When lining existing pipelines, insert multiple pigs into the pipes, holding paint between those pigs,
A method of moving a pig in the pipe axis direction is known. For example, in the construction method described in Japanese Patent Publication No.
As shown in the figure, a plurality of pigs 1 to 3 are connected by wires 4 so as to pass through the inside of a tube 5 to be lined. Each of the pigs 1 to 3 is a sphere or a semi-cylindrical body having a cross section slightly smaller than the internal cross section of the tube 5. In addition, the number of pigs to be connected is determined according to the length of the piped body 5 to be lined, and as many as 200 pieces are provided so as to maintain the interval between adjacent pigs at 0.5 to 10 m. A number of pigs climbing are connected by wires. The paint 6 applied to the inner surface of the tube 5 is composed of these pigs 1 to 3.
And it is held in a closed space defined by the inner peripheral surface of the tube 5. In this state, when the wire 4 is pulled and the pigs 1 to 3 are moved in the pipe axis direction inside the pipe body 5 as shown in FIGS. It is pressed against the inner peripheral surface of the pipe body 5 by the pigs 2 and 3 on the side. As a result, the paint 6 adheres to the inner peripheral surface of the tube 5 and forms the coating film 7. At this time, the thickness of the coating film 7 is the
Is determined by the gap between the inner peripheral surface of the helical member. Also,
The rear end pigs 2 and 3 form the coating film 7 having a predetermined thickness and also have an action of smoothing the surface of the coating film 7. A tool in which a plurality of pigs 1 to 3 are connected by a wire 4 can be used for the inner surface lining of a tube body 5 having a vertical portion in the middle. That is, as shown in FIG.
Are moved inside the vertical portion 8 in the pipe axis direction. Thereby, a similar coating film 7 is formed on the inner surface of the vertical portion 8.

However, when this lining method is applied to a vertical pipe having a large difference in elevation, various troubles occur during implementation, and a desired lining cannot be applied to the inner surface of the vertical pipe. One of the reasons is that, as the pigs 1 to 3, spherical bodies and semi-cylindrical bodies having substantially the same shape and size are used. When lining a vertical pipe having a large difference in height, paint 4 held between pigs 1 to 3
Is large depending on the length of the vertical tube. Therefore, the weight of the paint 4 received by the lowermost pig 1 becomes large,
The weight of the paint 4 cannot be supported, and the pigs 1 to 3 easily fall. Further, even if the paint 4 does not fall, there is a gap between the pigs 1 to 3 and the inner peripheral surface of the vertical pipe where the paint 4 flows down. As a result, the paint falls through the gap, the amount of the paint 4 wasted and consumed is increased, and the proportion of the paint 4 that is effectively used in forming a good lining is reduced. In addition, there is a possibility that the pressure between the pigs 1 to 3 becomes negative as the amount of paint decreases. Therefore, there arises a problem that a lining coating film having a constant thickness is not formed. Therefore, the present invention has been devised in order to solve such a problem, and a paint holding pig that is pressed in a compressed state against the inner peripheral surface of the vertical pipe is provided at the tip side, and this paint holding pig is provided. By moving the inside of the vertical tube while holding the paint in the space between the lining pig on the rear end side, even for a large vertical tube with a height difference, good lining is performed by simple operation, An object is to form a uniform lining film.

The paint holding pig 30 at the distal end has the sealing plates 32 and 33 made of a compressible material, and comes into close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the vertical pipe 10 while being pressed against the inner circumferential surface. Due to the close contact of the sealing plates 32 and 33, the paint 60 is placed between the paint holding pig 30 and the inner peripheral surface of the vertical pipe 10.
