2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 7, a gas shut-off device of this kind outputs a flow rate signal s in accordance with a passing gas amount, and a flow rate signal s sent from the flow rate measuring means 11. Then, the average flow rate for a certain period is calculated, and the increase / decrease of the average flow rate is calculated at a certain number of times to estimate the increase / decrease of the appliances in use, and the individual appliance estimating means 12 outputs the calculated flow q of the increased / decreased appliance. If the calculated flow rate q of the increased or decreased appliance is larger than the preset individual maximum flow rate qmax, the individual maximum flow rate comparison / determination unit 13 that outputs the individual maximum flow rate abnormal signal e, and the individual maximum flow rate abnormal signal e And a shutoff means for outputting a shutoff signal in response to the request and shutting off the gas passage.

However, such a gas shut-off device is required when the individual maximum flow rate qmax is larger than the individual maximum flow rate qmax.
Only the individual maximum flow rate abnormal signal e is output, and this e signal is received.
In this case, the gas passage is shut off and the gas passage is shut off, so that a gas leak of not more than the individual maximum flow rate qmax flow rate is detected and the gas passage cannot be shut off. For example, 60 m 3
/ H gas engine is used, the individual maximum flow rate qmax is set to 60 m 3 / h or more. However, if an erroneous opening of Curran, etc., Tsu Oh, leakage flow rate at this time is approximately 10 m 3 / h. Therefore, the gas passage is not blocked because the leakage flow does not exceed the individual maximum flow qmax.

If the adjustment of the gas appliance is performed within a short period of time, the adjusted flow rate of the gas appliance appears as the average flow rate of the increase and decrease of the appliance. The individual appliance estimating means calculates the increase / decrease of the average flow rate at a certain number of times, and there is a problem in that the estimated flow rate of the gas appliance is regarded as the calculated flow rate of the appliance in order to estimate the individual appliance in use.

According to the first means, the gas shut-off device of the present invention causes gas leaks other than those registered in the registered individual flow rate storage means, for example, erroneous opening of the callan, when the gas leaks below the individual maximum flow rate. In this case, the gas passage can be shut off to prevent a gas accident.

[0010] Further, since only the increased flow rate is targeted, a non-constant flow rate (a flow rate is changed depending on the throttle method) such as a throttle of a gas appliance is not estimated as an individual flow rate. Therefore, the reliability of the individual device can be improved.

FIG. 1 shows a gas shut-off device according to a first embodiment.
A description will be given based on FIG. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a flow sensor as a flow measuring means attached to a gas meter. 2 calculates the flow rate signal of the flow rate sensor 1 as an average flow rate for a fixed measurement period (30 seconds), estimates the increase or decrease of the individual flow rate in use based on the increase or decrease of the average flow rate, and calculates the calculated flow rate of the increased or decreased appliance. Is an individual flow rate estimation unit that outputs When the average flow rate increases, the individual flow rate estimation means 2 determines that the gas appliance corresponding to the increase has been used, and when the average flow rate decreases, determines that the gas appliance corresponding to the decrease has been stopped, and Estimate equipment. Reference numeral 3 denotes individual flow rate registration means for inputting (setting) the flow rate (Qi) of the individual appliance used in the home in advance. 4 indicates the flow rates (Qi) of the individual instruments of the individual flow rate registration means 3 in order of Q1, Q
2, Q3,..., Qn. Reference numeral 5 denotes an estimated individual flow rate Q output from the individual flow rate estimation means 2 stored in the registered individual flow rate storage means {Q1, Q2, Q
, Qn}, the individual abnormal signal E
Is an abnormal flow rate determination unit that outputs an alarm signal, and 6 is an LED as notification means for receiving an individual abnormal signal E and issuing a warning, and a shutoff valve as shutoff means for shutting off the gas passage.

FIGS. 2 and 3 show typical flow patterns. C1, C2, C3 to C13 represent measurement periods of the individual appliance estimating means 2, and KQ1, KQ2, KQ3 to K
Q13 represents the average flow rate in each measurement period. The horizontal length of the square below the graph represents the length of time during which the estimated individual flow rate appears, and the vertical length of the square represents the average flow rate of the estimated individual flow rate. As shown in FIG. 2, the individual flow rate estimating means 2 of the first embodiment outputs an estimated individual flow rate according to an increase or decrease in the flow rate before and after the measurement period in which the flow rate has changed. And the increase before and after the measurement period when the flow rate changed ,
In order to output the estimated individual flow rate based on the decrease, the flow rate at the time of adjusting (starting up) or simultaneously using the gas appliances is determined as the individual flow rate. Because there was a change in KQ1,
Estimate the flow rate of (KQ2-0) as an individual appliance as appliance A

Estimate the flow rate of KQ2) as individual equipment and change with KQ5
There was a flow rate of (KQ6-KQ4)
Estimated as individual appliances.

FIG. 3 shows a gas shut-off device according to a second embodiment.
It will be described based on. Individual flow rate estimating means 2 of the first embodiment
As shown in FIG. 3, the estimated individual flow rate is output based on the increase and decrease of the stable flow rate. The stable flow rate in this case is a condition that the average flow rate during a continuous measurement period is within a predetermined range (3%). Therefore, the flow rate when the flow rate at the time of adjusting (starting up) or simultaneously using the gas appliance is changing is not determined as the individual flow rate. The estimated individual flow rates in this flow pattern are KQ7, KQ10, KQ
It becomes 13.

A gas shut-off device according to a third embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. Abnormal flow rate determination unit 5 in FIG.
Covers only the estimated individual flow rate at the time of increase. For this reason, in FIG. 3, only the estimated individual flow rate KQ7 is a target of the individual abnormal signal output of the abnormal flow rate determination unit. Therefore, the interruption is reduced by the non-constant flow rate when the instrument is squeezed.

An abnormal flow rate determination unit that outputs an individual abnormal signal if not included in the set of the gas flow, and a gas unit that receives the individual abnormal signal and that notifies the gas flow rate abnormality by a warning unit or a blocking unit that blocks a gas passage. Blocking device.

2. An apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said individual flow rate estimating means estimates an increase or decrease of the individual appliances in use based on an increase or decrease when the flow signal is stable for a predetermined period, and outputs a calculated flow rate of the increased or decreased appliance. The gas shut-off device according to claim 1.
