Description

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】この発明は、筒形に形成し、冷え
を防ぐための使い捨ての着用物品である腹巻きおよび腹
巻き兼パンツに関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】従来、ゴム編みの生地等伸縮性のシート
素材からなる筒状体で腹巻きを製造する技術は周知であ
る。また、かかる腹巻きとパンツとを一体にする技術
が、例えば、実開平２−３３２０２，同２−１０６４０
６号公報に開示されている。
【０００３】
【発明が解決しようとする課題】前記周知の腹巻きはそ
の全体が一様に伸縮するものであって、着用者の腹部が
特にふくらんでいる場合には当該部に対する圧迫力が強
くなり、ときに息苦しくなるといったような不快感を生
じかねないという問題がある。
【０００４】そこで、この発明は、腹巻きを伸縮させる
胴周り方向の伸縮部材の一部に上下いずれかの方向に向
かって凸となる曲線を描かせることにより、前記問題を
解決することを課題にしている。
【０００５】
【課題を解決するための手段】この発明が前記課題を解
決するために手段とするところは、以下のとおりであ
る。
【０００６】この発明の一つの構成態様は、各々が腹側
と背側とに位置する少なくとも２枚の不織布生地の横方
向対向各側縁部を互いに接合して縦方向の上部端縁と下
部端縁とが開口する筒状体を形成し、前記各端縁近傍に
前記筒状体の周り方向に伸長した弾性伸縮部材を配設し
た腹巻きにおいて、少なくとも前記腹側の生地の横方向
対向側縁部間に複数本の第２の弾性伸縮部材を伸長状態
で前記上下端縁近傍の伸縮部材間に貼着し、そのうちの
所要本数を前記上部端縁に向かって凸曲線を描く一群の
伸縮部材と前記下部端縁に向かって凸曲線を描く一群の
伸縮部材とで構成してあることを特徴とする。
【０００７】この発明のもう一つの構成態様において
は、前記腹巻きの前記下部端縁に使い捨てのパンツ型お
むつをの上端部を一体的に連結させて使い捨て腹巻き兼
おむつを形成する。
【０００８】
【作用】このように構成した腹巻き（腹巻き兼用パンツ
のうちの腹巻き）は、上下部各端縁近傍の伸縮部材によ
って着用者の胴周りに密着する。腹側不織布では左右対
称に貼着した複数の第２の伸縮部材が上部端縁と下部端
縁とに向かって凸曲線を描く二つの群に分かれるから、
各群の伸縮部材が腹部のふくらみの上方部分と下方部分
とに当接するようにする。そのようにすることで、ふく
らみの頂部に対する圧迫を避けながら腹巻きを胴周りに
フィットさせることができる。
【０００９】また、この腹巻きは比較的安価な不織布を
生地とするから、使い捨てのものとして有用である。
【００１０】
【実施例】この発明に係る腹巻きの詳細を添付の図面を
参照して説明すると、以下のとおりである。
【００１１】図１は、腹巻き１の部分破断斜視図であ
る。腹巻き１は、各々が矩形で左右対称に構成された腹
側部材２と背側部材３とを左右各側縁部４，５，６，７
で互いに重ね合わせ、剥離不能に接合して得られる筒状
体である。図において、部材２と３とは実質的に同じ構
成であり、かつ、同形同大であるから、以下では腹側部
材２のみについて説明する。
【００１２】腹側部材２は、熱可塑性合成繊維を２０重
量％以上含む不織布生地からなる内面シート８と外面シ
ート９との間に所要の本数からなる第１、２弾性伸縮部
材１０，１１を介在させたものであって、内外面シート
８，９は前記の熱可塑性合成繊維を所要部位で溶融する
か、または所要部位に塗布したホットメルト接着剤によ
って互いに剥離不能に接合してある。第１，２弾性伸縮
部材１０と１１とは、伸長状態で内外面シート８，９の
両方またはいずれかに接合してあり、そのうちの第１部
材１０は、腹側部材２の上部端縁１４と下部端縁１５と
に沿って延びる部材１０Ａと１０Ｂとで構成されてい
る。また、第２部材１１は、上部端縁１４に向かって凸
となる上部曲線部材群１１Ａと、下部端縁１５に向かっ
て凸となる下部曲線部材群１１Ｂとで構成されている。
上下部曲線部材群１１Ａと１１Ｂは、側縁部４，５にお
いて、好ましくは上下方向のほぼ中央に位置させ、側縁
部４，５間の中央部では、互いを上下方向に最も大きく
離間させる。このように配設する第１，２伸縮部材１
０，１１には、所要の弾性と伸長率とを備えたものを使
用することができ、個々の部材の並列間隔を適宜に定め
ることができる。また、個々の部材の伸長率を腹側部材
２の左右方向において変化させることもできる。
【００１３】腹側部材２と背側部材３とは、各々の側縁
部４，５，６，７の上下方向に間欠的に配置した接合部
２０において、不織布生地を構成する熱可塑性合成繊維
を加熱溶融することで一体化してある。溶融することに
代えて、部材２と３とを接着剤で一体化することもでき
る。
【００１４】このように構成した腹巻き１は、腹側部材
２の上下部曲線部材群１１Ａと１１Ｂとが最も大きく離
間する左右方向の中央部位が着用者腹部のふくらみに当
接するようにして使用する。そうすることで、そのふく
らみに対する直接の圧迫を緩和したり回避したりするこ
とができる。もっとも、第２伸縮部材１１を上下部曲線
部材群１１Ａ，１１Ｂと、第１伸縮部材１０に平行な直
線部材群とで構成することも可能である。なお、必要な
ら背側部材３に設けるべき上下部曲線部材群については
部材２と異なる弾性をもたせたり、レイアウトを変えた
りすることの他に、それら曲線部材群の一部または全部
を省くことができる。
【００１５】図２は、この発明のもう一つの構成態様で
あって、使い捨てのパンツ型おむつ、または使い捨ての
トレニングパンツ（以下、単にパンツという）を一体化
させた腹巻き１００の部分破断斜視図である。
【００１６】この腹巻き１００は、腹巻き部１０１とパ
ンツ部１５０とからなり、それら両部１０１，１５０の
仮想境界線Ｃ−Ｃより上にある腹巻き部１０１の構造
は、図１の腹巻き１のそれと実質的に同じである。ま
た、パンツ部１５０は、線Ｃ−Ｃより下の部分であっ
て、その構造は、本願出願人の出願に係る特開平３−３
３２０１、同３−８２４６７号公報に開示されたそれと
実質的に同じである。
【００１７】パンツ部１５０は、肌当接側の透液性表面
シート１５１と、非肌当接側の裏面シート１５２との間
に吸液性コア１５３が介在してなり、左右両側の下部に
は一対の脚周り開口部１５４を有する。開口部１５４の
周囲と胴周り部の周囲とには、伸長状態で表裏面シート
１５１，１５２の両方またはいずれかの内面に貼着した
脚周り弾性伸縮部材１５５と腰回り弾性伸縮部材１５６
とがあり、左右両側縁部には、腹巻き１と同様に形成さ
れた接合部１２０がある。パンツ部１５０の表裏面シー
ト１５１，１５２は、線Ｃ−Ｃを越えて上方に延び、腹
巻き部１０１の腹側部材１０２と背側部材１０３各々の
内外面シート１０８，１０９を形成している。腹巻き部
１０１とパンツ部１５０との間、すなわち線Ｃ−Ｃの近
傍にはコア１５３が存在していない。左右側縁部の線Ｃ
−Ｃ近傍には必要に応じて切欠き孔１５８を形成して腹
巻き１００内外の通気性を向上させ、おむつを着用して
いることによる蒸れを防止することができる。腹巻き部
１０１の下部曲線部材群１１１Ｂとパンツ部１５０の胴
周り伸縮部材１５６は、そのいずれか一方を省くことが
できる。***された体液がパンツ部１５０から腹巻き部
１０１へ移行するのを抑止するために、それら両部１０
１，１５０の境界部分に撥水処理を施したり、防水構造
をもたせたりすることもできる。
【００１８】このように構成した腹巻き１００を乳幼児
が着用すると、それぞれが別体のおむつと腹巻きとを着
用する場合に比べて胴周りでの衣類のかさばりがなく、
身体をより一層自由に動かすことが可能になる他に、乳
幼児に特有のふくらんだおなかの頂部を圧迫することが
ない。なお、腹巻き１００において、パンツ部１５０を
周知慣用のトレニングパンツに替えることができる。

