[Technical field to which the invention belongs]

The present invention relates to shoes such as shoes for shoes, sneakers and sports shoes, and particularly to slip-on shoes without shoelaces.

【0002】[0002]

[Prior art]

Among shoes such as shoes for shoes, sneakers and sports shoes, slip-on type shoes without shoelaces should be able to store their feet relatively smoothly just by putting them into the shoes from the mouth. The structure is such that it fits well on the instep and is fixed, and the foot is fixed by pulling tightly on the shoelace and tying it like a shoe with a shoelace. It is widely used because it has the advantage of saving time and effort.

FIG. 4 shows a side view of a conventional shoe of this type, and the configuration thereof will be briefly described below with reference to FIG. A shoelace basically composed of a shoe sole 11 made of a material such as rubber or sponge, an upper 12, and a stretchable cloth 13 provided in front of a shoe opening 15 provided on the upper surface of the upper 12. The shoe is of a type without a shoe, and a rear knob 14 is provided at a rear portion of the shoe for convenience in putting the foot.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]

However, in the above-mentioned conventional shoe without a shoelace, when inserting the foot, the base edge 13a of the elastic cloth portion 13 often bends inward, and the feeling of wearing becomes very poor. Was. Further, there is a disadvantage that the base edge 13a is bent inward and a habit is formed. In order to solve this inconvenient feeling of wearing, the user has to put the finger inside the elastic cloth part 13 and pull the base edge 13a of the elastic cloth part 13 bent and wound in outward. There was a problem that the work was also troublesome and difficult. In particular, in the case of small school children, etc., the base edge 13a of the stretchable cloth portion 13 is often worn while being entangled in the instep of the foot as described above. There is also a possibility that swelling or the like may be caused due to compression of the base edge 13a of the elastic fabric portion 13. Further, if the user wears with the stretchable cloth portion 13 rolled in, an abnormal force is applied to the attachment portion of the stretchable cloth portion 13 and the like, and there is a possibility that the shoe may be damaged such as a fray of sewing thread.

[0005] Furthermore, in schools and private schools where many small school children gather, shoes are often thrown away at the entrance or the like in a random manner. In such places, many school children step on and out of the shoes. Since this is common practice, the elastic cloth portion 13 of the shoe is pressed down to the extent that it comes into contact with the midsole portion and deformed. In the same manner as described above, the elastic cloth portion 13 of the shoe is pressed down to the extent that it contacts the insole portion, and tends to be deformed, instead of the so-called “cushion”, which is the wearing habit of small school children. In this way, the stretchable cloth portion 13 of the shoe is pressed down to the extent that it comes into contact with the insole portion, deforms, and once the shoe itself has a deformation habit that is difficult to wear correctly, the toe portion of the foot The heel portion and the heel portion are properly housed in the upper portion 12 of the shoe, and it is extremely difficult to wear the base edge 13a of the elastic fabric portion 13 without getting caught in the instep.

Therefore, the present invention solves the above-mentioned problems, and when wearing shoes without shoelaces, there is very little risk of the base edge of the stretchable cloth part being entangled in the instep, so even small school children can be smoothly operated. Even if the base edge of the stretchable cloth is wrapped around the instep, it can be easily pulled out, and it can be wrapped around the base end of the stretchable cloth. An object of the present invention is to provide a shoe that is not easily deformed.

[Means for Solving the Problems]

In order to achieve the above object, a shoe according to the present invention has a shoe sole, a shoe upper, a shoe hole provided on the upper surface of the shoe upper, and an elastic cloth portion provided in front of the shoe mouth. A first feature of the shoe of the type without a string is that a tab is provided so as to protrude from the base end edge of the elastic cloth portion to the slip-on mouth. Further, the shoe of the present invention has, in addition to the above-described first feature, a second feature that the knob is made of a material that is more rigid than the elastic cloth portion. Further, the shoe of the present invention has a third feature in that, in addition to the first or second feature, the knob is formed in a flat loop shape. Further, in the shoe according to the present invention, in addition to the features described in any one of the first to third aspects, an attachment portion of the knob to the elastic cloth portion is provided in a region extending forward from a base end edge of the elastic cloth portion. The fourth feature is that the rigidity is increased in the extended region where the attachment portion is fixed, as compared with other regions of the stretchable cloth portion.

[Embodiment of the invention]

Hereinafter, the configuration of a shoe showing an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 1 is a side view of a shoe showing an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a plan view of the shoe showing an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 3 is an enlarged view of a main part of the shoe showing an embodiment of the present invention. It is.

