【考案が解決しようとする課題】
造園業者は、造園用の諸道具類や苗木や草木の選定芥などを運搬するのに軽トラックを使用することが多いが、特に草木の剪定芥は非常に嵩張るため、積み降ろしに多大の手数を要する。軽ダンプトラックを使用すれば剪定芥類の投下作業は極めて容易になるが、軽ダンプトラック自体が通常の軽トラックに較べて高価であり、ダンプ動作を必要とする作業の稼動率が極めて低いために不経済である。従って本考案は、通常の軽トラックを利用し、積載されている剪定芥類の投下を容易にしようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案のダンプトラックは、通常のトラックの荷台の後端部に、この荷台の床面とほぼ同形の昇降板の後端縁を蝶番結合し、上記荷台の前部に支柱を植立し、この支柱の上端に設けたチェイン・ブロックの鎖を上記荷台の前端に結合する。

上記トラックでは、昇降板は通常は下降状態にあって、荷台の上面に重ねられており、この状態で通常のトラックとして使用することができる。剪定芥類の運搬時には、降下状態にある昇降板の上に剪定芥類を積載する。そして投下時には、チェイン・ブロックを操作することにより、昇降板は後端縁を中心として前端が上方へ引上げられるので、剪定芥類を荷台の後部から投下することができ、このときチェイン・ブロックを操作する力は小さくてよい。

【考案の実施の形態】
上述の支柱及びチェイン・ブロックは容易に取外せるような状態で設けることが望ましく、これにより通常のトラックとして法定検査を通過することができる。昇降板は、軽トラックの場合は通常の合板木材或いはこれに若干の補強を施したものを使うことができる。

【実施例】
図において、１は軽トラック、２はその荷台であり、３は荷台の側板、４は荷台の尾板を示し、図１では側板３及び尾板４は倒された状態で示されている。荷台２上には、これより僅かに寸法が小さい昇降板５が置かれ、その後端は蝶番６によって荷台２に結合されている。

荷台２の前端には補強材７が取付けられ、その上に鋼管よりなる支柱の基部８がほぼ鉛直に取り付けられている。９は運転席背面のガードで、支柱の基部８はガード９の上端に固定されている。１０は鋼管よりなる支柱の可動部で、その下部は基部８に回転可能に挿入され、上部は湾曲してその先端にチェイン・ブロック１１が取付けられている。チェイン・ブロック１１から垂下する鎖１２の下端のフック１３は、昇降板５の前端に係合している。

上述のトラックは、昇降板５を荷台２上に下降させ、側板３及び尾板４を起こした状態では通常のトラックとして使用することができる。そして、この状態で昇降板５上に剪定屑などを積載して運搬する。剪定屑の投下地点に到達したら、尾板４を倒し、チェイン・ブロック１２を操作することにより、蝶番６を中心にして昇降板５に前部を点線図示のように持上げることができ、これにより昇降板５上の剪定芥を荷台２の後部から投棄することができる。

【考案の効果】
以上の説明によって明らかなように、本考案によるときは、通常のダンプトラックのような荷台を傾斜させるための特別な原動機を使用することなく、トラックにダンプ機能を与えることができ、特に造園業における樹木の伐採屑の運搬、投棄に便益をもたらすことができる。
