【考案の属する技術分野】
本考案は下衣着用保持具に係り、特に、ウエストバンドに止着されスラックス又はスカートを保持するための下衣着用保持具に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、スラックスやスカート等の下衣は、着用者のウエストのサイズに応じてウエストバンド（スラックス等の最上部につける帯、ＪＩＳ Ｌ ０１１２）が皮革ベルト等で締め付けられることで着用されている。すなわち、ウエストバンドをベルトで外側から締め付けることにより、ベルトの下端部が着用者の左右腰骨（寛骨の体側部）の上部に当たりスラックス等が固定（保持）される。なお、下衣とは、下半身につける衣服をいう（ＪＩＳ Ｌ ０２１５）。

ところが、体躯の細い（痩身の）着用者の場合に、ウエストのサイズよりスラックス等のウエストサイズが大きいと、ベルトを締めたときに、細いウエストがそのまま現れたり、ウエストバンドやその周辺にしわ（ベルトじわ）が生じるため、スラックス等着用時に見栄えを損なうことがある。これを避けるため、痩身の着用者は、腹部、ウエストにタオルや晒布を巻いて細いウエストを補整する等の工夫を行う場合もある。

一方、ウエストのくびれのない太っている着用者の場合は、痩身の着用者より強くベルトを締め付けてスラックス等を固定するため、腹部が圧迫される。ベルトを緩めると、スラックス等の垂れ下がりやシャツ等の上衣の乱れが生じるので、頻繁に衣服を整えなければならない。

このような問題を解決するために、スラックス等のウエストバンドの全周に亘り空気を貯留し多数の凹凸を形成した帯体（例えば、特許文献１参照）や、空気を吹き込んだエアチューブ（例えば、特許文献２参照）等が開示されている。また、着用者のウエストに布製ベルトを巻いた上からスラックス等を着用する布製ベルト（例えば、特許文献３参照）も開示されている。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上述した特許文献１及び特許文献２のものは、帯体やエアチューブを装着してウエストを締めるので、腹部が圧迫されて苦しくなる。また、エアチューブの装着部全体が帯状に膨らむため、ウエストバンドの内外側共に厚みを増し、スラックス等の着用時にスマートさ（見栄え）を損なうことがある。また、上述した特許文献３のものは、布製ベルトに伸縮性を持たせてスラックス等を固定することで垂れ下がりを防止することはできるが、布製ベルトがウエストに巻かれるため、特許文献１、２と同様に、腹部の圧迫感からは開放されない。

上記事案に鑑み本考案は、着用者の腹部を圧迫することなくスラックス等の垂れ下がりを防止可能な着用保持具を提供することを課題とする。
【０００９】
【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために、本考案は、ウエストバンドに止着されスラックス又はスカートを保持するための下衣着用保持具において、前記下衣着用保持具は前記ウエストバンドの内側で前記スラックス又はスカートの両脇の少なくとも一方に止着され、長さが前記ウエストバンドの全長の１／４未満であり幅が前記ウエストバンドの幅未満であって、湾曲可能な薄板状の弾性部材と、前記弾性部材を被覆する被覆部材とを有することを特徴とする。

本考案では、ウエストバンドの内側でスラックス又はスカートの両脇の少なくとも一方に止着された下衣着用保持具の下端部が着用者の腰骨上部に当たりスラックス又はスカートが保持される。本考案によれば、下衣着用保持具の長さがウエストバンドの全長の１／４未満でありスラックス又はスカートの両脇の少なくとも一方に止着されるため、下衣着用保持具が着用者の腹部に当たることがないので、腹部への圧迫を防止することができ、下衣着用保持具がウエストバンドの内側に止着され下衣着用保持具の下端部が着用者の腰骨上部に当たって係止されるので、スラックス又はスカートの垂れ下がりを防止することができると共に、下衣着用保持具が湾曲可能な薄板状の弾性部材と、弾性部材を被覆する被覆部材とを有しているため、下衣着用保持具がウエスト脇部に沿って湾曲して被覆部材により下衣着用保持具の屈曲が防止され、着用者の体型に拘わらず違和感を生じることなくウエストにフィットさせることができる。

