は、細長い棒状体を水平にしてその両端部を把持した状
態で、該棒状体に撓みが殆ど無くなるまで引張して該棒
状体に常に一定の張力を付与する装置と、張力を付与さ
れた細長い棒状体を回転させる装置と、前記棒状体の長
手方向に移動しながら該棒状体に皮膜形成材を溶射また
は吹付ける装置とから成ることを特徴とするものであ
る。

溶射処理に続いて簡易な操作により再溶融加熱処理を施
すことが可能となる。更に、前記再溶融加熱処理に際し
て、前記張力を加えると共に回転を付与すれば、均一な
再溶融加熱処理を施すことが出来る。
