従来、建物や工作物等の内外装を施工する場合、内外装材をボルトやビス、ク ギ等で外側から止めて張る工法が主であるが、本考案は内側からこれら諸金具を 用いて内外装を張ることのできる工法である。 今までの工法は、外部に足場を組み作業していたが、市街地など建物が密集して いる地域では、足場も組めず外部からの作業ができないなど不便が多かつた。そ こでこの金具類を使つた工法は、内側から作業ができるので外部足場が不用であ り、軽量で安全かつ、安価で迅速にきれいな仕事ができるのである。又、余り騒 音もせず、近隣に迷惑のかかることもない。この工法は、フツク板(図3)を仮 止にしておけば、どの部分からも施工ができ後で調整ができる。又ビス穴(2) で下地金具(1)に止めれば万全である。特別な道具もいらず熟練工でなくとも 簡単に施工できるのである。 更に、笠板(図2)の内側に不燃及び防水性のシール剤を両側に2本付着してお けば、防火、防水性が大になり防火構造の建築物となる。地下室や山止めにも活 用でき又、当工法にコンクリートを打設又は耐火被覆すれば付着は大であり耐火 性がでる。底板(図1)及び天板(図4)をリブ加工すればさらに強度を増すこ とができる。 Conventionally, when constructing the interior and exterior of buildings and structures, the main method is to fix the interior and exterior materials with bolts, screws, nails, etc. from the outside, but this invention uses these metal fittings from inside.