A shoelace-less type including a shoe sole 1, an upper 2, a shoe 5 provided on the upper surface of the upper 2, and an elastic cloth 3 provided in front of the shoe 5. In particular, the present invention is characterized in that a knob 4 is provided so as to protrude from the vicinity of the center of the base edge 3a of the stretchable cloth portion 3 to the slip-on mouth 5 and provided.

The knob 4 is made of a material that is more rigid than the constituent material of the stretchable cloth 3, such as natural leather or synthetic leather, for example. The tab 4 is formed in a flat loop shape, and the attaching portion 4a of the tab 4 to the elastic cloth portion 3 extends over a region extending an appropriate distance forward from the base end 3a of the elastic cloth portion 3. The rigidity in the extension area where the attachment portion 4a is fixed is increased by sewing or the like as compared with other areas of the elastic cloth portion 3.

[0011] In the above configuration, a rear knob 6 is provided on the rear portion of the shoe so that the heel of the foot can be easily inserted as necessary. As the material of the upper 2, for example, a material similar to that used in general sports shoes such as a water-repellent woven material is used, and as the material of the stretchable cloth 3, for example, usually known as spandex. A woven fabric made of urethane elastic yarn is preferred, but other fabrics having the same suitability may be used. Further, as the constituent material of the rear knob 6, similarly to the knob 4, a material that is more rigid than the constituent material of the stretchable cloth 3, such as natural leather or synthetic leather, is used.

According to the shoe having the above structure, when putting the foot, for example, the rear knob 6 is picked by one hand, and simultaneously, the knob 4 is picked by one hand and gently pulled upward. Put your foot through the mouth 5 in the state. When the tab 4 is picked up and slightly pulled upward in this manner, the stretchable cloth portion 3 extends upward against its elasticity and the wearing opening is greatly opened, so that the foot can be easily put in smoothly. In addition, there is no possibility that the stretchable cloth portion 3 may be involved when the foot is put in a state where the stretchable cloth portion 3 is lifted upward. Here, when the above-mentioned knob 4 is picked up with one hand and lightly pulled upward, the elastic cloth portion 3 is quickly extended upward against its elasticity, and the wearing mouth 5 is opened largely because of the expansion and contraction. This is because only the cloth portion 3 is made of a stretchable material, and the knob 4 is made of a material that is more rigid than the constituent material of the stretchable fabric portion 3, such as natural leather or synthetic leather.

Further, since the knob 4 is formed in a flat loop shape, when the foot is inserted, the instep of the foot enters the shoe so as to slide along the loop portion of the knob 4, and the foot is inserted. Not only can it be performed relatively smoothly, but also the tab 4 itself (including its mounting portion 4a) can be seated by forming the tab 4 into a flat loop, and synergistic action with the rigidity of the tab 4 Therefore, even when the elastic cloth portion 3 is trampled on from above, the original state is restored / recovered easily, and the shoes themselves are unlikely to have a strange deformation habit.

An attachment portion 4a of the tab 4 to the elastic cloth portion 3 is fixed over a region extending forward from a base edge 3a of the elastic cloth portion 3, and an extension region to which the attachment portion 4a is fixed. Since the stiffness of the stretchable cloth portion 3 is increased compared to the other regions of the stretchable cloth portion 3, the material properties of the tab 4 (the stiffness is more increased than the constituent material of the stretchable cloth portion 3) in the extended region. ), And in the extended region, the thickness of the attachment portion 4a of the tab 4 becomes larger than that of the other region of the elastic cloth portion 3 by the amount of the laminated portion, so that the rigidity is increased due to a synergistic effect. Due to the rigidity, the base edge 3a of the elastic cloth portion 3 is hardly bent inward when the foot is inserted, and as a result, the proximal edge 3a of the elastic cloth portion 3 is placed on the instep. There is no danger of being involved.

In the case of rushing into the shoes or in the case of a small schoolchild, without stepping on the knob 4 or the rear knob 6, the player is forced to step into the shoes. There is a case. Even in such a case, the tab 4 is formed in a flat loop shape as described above, and the rigidity of the mounting portion 4a is increased, so that the base edge 3a of the stretchable fabric portion 3 is caught in the instep. There is little fear. Even if the base edge 3a of the elastic cloth part 3 is wrapped around the instep, the base edge 3a of the elastic cloth part 3 can be easily taken out by pulling the tab 4 toward the rear of the shoe. Thus, the base edge 3a can be fitted neatly to the instep of the foot. Therefore, there is little possibility that the base edge 3a of the elastic cloth portion 3 remains entangled in the instep of the foot, and the swelling caused by the compression of the proximal edge 3a of the elastic cloth portion 3 entangled in the instep. It is possible to minimize the possibility of occurrence of such factors.

