【考案の属する技術分野】
本考案は、主として、キーホルダー、携帯電話機のストラップ、鞄などのショルダーベルトにおいて用いられる一般にカラビナと称される連結金具に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
この種の連結金具は、下記特許文献１又は２に示されるように、略Ｃ字形状若しくは略コ形状に形成された金属素材からなる連結金具本体と、その開放部を閉塞して全体をループの形状に構成するためのアーム部とからなり、該アーム部は、その一端を前記連結金具本体の一端に枢着し、その他端を前記ループの内側から弾性力によって前記連結金具本体の他端に形成した係止部に係脱可能に係合した構造である。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
ここで問題になるのは、前記連結金具本体は金属素材で構成されていて、その表面に化粧用のメッキなどが施されている。このため、例えば、この連結金具をキーホルダーや携帯電話機の吊下げに用いる場合、被吊下げ品であるキーや携帯電話機との吊下げ個所で、金属相互の接触動作により、不快な金属音を発生し、また、連結金具や被吊下げ品の表面に傷を付けるなどの不都合がある。

本考案は、上記事情に基づいてなされたもので、その目的とするところは、使用に際して、吊下げ対象との間で金属音の発生、傷付きを防止し、表面の摩擦損傷を回避できる連結金具（カラビナ）を提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
このため、本考案の連結金具は、図示の実施の形態でも明らかにしたように、略Ｃ字形状若しくは略コ形状に形成された金属素材からなる連結金具本体１と、その開放部を閉塞して全体をループの形状に構成するためのアーム部２とからなり、該アーム部２は、その一端２ａを前記連結金具本体１の一端に枢着し、その他端２ｂを前記ループの内側から弾性力によって前記連結金具本体１の他端１ａに形成した係止部に係脱可能に係合したものにおいて、前記連結金具本体１は、軟質合成樹脂のチューブ状外套部材３で被覆されていることを特徴とする。

この場合、本考案の実施の形態として、外套部材３は、半透明、透明あるいは着色透明であり、連結金具本体１の化粧表面を透視するようになる。また、前記ループには、その外套部材３がある連結金具本体１の小円弧位置１ｘで、被吊下げ品４のための吊下げ環５を備えている。なお、要すれば、前記ループには、吊下げ環５が吊下げられる位置１ｘに対応して、その上側で、連結金具本体１に略直線状の吊持ち部分１ｙを形成していることが有効である。

このような構成では、吊下げ環５や、これに吊下げられる、例えば、キーなどの被吊下げ品４が、連結金具本体１の金属表面に直接触れることがないので、この連結金具を用いて、キーや携帯電話機を持ち歩く場合でも、従来のような不快な金属音を発生することなく、また、衝突による傷付きや摩擦接触による表面の損傷も避けられる。さらに、意匠性が向上し、ソフト感が得られ、手触り感なども良好となる。

【考案の実施の形態】
以下、本考案の実施の形態を、図面を参照しながら、具体的に説明する。この実施の形態での連結金具は、基本的には、略Ｃ字形状若しくは略コ形状に形成された金属素材からなる連結金具本体１と、その開放部を閉塞して全体をループの形状に構成するための略短棒状の金属素材からなるアーム部２とからなり、アーム部２は、枢支ピン６によって、その一端２ａを連結金具本体１の一端１ａに枢着し、その他端２ｂを前記ループの内側から、板バネ（図示せず）などの弾性力によって、連結金具本体１の他端１ｂに形成した凸状の係止部に係脱可能に係合したものである。この実施の形態では、アーム部２の他端２ｂには、スリットが形成され、これが前記係止部に嵌合する。そして、特に、本考案では、連結金具本体１が、シリコン樹脂等軟質合成樹脂のチューブ状外套部材３で被覆されている。なお、この実施の形態では、外套部材３には、押出し成形によってチューブ状に形成された熱可塑性軟質合成樹脂が用いられ、前記連結具本体１の一端から嵌合・被覆される。

また、この実施の形態では、外套部材３が、半透明、透明あるいは着色透明であり、連結金具本体１の表面化粧を、外套部材３を透過して、透視でき、外部に反映している。例えば、連結金具本体１の表面が金メッキされている場合、その金の光沢が外套部材３を介して、外部から見られる訳で、連結金具の意匠性を維持できる。また、前記ループには、その外套部材３がある連結金具本体１の小円弧位置１ｘで、被吊下げ品４のための吊下げ環５を備えている。また、前記ループには、吊下げ環５が吊下げられる位置１ｘに対応して、その上側で、連結金具本体１に、ベルト掛けなどに吊持ちさせる略直線状の吊持ち部分１ｙを形成している。

このため、本考案の連結金具を、例えば、キーホルダーや携帯電話機の保持に用いる場合でも、吊下げ環５や、これに吊下げられる、例えば、キーなどの被吊下げ品４が、連結金具本体１の金属表面に直接触れることがないので、この連結金具を用いて、キーや携帯電話機を持ち歩く場合でも、従来のような不快な金属音を発生することなく、また、衝突による傷付きや摩擦接触による表面の損傷も避けられる。

【考案の効果】
このようにして、本考案によれば、この連結金具の使用に際して、吊下げ対象との間で金属音の発生、傷付きを防止し、表面の摩擦損傷を回避できる。

また、金属素材が軟質合成樹脂の外套部材で被覆されていることから、手触りが良くソフト感があるほか、半透明、透明あるいは着色透明の外套部材を透して連結金具本体の金属化粧表面が透視されることから意匠性が各段に向上する。