この場合において、下衣着用保持具をウエストバンドの内側に止着するには種々の形態を挙げることができる。例えば、ウエストバンドの幅の方向の両端部がウエストバンドの内側に固着された固着体で止着したり、被覆部材のウエストバンド側の表面に固定され、ウエストバンドの内側に固着された面ファスナと係着する係着用面ファスナを更に有することで、面ファスナ及び係着用面ファスナで止着したり、又は、被覆部材に固定されたクリップを更に有し、クリップの内側にウエストバンド側に突出する突起を形成することで、突起をウエストバンドの外側に係止させてクリップにウエストバンドを挟持させることにより止着するようにしてもよい。また、下衣着用保持具の厚さを１．５ｃｍ以下とすることで、脇部が局部的に膨らむことが抑制されるので、着用者の脇部への圧迫を防止することができると共に、スラックス又はスカート着用時の外観（スマートさ）を向上させることができる。また、弾性部材の下端部から延出された延出部材を更に有しており、弾性部材及び延出部材を被覆部材で被覆するようにすれば、被覆部材を介した延出部材の下端部が腰骨の上部に当たって係止されるため、ウエストバンドの位置をより高くすることができる。

【考案の実施の形態】
（第１実施形態）
以下、図面を参照して、本考案を紳士スラックス用の保持パッドに適用した第１の実施の形態について説明する。

（構成）
図１に示すように、本実施形態の保持パッド１は、弾性部材としてのポリエチレンフォーム２と、このポリエチレンフォーム２を被覆する被覆部材としての薄地織物３とを有している。ポリエチレンフォーム２は、長手方向に沿って湾曲可能であり、例えば、長さ９．８ｃｍ、幅２．８ｃｍ、厚さ０．８ｃｍ程度の薄板状サイズとすることができる。ポリエチレンフォーム２は、全面が薄地織物３で被覆（保護）されている。薄地織物３には、例えば、厚さ１ｍｍ程度の平織物が用いられる。従って、本実施形態の保持パッド１は、例えば、長さ１０ｃｍ、幅３ｃｍ、厚さ１ｃｍ程度のサイズとされている。なお、図１では、保持パッド１が長手方向に湾曲した状態を示している。

図２（Ａ）に示すように、保持パッド１はスラックス３０に止着される。スラックス３０は、最上部にウエストバンド３２が縫合されている。スラックス３０の両脇部には、前身頃３６と後ろ身頃３７とを縫合した脇縫目３３が形成されている。また、ウエストバンド３２の内側には、脇縫目３３の延長線を挟む両側に伸縮性を有する織物からなる、固着体としての２つの止め帯３５が固着されている。すなわち、止め帯３５は、両端部がウエストバンド３２の内側、かつ、ウエストバンド３２の幅の方向（長手方向と交差する方向）に縫着されている。止め帯３５のサイズは、例えば、縫着された両端部間の長さを３．５ｃｍ、両端部間の長さに交差する幅方向の長さを１．５ｃｍ程度とすることができる。従って、保持パッド１は、長手方向の両端部が、伸縮性を有する止め帯３５とウエストバンド３２との間に挟まれて、ウエストバンド３２に止着される。

なお、保持パッド１は、長さがウエストバンド３２の全長の１／４未満であり、幅がウエストバンド３２の幅より小さいサイズとされている。

（スラックスの着用）
上述したように、スラックス３０には、ウエストバンド３２の内側でスラックス３０の両脇に固着された止め帯３５で保持パッド１が止着されており（図２（Ｂ）参照）、保持パッド１はスラックス３０の内側（着用者側）に向けて張り出している。このため、保持パッド１の下端部が着用者の左右の腰骨上部に当たり係止される。これにより、ウエストバンド３２が着用者のウエストに固定されスラックス３０が保持（着用）される。一方、スラックス３０を脱いだときに、止め帯３５を伸張させて止め帯３５とウエストバンド３２との間を拡げることで保持パッド１をスラックス３０から取り外すことができる。

