【解決手段】本考案はゴム手袋の裾を広げる事で厚みのある衣服の上からでも身に付け、さらにマジックテープを付ける事で衣服の袖の膨らみに合わせ、余った部分を折り曲げ、袖にピッタリ合わせ止める事ができ、さらに汗等で手と密着したゴム手袋を、マジックテープを外し裾を広げ、裾から空気を入りやすくする事で簡単に取り外しができ、課題を解決することができる。