There is no gap that flows down. Therefore, the paint 60 held in the space 63 between the paint holding pig 30 and the lining pig 40 is efficiently consumed by the inner lining of the vertical pipe 10. Further, the paint holding pig 30 is secured at a predetermined height position against the load of the paint 60 by a force pressed against the inner peripheral surface of the vertical pipe 10. And since the paint holding pig 30 and the lining pig 40 move by the force pulling the rope 50, the control of the moving speed is simplified. Further, with the decrease of the paint 60, the space 63 between the paint holding pig 30 and the lining pig 40 becomes negative pressure. Since the lining is introduced into the space 63 through the, the lining atmosphere can be maintained under a constant pressure. As a result, the thickness of the coating film 62 applied to the inner peripheral surface of the vertical tube 10 can be easily adjusted and can be made more constant.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, a lining tool 20 is inserted into a vertical pipe 10 to be lined, and the lining tool 20 is moved vertically downward as indicated by an arrow. The lining tool 20 is provided with a paint holding pig 30 on the tip side, and is provided with a lining pig 40 at a predetermined distance (for example, several meters to several tens of meters) from the paint holding pig 30. The pigs 30, 40 are connected by a flexible cable 50. The pig 30 on the tip side has an index cable 51.
Is attached. The paint holding pig 30 has a structure in which sealing plates 32 and 33 are attached to both ends of a cylindrical or cylindrical shaft portion 31. The sealing plates 32 and 33 are made of an elastic material such as hard rubber or flexible plastics, and have a shape slightly larger than the internal cross section of the vertical tube 10. When the paint holding pig 30 is inserted into the vertical pipe 10 by aligning the shaft portion 31 with the pipe axis direction of the vertical pipe 10, the sealing plates 32 and 33 are compressed by the small-diameter vertical pipe 10 and the vertical pipe 10 Is pressed against the inner peripheral surface. As a result, the space between the inner peripheral surface of the vertical tube 10 and the sealing plates 32 and 33 is sealed in a liquid-tight manner. Here, since the two sealing plates 32, 33 are attached to the shaft 31, even if the lining tool 20 is moved in the pipe axis direction inside the vertical pipe 10, the paint holding pig 30 is inclined during the movement,
No blockage in the tube. The number of sealing plates attached to the shaft portion 31 is such that the paint holding pig 30 is kept at a constant height inside the vertical pipe 10 as long as the pulling force does not act through the towing line 51, It is selected so as to obtain a pressing force for pressing the sealing plates 32 and 33 against the inner peripheral surface of the vertical pipe 10. The lining pig 40 includes a leveling part 41 and a gas vent part. The leveling portion 41 has a cross section slightly smaller than the internal cross section of the vertical tube 10, and when inserted into the vertical tube 10, slightly extends between the outer peripheral portion of the leveling portion 41 and the inner peripheral surface of the vertical tube 10. Is formed. This gap has the function of making the thickness of the paint 60 attached to the inner peripheral surface of the vertical pipe 10 uniform and performing surface finishing. The leveling section 41 is preferably made of a porous material through which air can pass. The gas vent 42 has a plurality of grooves extending in the pipe axis direction on the peripheral surface.
43 are formed. The space 63 between the pigs 30 and 40 communicates with the atmosphere via the groove 43. Alternatively, as shown by a dotted line in FIG. 1, a communication pipe 44 penetrating the leveling portion 41 and the gas vent portion 42 may be provided to communicate the space 63 between the pigs 30 and 40 to the atmosphere. In this case, as the leveling unit 41,
It need not be a porous material. The paint 60 is held in the space 63 between the pigs 30 and 40. The amount of the paint 60 is predetermined in consideration of the diameter and length of the vertical pipe 10 to be lined, the thickness of the coating film, and the like. For example, when lining a vertical tube 10 having a height difference of several tens of meters, the paint 60 retained may weigh several tens of kilograms. Due to such a large amount of paint 60, a considerable load is applied to the paint holding pig 30 located below. However, sealing plates 32, 33
The paint holding pig 30 is maintained at a constant height position in the vertical pipe 10 against the load of the paint 60 by the pressing force generated by pressing the paint on the inner peripheral surface of the vertical pipe 10. In this state, when pulling the rope 51, the lining tool 20
Moves inside the vertical tube 10 vertically downward as indicated by the arrow.
