の相対するＳ形前輪パイプ１の下向傾斜部下端と水平部
をそれぞれ横棒１５が連接し、下端の横棒１５上に上下
に回転可能な板状のフットレスト１６が設けられ、 上記へ形後輪パイプ２の下向傾斜部下端に後輪２１が設
けられ、且つ二つのへ形後輪パイプ２が平面視で後方を