（作用等）
通常、着用者のウエストの横断面は楕円状であり、スラックス着用時に背中や起伏の大きい腹部に保持パッド１を配置すると、腹部を圧迫する上に、腰骨のように保持パッド１を支持することができないので、スラックスの垂れ下がりを防止することができない。本実施形態では、保持パッド１がウエストバンド３２の内側でスラックス３０の両脇（ウエスト横断面の楕円の最長線（長軸）上に相対する左右腰骨の位置）に止着されている。このため、保持パッド１が着用者側に張り出し保持パッド１の下端部が着用者の左右の腰骨上部に当たって係止され、スラックス３０の垂れ下がりを防止することができる。また、保持パッド１が背中や腹部に当たらないので、腹部への圧迫を回避することができる。

また、ウエストバンド３２の外側からベルトを締め付けた場合に、ウエストバンド３２やその周辺に生じるベルトじわは、着用者のウエストのサイズよりスラックスのウエストサイズが大きいためであり、また、スラックスの垂れ下がりも食前、食後や呼吸による腹部の起伏の変化により、着用者のウエストとウエストバンド３２との間に空間（緩み）が生まれるためである。この緩みを埋めるため又は細すぎるウエストを補整するために保持パッド１を使用するのであれば、同じ体積なら従来技術の薄くて細長いパッドより、厚くて短いコンパクトなパッドの方がより効果が大きくなる。本実施形態では、保持パッド１は、長さがウエストバンド３２の全長の１／４未満、厚さが１．５ｃｍ以下のサイズに設定されている。このため、保持パッド１が着用者のウエストとウエストバンド３２との間の緩みを埋め、痩身の着用者では細すぎるウエストを補整することができるので、スラックス３０を着用者に確実に保持することができると共に、ベルトを必要としないので、ベルトじわ発生を防止してスマートさを確保することができる。一方、ウエストのくびれのない太っている着用者では、従来技術のようにベルトで締め付けると腹部への圧迫が痩身の着用者より大きくなる。本実施形態では、着用者側に張り出した保持パッド１が両脇に押し付けられるため、太っている着用者でも保持パッド１の下端部が腰骨上部に当たって係止され、腹部への圧迫を伴わない。この効果は食後に顕出される。

更に、本実施形態の保持パッド１は、湾曲可能な薄板状のポリエチレンフォーム２及びポリエチレンフォーム２の全体を被覆する薄地織物３を有している。このため、保持パッド１がウエストに沿って湾曲しても薄地織物３により保持パッド１の屈曲が防止されるので、着用者の体型に拘わらず、保持パッド１をウエストにフィットさせて違和感なく使用することができる。

また更に、本実施形態では、保持パッド１は、両端部が伸縮性を有する止め帯３５とウエストバンド３２との間に挟まれている。このため、例えば、食事前後等に腹部が起伏しても、ウエストバンド３２に保持パッド１を確実に止着することができる。また、止め帯３５を伸張させることにより保持パッド１を容易に取り外すことができる。従って、例えば、スラックス３０の洗濯をする場合に保持パッド１が支障となることもない。

更にまた、本実施形態の保持パッド１は、幅がウエストバンド３２の幅より小さいサイズに設定されている。このため、保持パッド１の上端部がウエストバンド３２の上端、すなわち、スラックス３０の上端からはみ出すことがないので、スラックス３０着用時の外観やスマートさを向上させることができる。

（第２実施形態）
次に、本考案を紳士スラックス用の保持パッドに適用した第２の実施の形態について説明する。本実施形態は、第１実施形態の止め帯３５に代えて、面ファスナで保持パッド１をウエストバンド３２に止着するものである。なお、本実施形態以降の実施形態において、第１実施形態と同一の部材には同一の符号を付してその説明を省略し、異なる箇所のみ説明する。

