[Technical field to which the invention belongs]

The present invention relates to a heat insulating film used for a steel structure having a main structure made of a steel material such as a lightweight steel, a normal steel, an H-beam, and a structural carbon steel pipe.

【0002】[0002]

[Prior art]

In a simple steel structure, for example, a simple store, a factory, a warehouse, and the like, a metal plate such as a galvanized iron plate or an asbestos cement plate is generally used as a roof material and a wall material.

[0003] In a tent warehouse in which a membrane material is attached to the outside of a tent frame material, nylon, vinylon, tetron, and a canvas woven of glass fiber as filaments are mainly used as the membrane material. Is used after being subjected to flameproofing and coating (vinyl chloride, Hypalon, neoprene, etc.).

[0004] The "tent warehouse" referred to in this specification means that the main frame (framed material) is made of steel, and the roof and walls are made of the above-mentioned membrane material made of synthetic fiber or inorganic fiber. Its main use is as a skeletal membrane structure used in warehouses.

[0005] From the viewpoint of simplicity and economy, such a tent warehouse is used not only as a storage warehouse in the distribution industry, but also as a product warehouse for manufacturing and sales, as well as for storing product inventory due to seasonal factors, and for newly building, expanding or remodeling factories. It is used in many industrial fields, such as temporary space creation.

[0006] In recent years, constant temperature physical distribution has been forming the mainstream in the logistics industry, and even a tent warehouse used for temporary stock has been required to have a heat insulating function for constant temperature storage.

Conventionally, as a thermal insulation method of a tent warehouse, an outer tent and an inner tent are provided inside and outside a tent frame assembly material to form a double tent structure, and a closed space is provided between the outer tent and the inner tent, so that the thermal resistance of the enclosed space is reduced. There is proposed a method of providing a heat insulating effect by using such a method, and a method of bonding an air mat-like heat insulating material to a tent base fabric.

【0008】[0008]

[Problems to be solved by the invention]

It is hard to say that the conventional simple steel structure has sufficient heat insulation measures. In recent years, new heat insulation measures have been often taken, especially as a part of work environment improvement in existing factories and the like. However, the method of constructing a siding material with a gypsum board or other insulating material instead of existing wall material, for example, is extremely expensive in construction cost. There is a problem in that it is difficult to obtain sufficient heat insulation performance and durability by the method of fitting.

In the conventional method of insulating a tent warehouse, the above-described method causes convection in the side wall space between the outer tent and the inner tent due to a temperature difference. Due to stagnation, the expected performance was not always obtained. As a solution to this problem, a method of circulating air at a constant temperature in the space by combining a double tent structure and an air conditioner has been devised, but it has a problem of high installation and maintenance costs. On the other hand, the above-mentioned method is suitable for temporary tents with small spaces or tent warehouses for short-term use. However, in the case of tent warehouses for medium to large spaces or tent warehouses for long-term use, an air mat is constructed. There was a problem that it was difficult to obtain sufficient heat insulation performance and durability even if the material and size were changed.

[0010] Further, the conventional method of insulating a tent warehouse is suitable for a new tent warehouse, but there is also a problem that construction is difficult in an existing tent warehouse.

[0011] The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and its purpose is to apply easily to steel structures such as simple stores, factories, warehouses, tent warehouses, etc. It is to provide a heat insulating film that can be provided. Another object of the present invention is to provide a heat insulating film that can be easily applied to existing steel structures as well as new ones.

【0012】[0012]

[Means for Solving the Problems]

The configuration of the present invention achieved to achieve the above object is as follows.

That is, the heat insulating film for a steel structure of the present invention is a heat insulating film in which a plurality of plate-shaped heat insulating materials are provided with a gap therebetween in the longitudinal direction of the base cloth, and the plate-shaped heat insulating material is provided. It is characterized in that it is attached to the long side edge of the base fabric along the frame assembly so as to be inside the frame assembly of the steel structure.

