[Technical field to which the invention belongs]

The present invention relates to a pedestal used for supporting articles such as plates, mirrors, and paintings in an upright state.

【0002】[0002]

[Prior art]

Conventionally, as a pedestal for supporting a plate as in the above-mentioned example, for example, a pedestal assembled or formed in a V shape is erected on a grounding portion such as a desk or a shelf and is formed at both front end portions of the pedestal. A plate that holds the plate in a standing state at an arbitrary angle by locking the lower edge of the plate to the stopper and contacting the center of the back side of the plate with the receiving part formed on the rear upper end of the pedestal. There is a stand for standing.

【0003】[0003]

[Problems to be solved by the device]

However, when the V-shaped pedestal is erected on the grounding part as described above, the grounding area between the pedestal and the grounding part is small, and the grounding resistance generated at that part is small. For example, when vibration or wind is applied. The position and orientation of the pedestal are easily displaced, and it is not possible to hold the dish with the dish oriented in any direction and angle. In addition, since the pedestal is assembled or formed in a size corresponding to the plate of the predetermined size, when the small size plate is supported by the pedestal, it may fit between the pedestals, and the plate is placed in the predetermined standing posture. Can not support. Also, when a large-sized plate is supported by the pedestal, the receiving part of the pedestal comes into contact with the part lower than the center of the back side of the plate, and the center of gravity of the plate becomes higher than the receiving part of the pedestal, so It has a problem that stability becomes poor and it cannot be used for other size plates.

Further, when the pedestal connected so as to be capable of opening and closing is used, the ground resistance of the pedestal is small as described above, and therefore, for example, when the vibration or the wind is applied, the opening angle of the pedestal is increased. It is easy to displace, and it is not possible to maintain an angle suitable for supporting the dish in the upright position. If the opening angle of the pedestal becomes smaller, the ground contact space becomes narrower, and the erected posture of the pedestal becomes unstable, so the pedestal may overturn or tilt. Moreover, if the support interval of the pedestal becomes narrower than the interval of supporting the plate in the standing state, the posture of the plate becomes unstable, and the plate may fall off or tilt, so for example, it is made of ceramic or porcelain. However, when a glass plate is supported by the above-mentioned pedestal, there is a problem that the plate may be cracked or damaged, which reduces the commercial value.

In view of the above problems, the present invention supports an article in an upright state by a support table fixed to the upper surface side of the pedestal body, so that the stability of the pedestal is good and the pedestal rolls over or falls, and It is an object of the present invention to provide a pedestal that can reliably prevent the position and orientation from being displaced and that can support an article in a stable state.

[Effect of the invention]

According to this invention, for example, an article such as a plate, a mirror, or a painting is placed on the support table fixed to the upper surface side of the pedestal body and is supported in an upright state. Since the stability is good, it is possible to reliably prevent the pedestal from overturning or tilting, and changing the position and orientation of the article, and it is possible to support the article in an upright state. Moreover, since one of a plurality of support bases is selected and fixed to the pedestal body according to the size of the article, it is possible to stably support articles of different sizes and to support articles of multiple sizes. It can be used as a pedestal for

Further, since the pair of pedestals forming the support pedestal are fixed to the pedestal body by opening the pedestal at an angle at which the article is supported in an upright state, the left and right pedestals can be received even if vibration or wind is applied. It is possible to maintain an angle suitable for supporting the article in an upright state without changing the opening angle of the platform. When not in use, separate the pedestal body from the support base, fold the left and right support bases of the support base to a closed angle, and then stack the base body and the support base and store them in a box. The storage space is small, it is not bulky, and the pedestal can be handled and managed easily. Further, since the groove and the projection are locked to each other and the support base is fixed to the upper surface side of the pedestal body in an upright state, the support base can be easily fixed and replaced.

Furthermore, since the non-slip means is interposed between the contact surfaces of the pedestal body and the grounding portion, the contact resistance necessary to fix the pedestal body in a fixed position can be obtained, and the pedestal position and orientation can be obtained. Can be positively prevented from being displaced. In addition, by fixing the pedestal body and the grounding part with fixing means, adhesive means, or suction means, the pedestal body can be fixed in a fixed position, and the position and direction of the pedestal can be reliably displaced. It can be prevented. Moreover, by releasing the mutual fixation, the position and direction of the pedestal can be arbitrarily changed.

The drawings show, as an example of an article, a pedestal used when supporting large and small dishes in an upright state. In FIGS. 1, 2, 3, and 4, the pedestal 1 is an upper surface side of the pedestal body 2. Then, one support pedestals 3 and 4 formed in a size and shape corresponding to the dish A are inserted and fixed, and the dish A is placed on the one support pedestals 3 and 4 inserted and fixed to the pedestal body 2. The pedestal main body 2 and / or the support pedestals 3 and 4 are supported in an upright state, and are made transparent, semitransparent, opaque, or colored in an arbitrary hue with a synthetic resin such as propylene or acrylic.