Further, the mounting portion 4a of the knob 4 is fixed over a region extending forward from the base edge 3a of the elastic cloth portion 3, and the rigidity in the extended region to which the mounting portion 4a is fixed is reduced. Because it is increased compared to the other areas of part 3, so many small school children gather in schools and private schools, etc. Even if the elastic cloth part 3 of the shoe is pressed down to the extent that it comes into contact with the insole part instead of being put on in place of the “catch”, the elastic cloth part 3 is combined with the fact that the knob 4 is formed into a flat loop shape. Restoration / return to the original state when stepped on from above is more remarkable, it is less likely to have a deformation habit, and the degree of deformation of the shoe is suppressed slightly. In this way, even if the elastic cloth portion 3 of the shoe is pressed down to the extent that it comes into contact with the midsole portion, the shoe itself is unlikely to have a habitual deformation or wearing habit, and thereafter, the toe portion of the foot and the heel The part can be properly housed in the upper part 2 of the shoe, and can be worn in a normal state without the base edge 3a of the elastic cloth part 3 being caught in the instep.

[Effect of the invention]

According to the shoe of the present invention, the present invention has the above structure, and according to the shoe of claim 1, a shoe sole, an upper, a shoe provided on the upper surface of the shoe, and an elastic cloth provided in front of the shoe. The shoe is a shoe without a shoelace and has a tab, and a tab is provided so as to protrude from the base edge of the stretchable cloth section to the slip-in hole. At the same time as picking with one hand, picking the pick with one hand and pulling it upward slightly, the stretchable fabric stretches upward against its elasticity and the opening is wide open, so that the foot can be inserted smoothly. I can do it. In addition, since the elastic cloth portion is lifted up and the foot can be put in a state where the wearing mouth is wide open, there is no possibility that the elastic cloth portion may be caught in the instep. Furthermore, even if the base edge of the elastic cloth part is entangled in the instep, the user can easily remove the base edge of the elastic cloth part by pulling the knob and pulling it toward the back of the shoe. The base edge can be neatly fitted to the instep of the foot. Therefore, there is little possibility that the base edge of the elastic cloth portion is entangled in the instep of the foot and the base edge of the elastic cloth portion entangled in the instep may cause swelling or the like due to compression of the base edge of the elastic cloth portion. Can be reduced as much as possible. In addition, since the tab is provided so as to protrude from the base edge of the stretchable cloth portion to the slip-in mouth, even when the base end edge of the stretchable cloth portion is likely to be caught inward when the foot is put in, the protruding knob piece is provided. Can hit the middle bottom surface and hinder it, thereby preventing the base edge from being caught. According to the shoe according to the second aspect, in addition to the effect of the configuration according to the first aspect, since the knob is made of a material that is more rigid than the elastic cloth portion, the foot to the shoe is formed. When inserting, when the pick is picked up with one hand and pulled lightly upward, the stretchable piece immediately stretches upward against its elasticity without stretching, and as a result the Can be greatly expanded. Therefore, it is easy to put foot in shoes. According to the shoe of the third aspect, in addition to the effect of the configuration of the first or second aspect, since the knob is formed in a flat loop shape, the knob is gripped by one hand. When putting the foot from the wide open mouth, the instep goes into the shoe as it slides along the loop of the above-mentioned tab, so that the foot can be put smoothly. In addition, when the tab is formed into a flat loop shape, the tab itself (including its mounting portion) becomes waisted, and the elastic cloth portion is trampled from above by a synergistic action with the rigidity of the tab. Even if there is, it is easy to restore and return to the original state, and it is difficult to wear It is difficult to have a deformation habit, so shoes can be worn in a normal state. Further, according to the shoe of the fourth aspect, in addition to the effect of the configuration according to any one of the first to third aspects, the attaching portion of the knob to the elastic cloth portion is a base end of the elastic cloth portion. It is fixed over the area extending forward from the edge, and the rigidity of the attachment area is increased in the extended area to which it is fixed compared to other areas of the elastic cloth part. The base edge of the cloth portion is less likely to bend inward, and as a result, the risk of the base edge rolling over the instep can be minimized. In addition to the fact that the tabs are formed into a flat loop shape, the rigidity is increased in the area where the tabs are attached compared to other areas of the elastic cloth section, so that the elastic cloth section is trampled from above. Even in this case, the restoration / return to the original state is quicker and more remarkable, and it is difficult for the user to wear the shoes in a normal state, as it is difficult for the user to wear the shoes.