The moving speed at this time can be easily controlled by adjusting the tensile force applied to the rope 51. The paint 60 held between the pigs 30 and 40 is pressed by its own weight and pressed against the inner peripheral surface of the vertical pipe 10. Therefore, by moving the lining tool 20, the paint 60
After passing through, a coating film 61 is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the vertical tube 10. The coating film 61 has a thickness of about 2 to 5 mm, which varies depending on the viscosity of the coating material 50, the moving speed of the lining tool 20, the working temperature, and the like. Since the coating film 61 is formed depending on the adhesive force of the coating material 60 to the inner peripheral surface of the vertical tube 10, the coating has a large variation in thickness and has an uneven surface state. Therefore, the coating film 61 is formed by the following lining pig 40.
Finish. That is, when the coating film 61 passes through the gap between the inner peripheral surface of the vertical tube 10 and the leveling portion 41, the coating film 61 is shaped into a thickness and a flat surface state corresponding to the gap. In this way, a coating film 62 having a constant thickness and excellent surface properties can be obtained. The obtained coating film 62 has a thickness of 0.3 to 2 mm on average, though it varies depending on the coating properties, the shape of the lining tool, the moving speed, and the like. In order to effectively perform the leveling action by the leveling section 41, the paint 60
It is preferable to provide a space 63 where the paint 60 does not exist between the pool and the lining pig 40. This space 63
As a result, the paint 60 adheres substantially uniformly to the tube wall, and the subsequent lining pig 40 forms a coating film 62 having a uniform thickness and surface properties. Excess paint removed from the coating film 61 flows down by its own weight,
It is returned to the paint 60 pool at the bottom. Therefore, the paint 60 can be efficiently used for forming the coating film 62. Further, when lining the inner peripheral surface of the vertical pipe 10 while moving the lining tool 2 in the pipe axis direction, the paint 60 held between the pigs 30 and 40 decreases according to the amount of the coating 62 formed. I do. With the decrease in the paint 60, the space 63 between the pigs 30 and 40 may become negative pressure. So, degassing part
When air is externally introduced into the space between the pigs 30 and 40 through the groove 43 of 42 and the communication hole of the leveling portion 41, the lining atmosphere can be maintained under a constant pressure. Accordingly, the coating film 62 having a substantially constant thickness can be formed on the inner peripheral surface of the vertical tube 10 irrespective of the remaining amount of the coating material 60.

As described above, in the present invention, at the upper and lower ends of a cylindrical or cylindrical shaft portion 31, a paint holding pig 30 including sealing plates 32, 33 that are in air-tight contact with the inner surface of a vertical tube 10 made of an elastic body. Between a gas vent portion 42 provided with a plurality of grooves 43 extending in the tube axis direction on the peripheral surface and a lining pig 40 provided continuously with a leveling portion 41 made of a porous material through which air passes. A lining tool 20, a paint holding pig 30 in which a paint 60 is held in a space 63 and both pigs 30, 40 are connected by a flexible cable 50.
First, the lining tool 20 is inserted into the vertical pipe 10 while the paint holding pig 30 is pressed against the inner peripheral surface of the vertical pipe 10 by compressing the paint holding pig 30 against the inner peripheral surface of the vertical pipe 10 by pulling the rope 50 from below. Since the lining film 62 is formed on the inner surface of the pipe while moving the space section 63 to the atmosphere while moving the pipe downward along the pipe axis direction, a pair of the paint holding pig 30 and the lining pig 40 are formed.
To the space 63 between the pigs 30, 40 and paint 60
By moving the inside of the vertical tube 10 while holding the vertical line, it is possible to extremely easily line the vertical tube 10 having a large difference in height. Further, since the paint holding pig 30 at the tip end is pressed against the inner peripheral surface of the vertical pipe 10, the two are in a liquid-tight contact state, and the paint 60 does not leak downward. In addition, due to the pressing force at this time, even when a large paint load is applied, the paint holding pig 30 is held at a constant height position unless a tensile force is applied via the cable 50. Further, the space 63 is a degassing section provided with the air leveling section 41 and the groove 43 from the atmosphere.
The lining atmosphere can be maintained under a constant pressure because the lining atmosphere is communicated with the humidifier via 42. Therefore, lining is performed under stable conditions, and a coating film 62 having a uniform film thickness and excellent surface condition is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the vertical tube 10.