The heat insulating film for a tent warehouse according to the present invention has, as further preferable features, “having eyelet metal fittings on at least a long side edge portion of the base cloth”, “the plate-shaped heat insulating material is formed of the tent base cloth. "The plate-like heat insulating material is attached and sandwiched by a rubber band sewn to the base cloth," and "The steel frame structure is attached to the sewn bag." A tent warehouse having a double membrane structure in which an inner tent and an outer tent are provided inside and outside a framed material, and which can be attached as the inner tent. "

【0015】[0015]

[Embodiment of the invention]

The heat insulating film for a steel structure of the present invention is used, for example, as an inner tent for a side wall and a ceiling or a roof of a steel structure such as a store, a factory, a warehouse, and a tent warehouse.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited to these examples.

FIG. 1 schematically shows a configuration example of the heat insulating film according to the present invention, wherein FIG. 1A is a plan view and FIG. 1B is a side view.

The heat insulating film 1 of the present embodiment is provided with a plurality of (six) plate-shaped heat insulating materials 3 in the longitudinal direction of a base fabric (tent base fabric) 2. A plurality of eyelet fittings 4 are attached to the long side edge of the tent base fabric 2 at a predetermined pitch, and an overlapping ear 5 is provided on one short side edge.

As the tent base fabric 2, the same film material as that of the related art described above can be used. The length L of the tent base fabric 2 can be set to an arbitrary length as long as the installation work is not hindered. However, as will be described in detail later, the method of attaching the heat insulating film of the present invention is very simple because it is very easy to attach the tent base fabric 2 at both longitudinal edges along the frame member such as the truss structure. It is preferable that the length L of the tent base fabric 2 corresponds to the height of the eaves when used for the side wall, or to the length corresponding to both sides or one side of the ridge when used for the ceiling (roof).

The plate-like heat insulating material 3 is not particularly limited as long as it has a low thermal conductivity and does not absorb water, but it is a lightweight and easy-to-process polystyrene resin foam, a polyolefin resin foam, A foamed plastic heat insulating material such as a polyurethane resin foam is suitable. Among these foamed plastic heat insulating materials, polystyrene resin foams and polyolefin resin foams are particularly preferable in terms of heat insulation, durability, cost, and the like.

The thickness of the plate-shaped heat insulating material 3 is appropriately designed depending on required heat insulating performance and the like, and is usually about 15 mm to 100 mm. In addition, the width W1 and the height H1 of the plate-shaped heat insulating material 3 are appropriately designed in consideration of the interval between the frame members of the steel structure, workability, and the like. Usually, the width W1 is 900 mm to 2700 mm and the height H1 is Those having a size of about 300 mm to 1500 mm are used.

The plurality of plate-like heat insulating materials 3 are provided with an appropriate gap p as shown in FIG. Thereby, the heat insulating film 1 can be bent to some extent also on the side where the plate-shaped heat insulating material 3 is provided, and the handling is easy and the workability is improved. In addition, since there is little fear that the plate-shaped heat insulating materials 3 rub against each other, chipping or cracking of the plate-shaped heat insulating materials 3 can be prevented, and generation of annoying noise particularly when the foamed plastic heat-insulating materials rub against each other can be prevented. The gap p slightly varies depending on the thickness of the plate-like heat insulating material 3 and the like, but is preferably set to about 5 mm to 50 mm. If the gap p is too wide, the heat insulation defect becomes large, and a certain heat insulating effect may not be obtained. In such a case, it is preferable to load a soft heat insulating material into the gap.

The attachment of the plate-shaped heat insulating material 3 to the tent base fabric 2 can be performed by using an adhesive or a double-sided adhesive tape, but in consideration of workability at the time of manufacture, the tent base fabric 2 is sewn on the tent base fabric 2 in advance. It is preferable to insert the plate-like heat insulating material 3 into the bag or to sandwich the plate-like heat insulating material 3 with a rubber band sewn on a tent base cloth in advance. Such specific examples are shown in FIGS.

FIG. 2 shows an example in which a bag 6 having the same size as the plate-like heat insulating material 3 is sewn vertically, and the plate-like heat insulating material 3 is almost completely inserted into the bag 6. The stability of 3 is extremely high.