図３に示すように、本実施形態の保持パッド１は、薄地織物３のウエストバンド３２側の表面に係着用面ファスナとしての面フック（フック型の面ファスナ）１２が固定されている。面フック１２の固定には、例えば、両面粘着テープや粘着剤が用いられる。面フック１２は、保持パッド１の長さ及び幅より小さいサイズとされている（例えば、長さ９．５ｃｍ、幅２．５ｃｍ）。面フック１２は、表面に、後述する面ファスナ側の微小ループと係着可能な多数の微小フックが形成されている。

図４（Ａ）に示すように、ウエストバンド３２の内側には、面ファスナとしての面ループ（ループ型の面ファスナ）１３が固着されている。面ループ１３の固着には、例えば、面フック１２の固定と同様の両面粘着テープ等が用いられる。面ループ１３は、例えば、面フック１２のサイズと同程度のサイズに設定することができる。面ループ１３は、長手方向の中央が脇縫目３３の略延長線上とされている。面ループ１３には、多数の微小ループが表面に形成されている。図４（Ｂ）に示すように、スラックス３０には、ウエストバンド３２の内側でスラックス３０の両脇に固着された面ループ１３に、保持パッド１に固定された面フック１２が係着され、保持パッド１がウエストバンド３２に止着される。

本実施形態の保持パッド１は、スラックス３０への止着に面フック１２及び面ループ１３が用いられる。このため、保持パッド１に固定された面フック１２をウエストバンド３２の内側の両脇に固着された面ループ１３に押し付けることで、面フック１２の微小フックが面ループ１３の微小ループに係着するので、ウエストバンド３２に保持パッド１を容易に止着することができる。また、面フック１２と面ループ１３とが面同士で係着されるので、保持パッド１を確実に止着することができる。更に、面フック１２と面ループ１３とを剥離することで、保持パッド１をスラックス３０から容易に取り外すことができる

また、本実施形態では、面フック１２及び面ループ１３の全面を重ねることなくずらしても係着可能である。このため、保持パッド１の止着位置をウエストバンド３２の幅方向及び／又は長手方向にずらして止着することができるので、ウエストバンド３２の高さ位置の微調整をすることができる。例えば、面フック１２を１ｃｍ下側にずらして面ループ１３と係着させることで、保持パッド１の止着位置が通常より１ｃｍ下がる。このため、保持パッド１の下端部が腰骨上部に当たることで、ウエストバンド３２の位置を着用者のウエストより１ｃｍ高くすることができる。また、腰骨の高さは体躯の前（腹部）側より後ろ（背中）側が高いため、保持パッド１の止着位置を後ろ側にずらすことで、ウエストバンド３２の位置を高くすることができる。従って、股上の深いスラックスでも股下を上げることができるので、スラックスをスマートに着用することができ、脚を長く見せることができる。

（第３実施形態）
次に、本考案を紳士スラックス用の保持パッドに適用した第３の実施の形態について説明する。本実施形態は、第１実施形態の止め帯３５に代えて、クリップで保持パッド１をウエストバンド３２に止着するものである。

図５に示すように、本実施形態の保持パッド１は、保持パッド１をスラックスに止着するクリップ２３を有している。クリップ２３は、基部が、薄地織物３のウエストバンド３２側の略中央部表面に固着された支持部材２２の上部に固定されている。クリップ２３及び支持部材２２は、二股状とされている。

クリップ２３は、断面略Ｌ字状で先端部が略球状に形成されている。クリップ２３の内側には、保持パッド１側（ウエストバンド３２側）に突出しウエストバンド３２の外側に係止可能な断面略三角状の２つの爪部２４ａが形成されている。爪部２４ａは、クリップ２３の基部側に傾斜している。一方、支持部材２２のクリップ２３側の表面には、爪部２４ａの形状に対応して２つの窪み部２４ｂが形成されている。クリップ２３及び支持部材２２間の間隙は、先端部側が基部側より小さい。

