SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, and uses a roof material itself as a roof construction material to provide a base material for supporting a roof. An object of the present invention is to provide a roofing material that can largely omit the construction and can form a large column-free space. The two folded plate members having the ridge portion and having the same fold structure curved along the longitudinal direction, the convex ridge portion and the concave ridge portion are opposed to each other and opposed to each other, and the spacing member is provided. A roof material integrally connected up and down through, the spacing member is a pair of tight frames in which peaks and valleys corresponding to the ridges and recesses of each folded plate member are continuous. These peaks and valleys are opposite and opposite each other. Therefore, the valleys are fixed to the upper and lower surfaces of the I-beam, respectively, and are integrally connected vertically, and the upper and lower folded plate members are integrally connected to the upper and lower tight frames of the spacing member, respectively. Thus, there is provided a curved roofing material or the like, wherein the I-shaped steel is interposed between the opposing concave ridges of the two folded plate members and a desired interval is formed between the concave ridges.

The curved roofing material A according to the present invention has the above-described structure, but its allowable load value is extremely large as shown in FIGS. That is, FIGS. 7 and 8 show a pair of upper and lower folded plate members 10 and 10 in FIG.
The height H of each of the 11 peaks (projected ridges 10A, 11A) is constant (150 mm, 173 mm), and the plate thickness t is constant (0.6 m).

As is apparent from FIGS. 7 and 8, as the distance h increases, the allowable weight increases in proportion to the h. This is because the second moment of area that determines the strength of the structure increases as the distance h between the folded plate members increases. The permissible load value (standard value) of folded plate material required in heavy snow areas is 300K.
g / m 2 , when the peak height H is 150 mm, the interval h is 150 mm or more even when the plate thickness t is 0.8 mm, and when the peak height H is 173 mm, the plate thickness t is 0.1 mm.
If the distance h is 220 mm or more even at 6 mm, the above-mentioned allowable load value is satisfied. By the way, according to the result of the experiment performed on the single folded plate member having the same forming material and width as those described above, the limit of the supporting span was 8 m under a load of usually 50 kg / m 2 .

An integral roofing material A for constructing a curved roof having a desired interval h formed between 9, 9 is formed. Other configurations are the same as those of the above-described embodiment. Since the roofing material A of this embodiment is constituted by a narrow folded plate unit 19C, it is easy to handle even when a folded plate member having a long span is required.
In addition, since it is sufficient to form a single concave streak, the molding machine can be small and can be easily molded at a construction site or the like.

5. A fold plate and a ridge which are provided with a ridge and a ridge along the longitudinal direction and which have the same fold structure curved along the longitudinal direction. Is a roofing material which is opposite to each other and opposed to each other, and is integrally connected to each other vertically through a spacing member, wherein the spacing member is orthogonal to the ridges and recesses of both folded plate members. The horizontal plate member extending in the direction in which the vertical ridges extend, and a plurality of vertical plate members provided at both upper and lower ends with substantially triangular locking portions in front of which abut on the back side top surfaces of the respective ridges of both folded plate members. When the horizontal plate member and the vertical plate member are connected and fixed in a shape, the horizontal plate member and the vertical plate member are covered with a foamed synthetic resin material corresponding to the cross-sectional shape of the internal space formed by the ridges and recesses of both folded plate members. Each of the upper and lower folded plates is provided on each of the upper and lower locking portions of the spacing member. The material is integrally connected to each other, so that the synthetic resin foam material is interposed between opposing concave ridges of the two folded plate members, and a desired gap is formed between these concave ridges. Roofing material.