At the center of the upper surface of the pedestal main body 2 described above, the insertion groove 5 for inserting and fixing the insertion protrusion 14 projecting from the lower edge of the rear end side of the support bases 3 and 4 is formed. 5 is a line extending from both ends of the pedestal main body 2 and is formed by extending both ends of the pedestal body 2 forward. While forming the insertion grooves 6 and 6 for inserting and fixing the insertion protrusion 15 that is projected on the both ends, both ends of the insertion groove 5 are opened at a predetermined angle (for example, about 80 degrees), and The insertion grooves 6 and 6 are formed on the extension line, and the insertion grooves 5, 6 and 6 are arranged in a V shape. The insertion protrusions 14 that are opened at a predetermined angle (for example, about 80 degrees) are formed to allow insertion. The both ends of the insertion groove 5 are opposed to both side edges of the insertion protrusion 14 formed at the lower edges of the rear ends of the supports 3 and 4, and are locked to both side edges of the insertion protrusion 14. The locking claws 5a, 5a are formed opposite to each other.

As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the insertion groove 6 is formed to have a length and a width that allow insertion of the insertion protrusion 15 formed at the lower edge portion on the front end side of the support bases 3 and 4. The rear end portion of the insertion groove 6 is engaged with the rear edge portion of the insertion protrusion 15 so as to face the rear edge portion of the insertion protrusion 15 formed on the lower edge portion on the front end side of the support base 3. The locking claw 6a is formed. It has a length and a thickness that can be inserted, and is formed in a shape in which the locking claw 6a is locked. At the lower edge portion of the pedestal 8 on the front end side, a protrusion 15 is formed which is inserted into and fixed to the above-mentioned insertion groove 6, and the insertion protrusion 15 is inserted into the insertion groove 6 with an allowable length and It has a thickness and is formed in a shape in which the locking claws 6b, 6b are locked.

A hook-shaped engaging portion 16 that engages with the outer peripheral edge of the dish A is formed at the upper edge of the pedestal 8 on the front end side. Forms a receiving portion 17 that is brought into contact with the back side of the dish A, and the locking portion 16 and the receiving portion 17 support the dish A in an upright state at an arbitrary angle. The above-mentioned support base 3 is formed in a size corresponding to the small-sized plate A, but the support base 4 is formed in a size corresponding to the large-sized plate A, and is described above. It has the same shape and the same configuration as the support base 3.

The illustrated embodiment is configured as described above, and a method for supporting the large and small dishes A in the upright state by the pedestal 1 will be described below. First, when supporting a small-sized dish A in an upright state, as shown in FIG. 1, the receiving pedestals 8 of the support pedestal 3 formed in a size corresponding to the dish A are opened at a predetermined angle. The insertion protrusions 14 and 15 formed on the receiving pedestals 8 and 8 are inserted into the insertion grooves 5 and 6 formed on the pedestal body 2, and the locking claws of the insertion groove 5 are formed as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6. 5a, 5a are locked to both side edges of the insertion projection 14, and the locking claws 6a of the insertion groove 6 are locked to the insertion projection 15, so that as shown in FIG. The support base 3 is inserted and fixed in an open state.

Next, as shown in FIG. 11, after the pedestal body 2 is grounded to the grounding portion B 1 of, for example, a desk, a shelf, or a table, the locking portions formed on the receiving bases 8 of the support base 3 16 and 16 are engaged with the outer peripheral edge of the dish A, and the back side of the dish A is brought into contact with the receiving portions 17 and 17 formed on the pedestals 8 and 8 to raise the small-sized dish A at an arbitrary angle. Support the state. Further, due to the weight of the pedestal 1 and the dish A, the anti-slip members 7 fixed to the grounding surface side of the pedestal body 2 are pressed against the grounding portion B, and the contact resistance required to fix the pedestal body 2 in place. Is obtained. In addition, it is possible to positively prevent the position and orientation of the dish A from being displaced.

Next, when supporting a large-sized dish A in an upright state, the support platform 3 is pulled out from the pedestal body 2 and separated from each other, and then the support platform 4 formed in a size corresponding to the dish A is removed. The pedestals 8 and 8 are opened to a predetermined angle, and the insertion protrusions 14 and 15 formed on the pedestals 8 and 8 are inserted into the insertion grooves 5 and 6 formed on the pedestal body 2, respectively. As shown in FIG. 5, the locking claws 5a and 5a of the insertion groove 5 are locked to the insertion protrusion 14, and the locking claws 6b and 6b of the insertion groove 6 are locked to the insertion protrusion 15 so that the upper surface side of the base body 2 In contrast, the support base 4 is inserted and fixed in an open state. After the pedestal body 2 is properly grounded to the grounding portion B, a large-sized plate A is formed by the engaging portions 16 and 16 and the receiving portions 17 and 17 formed on the receiving pedestals 8 and 8 of the support 4 in the same manner as described above. Is supported at an arbitrary angle, the pedestal body 2 can be grounded and fixed in a fixed position, and the position and direction of the dish A can be prevented from being displaced.

