本体３，３間にジョッキ８の側壁を挟めば、扁平な湾曲部の良好な弾性でジョッキ８の側壁の内外を同時に効率的に洗浄できるという効果を有する。

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, in the present invention, a stick-shaped brush body 3 is attached to both ends of a handle 2 which is bent substantially in a U-shape, to constitute a mug cleaning brush 1. The brush body 3 is formed by twisting a bristle material 7 between a pair of metal core wires 6 and arranging the bristle material 7 in a spiral around the metal core wire 6. A pair of the brush bodies 3 are attached to the handle 2 at intervals such that the tips of the brushes come into contact with each other. The handle 2 is formed by bending a stainless steel tube 4 and has a flat portion 4a formed by compression molding at a bent portion. The width dimension in which the pair of brush bodies 3 are arranged substantially corresponds to the inner diameter of the mug 8.