FIG. 3 shows an example in which a bag 6 ′ and a band 7 smaller than the dimensions of the plate-shaped heat insulating material 3 are sewn. The lower portion of the plate-shaped heat insulating material 3 is inserted into the bag 6 ′, and the upper portion is sandwiched by the band 7. It is. According to such a configuration, there is an advantage that the film material can be saved as compared with the example of FIG.

FIG. 4 shows an example in which two rubber bands 7 are sewn at predetermined positions along the long side direction of the tent base fabric 2, and the plate-shaped heat insulating material 3 is sandwiched between these rubber bands 7. . According to this configuration, the mounting of the plate-shaped heat insulating material 3 is relatively easy, and the stability after the mounting is extremely high.

Next, as an example of using the heat insulating film for a steel structure of the present invention, a case where an existing tent warehouse is converted into an insulating tent warehouse will be described.

FIG. 5 schematically shows an example of the structure of an existing tent warehouse to be remodeled. The tent warehouse 50 is basically supported by a plurality of support frames 51. The support frame 51 has a gate shape in which the ceiling portion has a triangular shape (or an arc shape), and is erected at a predetermined interval in the ridge direction of the tent. The support frame 51 has a truss structure in which a truss member 54 is welded between an inner chord member 52 and an outer chord member 53. The plurality of support frames 51 are connected by a connecting member 55. An outer tent 56 is provided outside the outer chord material 53 on the side wall and the ceiling of the tent warehouse 50. The wife's columns and horizontal members are omitted so as not to complicate the figure.

By attaching the above-described heat insulating film according to the present invention as an inner tent to the existing tent warehouse 50 having the above structure, an insulated tent warehouse 60 as shown in the sectional view of FIG. 6 is constructed.

A case where the heat insulating film 1 having the configuration shown in FIG. 1 is attached as the inner tent 61 will be described with reference to FIG. 7A is a view of the side wall portion viewed from the inside of the tent warehouse, and FIG. 7B is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA of FIG. 7A.

In the heat insulating film 1, the width W of the tent base fabric 2 is slightly larger than the inner dimension between the inner chords of the support frame 1, and the width W 1 of the plate-shaped heat insulating material 3 is the inner dimension between the inner chords. Use the one about several tens mm smaller than the above. Then, the heat insulating film 1 is attached along the inner chord material 52 so that the plate-shaped heat insulating material 3 is fitted between the inner chord materials 52.

Specifically, the rope 71 is passed through the eyelet fittings 4 of the two heat insulating films 1 adjacent to each other with the inner chord material 52 interposed therebetween, and the rope is attached to the inner chord material 52 while temporarily fixing them at appropriate portions. 71 is fastened. In addition, the heat insulating films 1 adjacent to each other along the direction of the inner chord material can overlap the ears 5 of one heat insulating film with the other heat insulating film, and close the gaps with an adhesive tape or the like as necessary ( Not shown).

In the mounting work of the heat insulating film 1, since the tent base fabric 2 is provided with the plate heat insulating material 3 divided into a plurality of pieces, the heat insulating film 1 is bent at the boundary between the plate heat insulating materials 3. be able to. Therefore, the rope 71 can be easily passed through the eyelet fitting 3 and turned into the inner chord material 52, and this operation can be performed extremely efficiently. However, when using a heat insulating film in which the plate-like heat insulating material 3 is inserted into the bags 6 and 6 'as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the bags 6, 6' are prevented from falling off. Mounted with the bottom down.

The heat insulation of the ceiling part is exactly the same as that of the above-mentioned side wall part, and the heat insulating film 1 can be attached by fastening the rope to the inner chord material of the ceiling part while temporarily fixing the appropriate part.

As described above, the heat insulating film for a steel structure according to the present invention includes a plurality of plate-shaped heat insulating materials that have excellent durability and heat insulating properties in the longitudinal direction of the base fabric and that can obtain desired heat insulating performance according to the thickness. Since it is attached, a certain heat insulation effect can be expected over a long period of time, for example, in factories and tent warehouses in medium to large spaces. In addition, the heat insulating film for a steel structure of the present invention is attached to the long side edge of the base fabric along the frame so that the plate-shaped heat insulating material is inside the frame of the steel structure. It does not require a special framework for installation, is easy to construct, has low construction costs, and is not only new, but also installed on the side walls and ceiling or roof of existing steel structures. Can be easily applied as a natent.