Further, when not in use, the pedestal body 2 constituting the pedestal 1 and the supporting bases 3 and 4 are separated from each other, and the supporting bases 3 and 4 are folded at a closed angle, and then as shown in FIG. The pedestal 1 is stored by stacking the support pedestals 3 and 4 on the front surface side or the back surface side of the pedestal body 2 and collectively storing them in a box body 21 formed of an appropriate material such as synthetic resin or paper. The space is small, it is not bulky, and the pedestal 1 can be easily handled and managed. Moreover, you may store in an appropriate storage part, such as a storage cabinet or a storage cabinet.

As described above, on the upper surface side of the pedestal body 2 that constitutes the pedestal 1, one of the support pedestals 3 and 4 formed in a size corresponding to the large and small dishes A is selected and fixed by insertion. Since the large and small dishes A are placed on one of the supporting bases 3 and 4 and supported in an upright state, the grounding area of the pedestal body 2 is large and the stability is good, so the pedestal 1 may roll over or tilt. It is possible to reliably prevent the position and direction of the plate A from being displaced, and it is possible to support the plate A in an upright state. Moreover, the insertion protrusions 14 and 15 formed on the support bases 3 and 4 are inserted into the insertion grooves 5, 6 and 6 formed on the base body 2, and the support bases 3 and 4 are erected on the upper surface side of the base body 2. Since it is fixed to the state, fixing work and replacement work of the support bases 3 and 4 can be easily performed, and one of the support bases 3 and 4 is fixed to the pedestal body 2 according to the size of the dish A. Therefore, large and small dishes A of different sizes can be supported in a stable state and can be used as the pedestal 1 for supporting the dishes A of a plurality of sizes.

Further, since the pedestals 8 and 8 constituting the pedestals 3 and 4 are fixed to the pedestal main body 2 by opening the pedestals 8 and 8 at an angle at which the dish A is supported in an upright state, for example, vibration, wind, etc. Even if it is given, the opening angles of the pedestals 8 and 8 are not displaced, and the angle suitable for supporting the dish A in the upright state can be maintained. When not needed, the pedestal body 2 and the support bases 3 and 4 are separated, the support bases 3 and 4 are folded at a closed angle, and then the base body 2 and the support bases 3 and 4 are stored in a stacked state. Therefore, the space required for storing or storing the pedestal 1 is small, and handling and management can be performed easily.

Further, since the anti-slip members 7 fixed to the grounding surface side of the pedestal body 2 are grounded to the grounding portion B, the contact resistance necessary to fix the pedestal body 2 in a fixed position can be obtained, and The anti-slip members 7 are pressed against the ground contact portion B due to the weight of the seat 1 and the dish A. Therefore, even if vibration or wind is applied to the base 1, the position and direction of the base 1 are displaced. Can be actively prevented.

FIG. 12 shows another fixing example of the pedestal 1 in which the tape-shaped or sheet-shaped adhesive 18 is attached to the mounting portions 2b, 2b formed at both ends of the pedestal body 2 on the grounding side, The adhesive body 18 is formed to have an adhesive force necessary for fixing the pedestal body 2 to the ground portion B by a peelable adhesive member such as a double-sided tape or an adhesive, and the pedestal body 2 is grounded. When it is grounded at B 2, the pedestal body 2 is adhesively fixed in place by the adhesive force of the adhesive 18, and the position and direction of the dish A can be positively prevented from being displaced. Moreover, the position and orientation of the pedestal 1 can be arbitrarily changed by separating the pedestal body 2 from the ground portion B against the adhesive force of the adhesive body 18.

FIG. 13 shows another fixing example of the pedestal 1 in which the magnet 19 is fixed to the ground side of the pedestal main body 2, and the magnet 19 attaches the pedestal body 2 to the metal grounding portion B which can be attracted. When the pedestal body 2 is grounded to the grounding portion B by being excited to the strength required for fixing, the pedestal body 2 is attracted and fixed in a fixed position by the magnetic force of the magnet 19, and the same effect as the above-described embodiment is obtained. Can be played. Moreover, by separating the pedestal body 2 from the ground portion B against the magnetic force of the magnet 19, the position and orientation of the pedestal 1 can be arbitrarily changed.

FIG. 14 shows another example of fixing the pedestal 1 in which the adsorbent 20 is fixed to the ground side of the pedestal body 2, and the adsorbent 20 is fixed to the ground portion B by a soft member such as synthetic rubber. After the pedestal body 2 is grounded to the grounding portion B, the pedestal body 2 is pressed from above so that the adsorbent 20 is brought into close contact with the grounded portion B, and the adsorbing surface of the adsorbent 20 is attached. Since the suction pressure is fixed by the generated negative pressure, the pedestal body 2 is suction-fixed at a fixed position, and the same effect as that of the above-described embodiment can be obtained. Moreover, by separating the pedestal body 2 from the ground portion B against the negative pressure of the adsorbent 20, the position and orientation of the pedestal 1 can be arbitrarily changed.