図６に示すように、スラックス３０は、脇縫目３３の略延長線上のウエストバンド３２が支持部材２２及びクリップ２３の二股の間に挟まれる。クリップ２３の爪部２４ａはウエストバンド３２の外側の織り目に係着し、クリップ２３の基部がウエストバンド３２の上端部外側に係止され、保持パッド１がウエストバンド３２の内側に止着される。

本実施形態の保持パッド１は、ウエストバンド３２が支持部材２２及びクリップ２３に挟まれることでウエストバンド３２の内側に止着される。このため、スラックス３０には保持パッド１を止着する部材が不要となるので、保持パッド１の止着位置を任意に調整することができる。また、スラックス３０をはき替えても同じ保持パッド１をすぐに使用することができる。

また、本実施形態の保持パッド１は、クリップ２３の内側に爪部２４ａが形成されている。このため、爪部２４ａがウエストバンド３２の外側に係止するので、スラックス３０の両脇に保持パッド１を確実に止着することができる。更に、爪部２４ａを支持部材２２側に形成すると、爪部２４ａがウエストバンド３２の内側に係止するため、爪部２４ａをウエストバンド３２から離間させるには支持部材２２を着用者側に拡げることとなり不都合が生じる。本実施形態の保持パッド１は、クリップ２３を着用者の外側に拡げることで、ウエストバンド３２の外側に係止した爪部２４ａがウエストバンド３２から離間されるので、保持パッド１を容易に取り外すことができる。

なお、上記実施形態では、紳士スラックス用の保持パッド１を例示したが、本考案はこれに限定されるものではなく、婦人スラックスやスカートにも適用可能である。

また、上記実施形態では、弾性部材としてのポリエチレンフォーム２と被覆部材としての薄地織物３とを有する保持パッド１を例示したが、図７に示すように、ポリエチレンフォーム２の下端部から延出された延出部材としての付加フォーム５を更に有し、薄地織物３でポリエチレンフォーム２及び付加フォーム５を被覆するようにしてもよい。付加フォーム５は、ポリエチレンフォーム２と同じ材質とし、長さを保持パッド１の長さ未満、延出する幅を１ｃｍ程度、厚さを保持パッド１と同じとすることが好ましい。このようにすれば、薄地織物３を介した付加フォーム５の下端部がスラックス３０の着用者の腰骨上部に当たり係止されるので、ウエストバンド３２の位置を高くすることができる。例えば、付加フォーム５の幅が１ｃｍの保持パッド１を用いることで、付加フォーム５を有していない保持パッド１と比較して、ウエストバンド３２の位置を１ｃｍ高くすることができる。更に、上述したように、第２実施形態の面フック１２を面ループ１３より１ｃｍ下げて係着させることで、ウエストバンド３２の位置を合計２ｃｍ高くすることができる。従って、股下を上げることができ、スラックス３０着用時のスマートさを向上させることができる。

更に、上記実施形態では、スラックス３０の両脇に長さ約１０ｃｍの保持パッド１を止着する例を示したが、本考案はこれに限定されるものではない。着用者のウエストとウエストバンド３２との間の緩みの大きさにより、両脇のいずれか一方に止着するようにしてもよく、長さがウエストバンド３２の全長の１／４未満であればよい。例えば、ウエストとウエストバンド３２との間の緩みが少ない場合は、両脇の一方に止着するか又は長さ５ｃｍ程度の短い保持パッド１を用いるようにする。短い保持パッド１を脇縫目３３より後ろ側に止着すれば、腰骨が体躯の前側から後ろ側にかけて高くなっているため、ウエストバンド３２の位置を高くすることもできる。このことは、例えば、第１実施形態では後ろ側の止め帯３５に挟む（図２参照）ことで、また、第２実施形態では面ループ１３の後ろ側に係着する（図４参照）ことで実現することができる。