【発明の効果】この発明に係る着用物品、特に腹巻き
は、腹側部材において上下各端縁部近傍の弾性伸縮部材
間に位置する第２の弾性伸縮部材を２群に分け、各群を
上下端縁部のいずれかに向かって凸となるように湾曲さ
せて互いに離間させたから、その離間した部位で腹部の
ふくらみを覆うと、そのふくらみに対する圧迫を緩和し
たり回避したりすることができ、腹巻きの着用感が向上
する。

Claims (4)

    (57)【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】各々が腹側と背側とに位置する少なくとも
    ２枚の不織布生地の横方向対向各側縁部を互いに接合し
    て縦方向の上部端縁と下部端縁とが開口する筒状体を構
    成し、前記各端縁近傍に前記筒状体の周り方向に伸長し
    た弾性伸縮部材を配設した使い捨て腹巻きにおいて、 少なくとも前記腹側生地の横方向対向側縁部間に複数本
    の第２の弾性伸縮部材を伸長状態で前記上下端縁近傍の
    伸縮部材間に貼着し、そのうちの所要本数を前記上部端
    縁に向かって凸曲線を描く一群の伸縮部材と前記下部端
    縁に向かって凸曲線を描く一群の伸縮部材とで構成して
    あることを特徴とする前記腹巻き。
  2. 【請求項２】前記腹巻きの前記下部端縁に使い捨てのパ
    ンツの上端部を一体的に連結させてある請求項１記載の
    使い捨て腹巻き兼パンツ。
  3. 【請求項３】前記腹巻きおよびパンツの腹側と背側とを
    それぞれ連続する同生地で構成してある請求項２記載の
    腹巻き兼パンツ。
  4. 【請求項４】前記腹巻きとパンツとが連続する部位の横
    方向対向側に通気用の切欠き孔を形成してある請求項３
    記載の腹巻き兼パンツ。