Next, another example of the heat insulating film for a steel structure of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 8 and 9 showing a state where the heat insulating film is attached to a side wall of a tent warehouse. 8 (a) and 9 (a) are views of the side wall portion viewed from inside the tent warehouse, and FIGS. 8 (b) and 9 (b) are FIGS. 8 (a) and 9 (b) respectively. It is an AA sectional view of (a).

In the heat insulating film 1 for a steel structure according to the present invention shown in FIG. 1, the eyelet metal fittings 4 are provided in a row at the long side edge portion of the tent base fabric 2, and as shown in FIG. It is constructed so that the inner chord material 52 is sandwiched between two matching heat insulating films 1. For this reason, a gap may be formed between the heat insulating film 1 and the inner chord material 52 between adjacent eyelets.

On the other hand, in the heat insulating film 1a for a steel structure of the present invention shown in FIG. 8, the eyelet fittings 4 are provided in two rows on one side. For this reason, the eyelet fittings 4 of the two adjacent heat insulating films 1a overlap each other on the front surface of the inner chord material 52 so as to overlap with each other, and the rope 71 can be tightly attached to the inner chord material 52 in the same manner as described above. The risk of the above-mentioned gap being generated is small, and the generation of insulation defects due to such a gap can be effectively prevented.

Further, in the heat insulating film 1 b for a steel structure of the present invention shown in FIG. 9, the width W of the tent base fabric 2 and the width W 1 of the plate-shaped heat insulating material 3 are the same as the pitch of the inner chord material 52, An eyelet metal fitting 4 is attached to a gap between the plate-shaped heat insulating materials 3 on the long side edge of the base cloth 2. For this reason, two adjacent heat insulating films 1b can be abutted on the front surface of the inner chord material 52, and the rope 71 can be tightly attached to the inner chord material 52 in the same manner as before, so that the heat insulation defect due to the gap as described above can be prevented. Generation can be prevented, and the plate-shaped heat insulating material 3 can be continuously provided at the connection portion of each heat insulating film 1b, so that heat insulating work can be performed more effectively.

In the above construction example, the case where the truss material is welded between the inner chord material and the outer chord material is described as the truss material. The heat insulating film of the present invention can be similarly applied to steel, structural carbon steel pipe, and the like. When the shaft member is, for example, an I-beam or an H-beam, it is preferable to use a metal / plastic hook having an appropriate structure instead of the rope 71.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, the heat insulating film for a steel structure of the present invention has the following effects. (1) Since a plurality of plate-shaped heat insulating materials having excellent durability and heat insulating properties in the longitudinal direction of the base fabric and obtaining desired heat insulating properties depending on the thickness are provided, for example, a medium to large space. Some factories and tent warehouses can be expected to have a certain thermal insulation effect over a long period of time. (2) Since a plurality of plate-like heat insulating materials are provided with a gap in the longitudinal direction of the base cloth, the heat insulating film can be bent to a certain extent on the side where the plate-like heat insulating material is provided, so that when mounting, High workability. In addition, since there is little fear that the plate-shaped heat insulating materials will rub against each other, it is possible to prevent chipping and cracking of the plate-shaped heat insulating materials. The generation of harsh sounds when the system insulation materials rub against each other can be prevented. (3) Since the plate-shaped heat insulating material is attached to the long side edge of the base fabric along such a frame as the inside of the steel structure, a special frame for mounting is required. It is easy to construct and the construction cost is inexpensive, and can be easily applied not only to new construction but also to the inner tent of the side wall and ceiling or roof of the existing steel structure. (4) In particular, when the base cloth has an eyelet fitting at least at the long side edge thereof, the base cloth can be easily attached to the frame member through the eyelet fitting with a rope or the like. Insulation of the structure can be performed extremely easily. (5) In particular, the above-mentioned plate-shaped heat insulating material is inserted and attached to a bag sewn on a base cloth, or is inserted and attached with a rubber band sewn on a tent base cloth. Therefore, it can be manufactured with good workability.