また更に、上記実施形態では、弾性部材にポリエチレンフォーム２を例示したが、本考案はこれに制限されるものではなく、スラックス３０を着用したときに湾曲可能な弾性部材であればよい。本実施形態以外に用いることができる弾性部材の例としては、例えば、ＥＶＡ（エチレン−酢酸ビニル）樹脂、ウレタン樹脂、ゴム等を挙げることができる。

更にまた、上記実施形態では、被覆部材に厚さ１ｍｍ程度で平織物の薄地織物３を例示したが、本考案はこれに限定されるものではない。例えば、編み物や不織布を用いてもよく、また、熱収縮性の樹脂フィルムで被覆した後に加熱収縮させてもよい。着用者に違和感を生じさせない感触を有する材質であることが好ましい。また、編み物等の厚さや編織組織も特に制限されるものではない。

また、第１実施形態では、保持パッド１の両端部を伸縮性の止め帯３５でウエストバンド３２に止着する例を示したが、本考案はこれに限定されるものではない。例えば、ゴム紐を平たく編んだゴムテープを用いたり、布帛を用いて保持パッド１の両端部をそれぞれ挿入可能なポケットをウエストバンド３２に形成し該ポケットで保持パッド１を止着したりしてもよい。また、保持パッド１の長さと同じ長さの布帛等をウエストバンド３２に固着して保持パッド１の全体を布帛等とウエストバンド３２との間に挿入するようにしてもよい。更に、薄地織物３で保持パッド１の幅方向の両側に短冊状の耳部を形成させて、耳部をウエストバンド３２の内側に縫合するようにしてもよい。このようにすれば、保持パッド１を確実に止着することができる。

更に、第２実施形態では、面フック１２の薄地織物３への固定、面ループ１３のウエストバンド３２への固着に両面粘着テープや粘着剤を用いる例を示したが、本考案はこれに限定されるものではない。例えば、熱溶着繊維を含む熱接着用シートを用いてアイロン等で加熱接着してもよい。また、縫い糸で縫合するようにすれば、面フック１２、面ループ１３を確実に薄地織物３やウエストバンド３２に固着することができる。これにより、例えば、スラックス３０の洗濯を繰り返しても面ループ１３の剥離を防止することができる。更に、第２実施形態では、保持パッド１にフック型の面ファスナを固定し、ウエストバンド３２にループ型の面ファスナを固着する例を示したが、フック型及びループ型を逆にして用いるようにしてもよい。

また更に、第３実施形態では、支持部材２２にクリップ２３の基部を固定する例を示したが、本考案はこれに限定されるものではなく、例えば、保持パッド１の上端部にクリップ２３の基部を固定するようにしてもよい。また、保持パッド１に１個のクリップ２３を固定する例を示したが、例えば、保持パッド１の長手方向の両端部にそれぞれ１個のクリップを固定するようにしてもよい。このようにすれば、２個のクリップでウエストバンド３２を挟むので、保持パッド１の止着をより確実にすることができる。更に、クリップ２３の下部を外側（保持パッド１の反対側）にフック状となるようにしてもよい。このようにすれば、ウエストバンド３２の外側からベルトを締める場合にベルトの下端部をクリップ２３のフックに掛けることができる。

【考案の効果】
以上説明したように、本考案によれば、下衣着用保持具の長さがウエストバンドの全長の１／４未満でありスラックス又はスカートの両脇の少なくとも一方に止着されるため、下衣着用保持具が着用者の腹部に当たることがないので、腹部への圧迫を防止することができ、下衣着用保持具がウエストバンドの内側に止着され下衣着用保持具の下端部が着用者の腰骨上部に当たって係止されるので、スラックス又はスカートの垂れ下がりを防止することができると共に、下衣着用保持具が湾曲可能な薄板状の弾性部材と、弾性部材を被覆する被覆部材とを有しているため、下衣着用保持具がウエスト脇部に沿って湾曲して被覆部材により下衣着用保持具の屈曲が防止され、着用者の体型に拘わらず違和感を生じることなくウエストにフィットさせることができる、という効果を得ることができる。
